About this episode
In this week's episode, I will invite you to consider becoming present in the moment, whatever the moment might be. I will bring up my recent accident and offer you a little insight into what helped me during the diffucult time of uncertainty and pain. I will also draw from the Secular Buddhism podcast by Noah Rasheta, and encourage you to think whether practicing mindfulness and mediation might be of help to you. Although this episode might differ a little from the previous ones, I felt the need to share these facts with you, regardless the form.
As per usual, I will offer you a little challenge to take up during the week.
I hope you will find this episode inspiring and helpful.
