Journey Through the Garden of the Heart

This episode begins with a new poem by Hal McCartor read by Robert Beatty. It addresses in the simplest of language the experience of no-self so central to Buddhism. 

At 30 minutes Robert guides you in a meditation called the Garden of the Heart. You discover that there is a roadside garden with your name on the gate. All the kind and generous actions of your lifetime are blossoming here in an infinite display of flowers. you can pick bouquets for yourself and everyone else you wish to ext4end your love to.
