Married to Joshua for 39 years, they have 4 kids & 5 grandkids

Karen has always loved helping people. She is a natural nurturer, which led her to become a registered dietitian and to dedicate years to volunteering and serving others in need.

For decades, Karen has been life coaching on health, wellness, nutrition, weight loss, and lactation.

She eventually realized her true passion lies in coaching on parenting, nervous system regulation, and relationships.

Karen has experienced adversity and loss in her own life. She is committed to sharing the lessons she has learned to help others avoid similar suffering.

Her mission is to empower individuals to transform their pain into purpose.

Karen trained directly under Marianne Williamson and became a certified life coach. She has also completed additional advanced training in life coaching and emotional intelligence.

What Karen loves most about life coaching is helping people achieve clarity, gain confidence, and feel empowered to transcend pain into purpose and return to a place of love.

As a coach, she offers a safe space for clients to pour out their hearts and sort through their thoughts. Karen ensures that those she works with feel seen, heard, and truly understood.
