From NFL coverage, this is your March 17th update. The New York Jets lost starting offensive guard, Alicia Vera Tucker, to their AFC East rival, the New England Patriots, during free agency. He signed a three-year contract worth $42 million, and the Jets were not planning to bring him back anyway. Vera Tucker joined the Jets as a first-round draft pick back in 2021. He showed promise as a starter when healthy, but injuries kept derailing him from a season-ending triceps tear early on to an Achilles problem, the. Next year, and missing all of last season with another triceps issue, he called it a needed fresh start after those rough patches, while expressing respect for the Jets staff and fans and wishing them well-accept, against his new team. The Jets moved quickly to fill the gap by signing Dylan Parm as their projected starting guard. They also have flexibility with Joe Tipman, able to shift inside and Josh Myers' handling center. Moving forward, the 2026 NFL Draft offers the Jets another chance to add depth along

the interior line. We'd like to thank our sponsor for making this episode possible. No earbuds, no headbands, no awkward sleeping positions, just a pillow that plays your sound, us-o-l-i-soli-pillow.com
