About this episode
July 30 Birthright lunacy
The recent 14th Amendment opinion by the Supreme Court is a great unveiling. It removed the cloak of legitimacy from justices whose opinions support the following: When pregnant women from foreign nations enter the U.S. to give birth, their newborn babies are instantly American citizens. That's ridiculous, dangerous, and it's not constitutional. Those who know American history or even have a functioning brain know the 14th Amendment was put into the Constitution at that time so the children of newly freed slaves would count as American citizens. What's that say about SCOTUS? We all know that the court has been divided by decades, left versus right.
Natural born citizen is in our Constitution, and we know it means children born to American citizens living in our country.
