0:00Welcome back, Rural Queensland. Today, Bush racing is so important whether or not you're racing it in the bush or whether or not you're taking them to the metropolitan areas. We need to look after the studs and the people who are breeding and obviously making a living and working in this industry. Racing Queensland are doing everything they can with trying to get prize money up in the bush and there's some really good incentives. But there is a stallion owned by Justin and Sheryl Savanna who absolutely is taking the world by storm. He's under the radar. Dakaris is the name of this stallion and Justin Savanna joins me this morning. I've talked about this horse before. He just continues to breed winners after winners throughout the bush and you can't sell a secret. Justin, good morning. How are you, my friend? Good job out of yourself. All right. 1:04you're only starting to see the fruits of it now with the progeny coming through is getting winners every weekend. Yeah, you know, you know, it's a long-haired process and a rocky road mate that looking definitely he's winning us to run a historic road. She's been sort of bleeped sort of pretty much. Most of his career, but even to date he sort of took for the new season, he got 22 winners from boarding on start or so. It's, yeah, looking he's definitely going through the process. He's last year. He's stood at 66 the previous year and he's then had a listed winner in a group, three winner in Hong Kong, Storm Rider and look at a few other sort of city wins and that sort of complemented him that we could probably put his price tag up, which is we backed ourselves with that and we said ended up with just on sure the 70 maize last year and that. So that was good so and as you suggest, if any stand is not in $9,000 or $900 but at half obviously that's with a Lifold Garant T. Yeah, and so what makes him such a special horse? I mean, and I mean, I understand yeah, yeah, had a few minutes, but there

2:10should be a hundred maize plus scaling to this horse every year. What makes him so special? Oh, I made a spading just on a special and he's a very exceptional horse himself at track and probably as we've probably discussed before he's mad with a little bit of injury, which is why he sort of come to the breeding barn in this direction of Queensland. So, yeah, he's definitely a horse with, you know, well, a double cross of snippets on his side, which is a rare thing with any pet degree, but yeah, just on his breeding, but then it's the real positive and the people and the things to make money, but I'm sort of past trying to make money out of a bangle if it all comes down. So I think you just stay in what can really concrete himself in the industry going forward, especially in the breeding barn in the year to come, Ben. Yeah, and I agree he's doing a great job, man, and like everywhere, like I mean, we see a lot of these winners coming through years, winning continually. People just get in contact with you.

3:14What's the best place to go to, to, to, to cat in contact to book in? Oh, look, yeah, just hit into the website and I just basically, I mean, everything's up there and just a quick one, I think on reference, just the biggest thing to the horse this week and just going, Glenn was swift dragon, which is a horsey one to two year old, cutest, cutest Jewel, and dragon rose, she run third in the three year old. So, you know, look, it's that's probably the one, which is a big winner for the stallion at the moment too. Yeah, we can, you can win a few, you know, listed races, group races here and there and it's always positive. He's good, but to take out the two year old cutest Jewel in the weekend was that was a real added bonus to the stallion and dumb. I think that's why, you know, really, you know, we expect you could see that bigger traffic and numbers of maize comes through this year because even last year's book pen, it was, you know, it's, it's going to be exciting to see what follows come through there because we've seen just a better

4:15complemented book of maize again on the previous year. So, but yeah, mate, definitely you can get it. Dracari's, Dracari's stallion, Google at Maiden, and like I said, my phone number's always open, but really keen to sort of look, talk to anyone going forward with any new maize that is coming to see them, prepared to talk early, huh? Um, Justin, and Dracari's is a great stallion. You obviously are in the property sales game as well. That market seems just to be hiding up and up, you know, small little properties around metropolitan areas like to Womber and regional towns are like the most sought out. The thing, what's your take on this industry at the moment? I mean, a lot of unrest, we know the fuel dramas, we know tariffs around the world now, we've got the Middle East in conflict, but there is so much confidence in the bush at the moment. Oh, definitely. Doveau, it's just the pressure just won't come off of it. It's certainly what's

5:17happening worldwide, and that will, we hope we don't see any sort of sort of effects from all that. We've said that at the current time, what you say, that market's sort of just very solid. Yeah, it's going through the process, and like I said, I hope everyone keeps on reaping the rewards on that side, and we are with, like you said, it's any of that smaller, sort of lost, oily, block 60, 70 out of 100 acres, it's sort of exceptional where that market's currently at, and like you suggest, I just, you know, we've actually seen some nice recent rain going into the winter for a lot of west and blokes, so that's good doveau because what's the forecast of the present time, they're talking Blarney, you know, instead of El Nino, so let's just hope that the rainfall events keep coming and the rural industry stays solid, but yeah, look, we're new in the industry, back in here, it's warmer and, and look, picking a few goals here and there, but we're always looking for more, we're always looking for more business doveau, so but definitely, my, my numbers, as you probably may have said, 0-427-891-008-3, if anyone's got any properties that they don't like a bit of support,

6:22and yelling forward with their sales. Well, you know that industry, well, you've been in 10-the-D&A, on A, you obviously, we're an agent out and obviously feedlot are out at Rome, but very well known and the demand is real, isn't it? There is just so much inquiry from people who want them, you just, they're not making enough of it, they're just not making enough land at the moment to sell. A hundred percent, and I sort of going forward, you know, yourself are just the younger generation, probably going to become a more difficult task for them to get back in, but whilst one thing rolls positively, we keep on just rolling with the punches, Ben and, and hopefully, like you say, we don't see interest rates go to the roof, anything sort of solid sort of start working against it, so, yeah. Yeah, huge, and obviously a lot, Dakarish is obviously, well, four, and you can book mayors in now, breeding season, obviously, a few months away until that begins, but getting contact with Justin, and also, from a rural and
