JP Morgan Executive Accused of Sexual Harassment

0:00On April 30th, a 37-year-old executive director at JP Morgan Chase faces a lawsuit from a junior male banker who claimed she coarsed him into. Unwanted sexual acts over several months starting in spring of 2024. The anonymous plaintiff, known as John Doe, alleges she drugged him with roofies and other substances, used racial slurs against him as an Asian man, and threatened his job and promotions if he didn't comply with her demands for humiliating encounters. He says the abuse left him crying and begging her to stop, but she kept pressuring him at work events and even showed up at his place uninvited while. Witnesses backed parts of his story. After he reported the harassment and discrimination in May of 2025, Doe claims the bank retaliated by putting him on involuntary leave. Locking him out of systems and letting threats from collars continue, all while she stayed employed. JP Morgan says their investigation found no evidence, noting Doe refused to cooperate fully, but his lawyer calls the ordeal devastating, leaving him.
