John Rippingale - Developing a successful business unit in the MEA and APAC regions
About this episode
On this episode I am joined by John Rippingale, Director MEA & APAC for Sudlows. John started his career in Data Centres as a sales engineer and he has worked his way up to a director of a highly successful regional business unit. We discuss how having broad exposure to different roles within the sector can enhance your career, how John made the move to Dubai, how he has developed a successful business unit and entered the Indian markets, and the challenges around recruitment and retention in his region. This episode gives a great insight into the Middle East and Indian data centre markets and John has some excellent ideas on how organisations can improve attraction and retention strategies.
