More and more New York and New Jersey residents are buying electric vehicles, but it’s not always easy to find a place to charge up if you don’t have a garage or driveway. WNYC’s David Brand reports on some of the hacks EV car owners are inventing to get a charge. Also, residents of one Brooklyn block have spent years trying to catch a serial litterer.
