John-David Duggar Welcomes Baby Girl

The 36-year-old John David and 33-year-old Abby shared sweet family photos on Instagram on February 28, calling their crew party of five. They're over the moon with all the newborn cuddles. The couple announced the pregnancy back in September 2025 with the little one due early this year. Abby faced a tough first half battling hyper-emesis, that severe pregnancy nausea, but she bounced back stronger by the midway point. Family support poured in right away. John David's twin sister, Johnna, posted congrats on her Instagram stories that same day. She and her husband had their first son Archie in December 2025, so the cousins are coming fast. This sweet girl joins Big Sister Grace, born in January 2020, and brother Charlie, who arrived in September 2022. John David and Abby tied the knot in November 2018, and marked their seventh anniversary last fall.
