Jonah Parquette on being awestruck

 Jonah Paquette, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist, international speaker, and author. His previous books include Awestruck, The Happiness Toolbox, and Real Happiness: Proven Paths for Contentment, Peace, and Well-Being. In addition to his writing and clinical work, Jonah offers training and consultation to therapists, organizations, and the public on the promotion of well-being. He conducts workshops and seminars both nationally and internationally, and has trained thousands of therapists and members of the public on the science of happiness. Jonah and his wife live in Marin County, California.
