Like many others, John started his career in the Forces before making his way into the Data Center sector. John outlines the benefits of this career path, and shares his learnings from making the transition into the sector.

We then discuss T5 and what John is currently seeing in the sector. We discuss the growth in geographies, the changing customer demands, the drive for more talent, and what we can expect to see in 2024.
