About this episode

Jill or Sewingsensation has sewn all her life but took sewing up again during covid lockdown.

Jill shares the new skills she learns through her Instagram account.

In the lead up to her daughter's wedding in December, Jill has decided to make her dress using silk fabric. The lessons she is currently learning is what she shares through her Instagram account.

Jill is making the robes for the bridal party and in doing so, she has discovered the highs and lows of using the ruffler foot.

Most of what Jill has shared is what she has learnt from fellow sewists on Instagram.
