JAG Capital has acquired 150 units to date totaling roughly $10m and still owns 51 units. JAG Capital focuses on value-add multifamily opportunities and has directly managed and overseen millions in renovations. JAG Property Management handles the property management of these properties and also manages long term traditional rentals for other owners ranging from single family homes to 80 unit multifamily properties. in the Orlando and Jacksonville areas.
