Judge Rules Pete Hegseth VIOLATED Sen. Mark Kelly's 1st Amendment Free Speech Rights
About this episode
First, Senator Mark Kelly defeated Donald Trump's Department of Justice when a grand jury refused to indict him for speaking the truth by saying that military members must disobey illegal orders.
Now, Sen. Kelly has defeated Pete Hegseth and the Department of Defense when a judge ruled that Hegseth may not punish Senator Kelly for exercising his First Amendment free speech rights.
These rulings are good for the rule of law, good for the Constitution, and points of light shining amidst the Trump-induced darkness.
