Jesus Told Us Exactly What to Watch For - Ep. 7407

0:00Jesus delivered the most detailed prophetic chapters in all of scripture. It's a warning to the end-time generation to watch and stay ready, because he is coming soon. On this edition of the End-Time Show, we'll unpack Matthew 24 and 25. Good afternoon, everybody. I'm Dave Robbins. With End-Time Ministries, I do thank you for joining me on this edition of the End-Time Show. And so much happening in the world today, but I wanted to make sure we focus right in on what Jesus wanted us to be looking at right here in the end-time. You know, friends, we're living in the end of time. We're living in the days Jesus described 2,000 years ago.

1:02Today, we're going to open our Bibles to the most famous prophecy chapters in the Bible, and the chapter that follows it, Matthew 24 and 25. A lot of people just go to Matthew 24, but 25 was the 24 and 25. This is the Olivet Discourse. And this is not theory. This is the Lord's own answer given two or three days before the crucifixion. So these are some of the last messages that he's going to teach just prior to him being crucified. And it's to the questions that his disciples ask. Now, Jesus had been teaching nonstop in the temple. And the people came early that morning to hear him. And, you know, so he had been teaching just pretty much nonstop. And he knew Passover was at hand. He knew that he was the Passover lamb. And he said that he must work while it's day because the night's coming when no man can work. And as they left the temple and the temple mount,

2:04the disciples pointed to, you know, Herod's magnificent second temple that he had beautified. And the pride of the Jewish nation, the center of the identity. And there was a saying in that day that he had that had never seen Herod's temple has never seen a beautiful building. And they were owing and awing over this. And, you know, this is our temple. Look, Jesus at our temple. He had come down from Galilee. The disciples were showing him the building of the temple and the other buildings. And Jesus shocked him. He said, look, he said, see, you know, all these things very early. I say to you, these things are going to be torn down. There's not going to be one stone left on another. That shall not be thrown down. And they were prouder of the house that they had built then of the God manifested in the flesh. Think about it. They were spending time there. And they worshipped the house at that point. Jesus is trying to transition them away from that

3:04into the New Testament reality. And so they accepted what they had created and rejected what God had created for them. Many people on the earth. Well, that prophecy was fulfilled about 40 years or so later in 70 AD. The temple fell because they did not know the day of their visitation. So they walk up to the Mount of Olives. They sat down overlooking Jerusalem there. I've been there many, many, many times. Gonna go there again before very long. And privately his disciples asked two questions. Tell us when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of the coming and of the end of the world? Where the world translated world there is AIO in the Greek word. And the word is age. So Jesus did not give signs of the end of the world or the planet. He gave the signs of the end of the age. And most of Matthew 24 was not primarily

4:06for the first generation of disciples. It is for the generation that sees these things. This generation is ours everybody. The one we're living in right now. And we're gonna get into Matthew 24 and 25 today. Because I want you to understand the words of Jesus just not very shortly before his crucifixion. First I'm gonna announce a prophecy conference. It's the first time even our guide. He said, I've never seen it like this ever. And it was just a great time. And now I'm able to read the Bible up there. I mean, a lot of things opening up. 7:09What's going to be the sign of it coming in of the end of the age, Lord? Well, Jesus answers the disciples' questions. He didn't begin with the wars and earthquakes, did he? He began with a warning of deception. Take heed that no man deceives you. This is what he wanted to just, the main thing, one of the main things he wanted to warn us about. He warns us about over and over and over down through the chapter. Take heed, no man deceives, will deceive you. For many shall come in my name saying, hey, we're Christian pastors. But he's saying, he's saying, the Lord said, man saying, I am Christ, but they're going to be deceiving many. So the first sign of the end of the age, it Jesus was saying is religious deception under the banner of Christianity. You know, for many, the sign outside the church may say Christianity, but the business inside will be deception. Jesus is warning us of this 2,000 years ago. He knew, he was God manifested on the philosophy forum.

8:11God knows the end from the beginning. He's already seen it all play out and he said, here's what I need to warn you guys up, you end time generation. Take heed that no man deceives you. Many will come saying that they are Christians, but they will be deceiving many. Man, you better know the word of God, everybody. Many churches that call themselves Christian today, they will hook up with the false prophet and follow the Antichrist. You better know the truth because you'll be sucked up into this huge vacuum. You don't want to do that. And they will say, well, this can't be the mark of the beast because we will not be here when the mark of the beast happens. Everybody teaching a pre-tribulation rapture believes they're gonna be gone before the mark of the beast comes out. And it's gonna be a huge deception in the earth. Therefore, they're gonna feel good about taking the mark of the beast. Oh, this can't be the mark of the beast. We're gonna be gone. The Bible says that many shall be deceived if it were possible even the very elect. Thank God it says if it were possible

9:13because I know there's gonna be a great end time church right here in the end time, but Jesus is warning us and I wanna make sure that we know about these warnings. And so the defense is not nervousness here. What do we do? The defense is the word of God. That word, oh Lord, have I hit in my heart that I might not sin against thee, right? Search the scriptures daily. Do not swallow anything hook-lined in sinquer because just because a preacher said it. Man, go to the word of God. If it's in the word of God, yes, believe it. Jesus said search the scriptures for in them that you think you have eternal life and there they will testify me. It's possible to, possible it is possible to believe that you are saved when you're not. What a scary thought that is and a sobering thought. That's why we have the Bible. Go to the Bible, everybody. Make sure that you are everything you're taught,

10:13especially salvation is rooted and grounded in the word of God, okay? Very important. Jesus warned about this. Jesus continues his message and he says, and ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars and that see that you be not troubled for all these things must come to pass. But the end is not yet for nations gonna rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom and there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in diverse places. All these things are the beginning of sorrows. So don't let the headlines give you a nervous breakdown. I know we're talking about all kinds of things at World War Three and World Government and all these things all the time. And we have to, those are Bible prophecy. But again, don't let the headlines give you a nervous breakdown. Jesus said kingdom against kingdom, nation against kingdom, nation and it's gonna pick up steam. But we're in the beginning of sorrows but we're not in the great tribulation yet.

11:13And God has a plan for the church in the end time and that's great revival. So get in revival mode. Don't have, don't be having a nervous breakdown right now. God's not giving us a spirit of fear but get in evangelism mode. That's what the church is supposed to be in throughout the end time. And then Jesus says, then shall they deliver you up and be afflicted, they shall kill you. You shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake and then shall many be offended and shall betray one another and shall hate one another. And so but not every Christian is going to be killed. The Bible says the dead in Christ will rise first right at the time of the rapture but those who are alive and remain shall be caught up to meet him in the air, meet them in the air. So shall we ever be with the Lord. Many will suffer for the exclusive name of Jesus Christ. That is true. And there's none other than the name under heaven given among men where we must be saved. If anybody preaches another gospel, the Bible says let him be accursed.

12:14So get that in your heart. You may, some people, I know there are people all over the world listening to this. There will be some Christians that are put to death for this message, the gospel of the kingdom of God. There have been all the way since the church was established when Jesus and the apostles were here. Now I'm letting that one sink in for just a moment. A lot of people don't want to tell you that. They say, well, the church is going to be gone. We're not going to have to worry about all this stuff. That simply is not the case. And I want you to know the truth. Is it the most popular message on the planet? No, but it's the truth. If you love the truth, this is what we're going with. Some people may have to die for this message. Look at all of the Christians, 11 of the 12 of the first apostles were martyred. And look at all the Christians that have died from then until now, because they would not recant. They would not turn on the name of Jesus in this gospel. And so, but think about this.

13:15Death is no big deal for the believer. The Bible says, oh, death, where is thy sting? When you're baptized into Jesus Christ, you were baptized into his death. And the devil cannot kill what has already died. Did you hear what I said? The devil cannot kill what has already died. All you have ahead is eternal life. And so Hebrews 2, 14 through 15, the Bible says, for as much then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same. That through death, he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is the devil and deliver them. Listen to this very, very closely. We gotta get this end time church and deliver them who through the fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. A Christian has no reason to fear death. Have you ever had anybody tell you that before?

14:17We gotta get this in our mindset going through these end times. Jesus continues, he says, that many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many and because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. Think of the immoral acts today, homosexuality, immorality, adultery, fornication, all this. It's just open and blatant that pornography everywhere. If we get used to it, our love can wax cold, this old dark world. Jesus said, but he that shall endure to the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness under all nations and then shall the income. So once an individual is born again, you gotta remain living as a Christian in the rest of your life. It's not just like, hey, it's party on, do whatever. I've been saved now. It's not how it works. Jesus said, he that endure to the end, the same shall be saved.

15:18The gospel of the kingdom is simply this. Jesus said, this will be preached in all the world. Jesus Christ is coming back to establishes kingdom here on the earth. The Bible tells us that over and over and over. Except it may be born again. Jesus said, you can't enter or see the kingdom of God. That's John chapter three. In verse 15, he said, when you, therefore, shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place. Who so readeth let him understand? Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains. End time, obviously, he's gonna have a huge role in that. But Daniel 927, what are we talking about here? In Daniel 927, the Antichrist confirms a covenant

16:19between Israel and the Palestinians for seven years, which will allow Israel to build the third temple. And Jesus is talking about this. He's referring right back to this scripture, Daniel 927. Well, after the temples built, the Old Testament style animal sacrifices are going to resume. Daniel 927 and Daniel 1131, both say that the Antichrist will cease the sacrifices at the midpoint of the final seven years, three and a half years in. And he's gonna set up what's called the abomination of desolation by the Antichrist will exalt himself above every so-called God and sit in the temple. And he's absolutely going to declare himself God. And that is the event, the stopping of the sacrifices and him standing in the temple claiming to be God, that's gonna be the abomination of desolation. And that's the event that begins the Great Tribulation. This is what Jesus is saying.

17:22There are five specific scriptures that teach the Great Tribulation only last the final three and one half years, or 42 months, time, times and half and times, of that seven year period. And Jesus is mentioning all this in Matthew 24. It's the most detailed account of the end time that we have. And there's not one verse that says the Great Tribulation is seven years, not one verse in the entire Bible. There is a final seven year period, but all of the verses talking about the duration of the Great Tribulation, say that it's only three and a half years or the final three and one half years prior to the second coming in the Battle of Army Good. And Jesus says, when you guys see this end time generation, when you see the abomination of desolation occur, let those which be in Judea, the West Bank area, the Jews living out there, the biblical heartland, they've got to flee. And time ministries obviously is going to help warn them people to flee.

18:23Because number one, we believe we're gonna be here during that era. Number two, we understand the prophecies of the Bible, what the region that is and God is helping us, miraculously through Joe Golden and our missionaries and all of our context in Israel, he is setting the whole stage for us to help warn those Jews to flee. That's why the Joe Golden thing and what's happening with end time ministries on myself with Joel becoming a part of the IDF and all this, God setting the stage for this whole thing to happen right now. You think we're not the end time generation? You think God is setting all of this up for it to come to pass in the next two, 300 years? Come on everybody, there's too much coming to pass right now. So why do the Jews have to flee there? Jesus said in Matthew 24, 21, 22, for then shall be great tribulation, such as what's not since the beginning of the world to this time, no nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened. There should be no flesh saved. But for the elect's sake, those days should be shortened.

19:24For the churches sake, the elect in Matthew 24 is the elect. The elect in the New Testament is the church. So God will not change the number of the days already written. So there's 1260 days here, 42 months in Daniel 12, 1290 and 1335 days. The number of days is not gonna change. But the Bible says diWord O Lord is forever settled in heaven. But the days themselves, it appears that they've already sped up. Revelation 8, under the fourth trumpet, says that the sun and the moon are darkened at third part of the day, they won't shine. So time already feels like it's flying, doesn't it? So Jesus returns to warning of false prophets again. Rememory starts the chapter here. It starts answering the questions, but then he goes back there and he said, I wanna make sure you guys understand this great deception in the end time. There will be people claiming to be Christian

20:26who are teaching a false message. Make sure you know the word of God. And in verse 23, he says, if any man shall say unto you, low, here is Christ or there, believe it not. So if somebody says, well, Jesus is out in the desert. Jesus said, don't believe that. Don't go there looking for that. If they say, well, Jesus is in the Vatican. Don't go looking, because that's not how he's coming back. He's not coming back in a mud puddle somewhere over in Europe. The Bible says for there shall be, there shall arise false Christ and false prophets. And shall so great signs and wonders in so much that if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Think about this. The Bible tells us over in Revelation 13 that the false prophet will pull fire down from heaven in the sight of men and think of the emotion of the crowd that will sweep the people

21:26watching all on the internet and on television. When a man, a very prominent religious figure on the planet stands in front of camera crews and pulls fire down from heaven. The Bible says these things that the false prophet in the antichrist would, the false prophet would use miracles to deceive men to get them to follow after the antichrist in the world governing body. So imagine there will be so many people that don't know their Bible that when a man pulls fire down from heaven, they'll follow after him just like you think they won't worship the antichrist. Look how people worship sports figures and rock stars and movie stars and things like that. People idolize them. They'll start crying when they walk by or just throw their hands up and basically worship the people. I promise you, the Bible says they will worship the antichrist. There will be a feudal pledge of allegiance in the end time. And Jesus was warning, don't do that. You cannot do that. That is of eternal consequences.

22:29So if you're not grounded in the word of God, then you will be sucked up into that huge vacuum into the world religion and the world, the world government system. And that's something that we are here as watchmen on the wall to say, no, you cannot be pulled up into that. Think about it like this, the most popular way to go on the earth will be to go in that direction towards world government, world religion. Everybody's doing it seemingly, right? No, there will be a faction of people on the earth that will never follow that. And it's gonna be the true church of Jesus Christ. And when the Lord comes back in the sky with the son of a trumpet to send his angels together they elect, guess who is going to be with him? The ones who resisted all of that and said, no, I'm not following the antichrist, I'm following the real Christ. The word of God says this, this and thus, and that's what we're gonna go with. And we're gonna be led by your spirit.

23:29It's gonna be, the wall says they that are led by the spirit of God, they're the sons of God. And so you think that going back through these prophecies and different chapters is not important folks. It's the most important thing that we have, the word of God. So I wanna make sure that we go through these and you guys understand what's going on here. Jesus said in Matthew 24, behold, and this is in the book of John, he says, behold, I have told you before, wherefore it's saying to them that you behold, or this is Matthew 24, it was, Jesus said, I tell you these things before they come to pass, that when they come to pass you might believe. That's John 14, 26. So then we go back to Matthew 24 and he says, behold, I have told you before, wherefore if they shall say unto you, behold, he's in the desert, don't go forth. Behold, he's in the secret chambers, believe it not. Jesus knew what was coming in the end time age, that there would be people saying, oh, the Messiah is out in the desert, the Messiah came

24:30and he's in a back room over here somewhere, you know, he's in some secret chambers. Jesus said, don't believe that. Why? Because Jesus said for us, the lightning coming out of the east and shining it under the west. So shall also the coming of the Santa Mambi, for wherever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered. So it's very, very important that we understand the Lord's coming as the lightning flashes from the east to the west. Revelation 1, 7 says, when he comes, every eye shall behold him. He's coming in the clouds, he's coming in the sky. Nobody is going to miss the second coming of Jesus Christ. He's not coming hidden from most of the planet out in the desert somewhere. Jesus said, when you hear that, don't even go out there. That's not the way I'm coming back. He's not going to slip in the back door. He's not going to be in a manger this time. No secret chamber in London or somewhere in Europe

25:31or somewhere in Saudi Arabia. That's not how it's going to work. The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout with the voice of the Archangel with the Trump of God, the dead in Christ will rise first. We which are alive and remain will be caught up together to meet them in the air. And so, and the same Jesus who went up from the Mount of Olives will so come again in like men are as you see him go. And if his spirit is in you, the spirit will be a magnet. The Bible said that the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, then your body's going to be changed from mortal to immortal and you'll be caught up to meet him in the air. The spirit is going to be a magnet unto him. And you're not going to have to hunt for him out in the desert somewhere. You're going to be drawn to him. The Bible says he, we will be gathered unto him. Then in Matthew 24, 29 through 31. And I'm coming up on a break here.

26:33I'll see if I can get this in. Jesus said, I may do this again after the break, but immediately after, remember that statement, immediately after the tribulation of those days, shall the sun be darkened, moon shall not give her light, stars will fall from heaven, the powers of heaven shall be shaken. So these signs appear in the vials poured out at the Battle of Armageddon as well, doesn't it in Revelation chapter six? But Jesus is saying here that the Son of Man is going to come after immediately after the great tribulation of those days. Folks, that it's the number one verse in the Bible proving a post tribulation rapture. And so we're going by the words of Jesus right here, right? Okay, we got a lot more ground to cover on the backside of the break. So we're going to drive right back into it because I've got to get through the rest of the chapter 24 and chapter 25, but I think we can do it for the end of the program. Matthew 24, 29-31. Jesus said, you got a red letter addition to the Bible. These words are in red immediately after the tribulation of those days. Shall there be darken? Moonshaw not give a light. Stalls will fall from heaven. Then shall all the tribes of Israel be in heaven? And the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. And now these signs appear again here in Revelation 6 at the Battle of Army Gooden. Suns darken.

29:37Moonshaw not give a light. Stalls will fall from heaven. Same thing. The stars, the moon is going to turn to blood. It says in Revelation 6, it's the same exact event. Those don't happen like 10 different times in the near future. Those have the same exact event. Those have the same exact event. The sun and man come in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with the great side of a trumpet. And they shall gather together his elect. Who is the elect in the New Testament? It's the church. From the four winds from one end of heaven to the other. Now, when does the first sentence of Matthew 24 is the first sentence of the Holy Spirit? The first sentence of the Holy Spirit. The first sentence of the Holy Spirit. The first sentence of the Holy Spirit. Now, when does the first sentence of Matthew 24, 29, say that this event called the rapture happens immediately after the tribulation of those days? There's not one scripture in the entire Bible of the 31,000 plus verses. There's not one scripture that will contradict these verses right here that Jesus spoke in Matthew 24.

30:42So obviously, there's no such thing as a secret coming. He's going to come as a thief in the night to those who are not watching. That is true. But he's not coming as a secret coming. And this is the last trump. This is 1 Corinthians 15, everybody. This is the seventh trump of Revelation 11. The kingdoms of this world would become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ. He tells this story again and again and again. Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21. Revelation 6, 11, 14 and 19. And so this is the day the cross was all about. He came the first time to purchase a plan of salvation so we could go to be with Him when He came the second time. This is the wedding. This is the rapture of the church, the bride of Christ. I'm excited about it. I'm excited about the end times. Why? Because I'm in evangelism mode.

31:43I'm not sitting around biting my fingernails saying, you know, the antichrist is coming on the scene. Look, I'm not worried about the antichrist. I was thinking about it in prayer this morning when the end time team was up praying and doing devotions. I'm not worried about the antichrist. I'm not worried about the false prophet. I'm not worried about any of that. I'm worried about people not being ready for the soon return of Jesus Christ. That's what I'm concerned with. And that's what Jesus was concerned with 2,000 years ago. This is why he came and died. Was buried. Rose again so that we can have an opportunity to go to be with Him. That's the message we need to share with the world. You remember obviously Revelation 6 under the 6th seal, like we talked about, the great earthquake, the sun, black, a sackcloth, moon as blood, stars falling from heaven, departing as the heavens depart as a scroll. It's the same exact thing. Martin, mountains and islands are moved. And it's the same thing that happened in the book of Joel.

32:46So the rich and the mighty cry for the rocks to follow them. It's the same thing in Matthew 24 and hide them from the face of Him that sits on the throne. So listen, when the Lord comes back, some will give up a shout. I'm going to be going up to heaven and I'm going to be worshiping God. Hey, it's time. The bride is meeting the bridegroom. But there were others that will say, hide me from the face of Him that sits on the throne. It all depends on, are you ready to meet Him? Again, be born again in time.com slash reborn. Then we go to Matthew 24. I'm down about verse 32 here. Jesus said, right after this, he said, now I want to tell you the parable of a fig tree. And when his branch is yet to enter now, again, I need to clarify something here. When he talks about the fig tree, he's not talking about Israel. Some people say, well, he's talking about the Israel right here. And when Israel was formed as a nation in 1948, then that was the generation that would see.

33:50Okay, that's not what Jesus is talking about here. I want you to understand the parable here. He said, let me tell you the parable of a fig tree. In the book of Luke, it says, and all the trees. So he's not just talking about a fig tree or symbolizing Israel here. He says when a fig tree's branch is yet tender and it puts forth its leaves. All of you guys listening to me have lived through a spring time. My tree sheds its leaves every year. I got a giant oak tree out in my front yard. Believe me, it sheds a ton of leaves in the fall in the winter time. In the spring, man, that thing's full of leaves. The buds start to pop out. You can see them. It's the same thing Jesus has said here. When you, when a any kind of a tree, again, the book of Luke, Luke's account says, and all the trees. When they put forth their leaves, then you know, summer's not right. We've all been through it a million times. So likewise, when you see all these things, then you can know it's near, even at the door.

34:52Verily, I say unto you, this generation shall not pass to all these things be fulfilled. Now, he's not talking to their generation, right? Because their generation is not the one that would see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet. That was not their generation. There are a lot of people, folks, that talk that he was talking to the Jews back then. Some people almost teach a preterist viewpoint. That all this happened back then. But that simply is not the case. Because there were many things in the Bible that say these things are going to happen right here at the end, just prior to his second coming. So he's not talking to their generation. The generation that sees these things, what things? Well, the Daniel 927 peace agreement, marking the beginning of the final seven years. The Daniel 927 peace agreement has to be in play. Jesus spoke about it in Matthew 24 verse 15.

35:53Until you see a peace agreement, we can't have the abomination of desolation, right? And all of these things are supposed to be happening at the same time, even things that John spoke about in Revelation 13. So until you see the Daniel 927 peace agreement, marking the beginning of the final seven years, until you see the world government, the world religion, the numbering system for the buying and selling of the Mark of the Beast, the international designs on the temple mount, the sharing arrangement, the Antichrist standing in the third Jewish temple claiming to be God. Jesus said, you've got to see this before the rapture happens, the second coming. The Jews in Judea fleeing. Jesus said, now when you see these things, this generation shall not pass to all these things be fulfilled. Guess what folks? We're going to see these things in our lifetime. This is why it's so important you understand what's happening with myself, in time, Joe Golden, and the missionary over there, I just talked to the missionary the other day, and so much is happening right now in Israel.

I wouldn't go if it wasn't safe. So there's nothing magical required about a fig tree or the nation of Israel, per se in this prophecy here. There is some important things about Israel, but it's not when they were formed as a nation. That's not what we're talking about here. When any tree buds summer is near. When you see these things though, it's very important. And you look through the entire scope of Bible prophecy, now you know it's at the door. Okay, Matthew 24. Let's go down to about what, 35-36 here. Jesus said, heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. But of that day and hour knoweth no man, not the angels of heaven, but my father only. Now, there are people that hide behind that verse to follow traditional teaching.

37:59The rapture is going to happen immediately before the tribulation. It will happen prior to the tribulation, things like that. No man knows the day or the hour, but Jesus had just said that you will know the generation, didn't he? When you see these things pass, this generation shall not pass into all these things be fulfilled. So Jesus was speaking to that group, he was talking to that group, but he's speaking to us. You understand what's going on here? No man at that time knew the hour. It was, it was present tense. When he spoke in his limited state as this in his sonship role. And so Daniel was told to seal the book until the time of the end, right? None of the apostles understood the book of Daniel. In Acts chapter 1, he told them that it was not time for them. They were asking him, will you at this time restore your kingdom? He said, no, it's not for you guys to know the times in the seasons. So that was true for them. It's not an excuse for the end time church to ignore almost one third of the Bible.

39:01Some people say, well, Jesus said no man can know the day or the hour, so why even study Bible prophecy? There's a huge, there are many reasons to understand Bible prophecy. And so it's very, very important that we go through these chapters, right? Paul told the Thessalonians that the day of the Lord we come as a thief in the night, that's absolutely true. But not, but he said, your children of the day, that day won't overtake you as a thief. Your children of the day, you be sober and watch it says. That's first Thessalonians chapter 5. So stay ready every minute, whether you know the exact hour or not. And I think there will come a time when we're going to be able to pinpoint it. And so, and we'll talk about that in future programs because back then they couldn't, but he didn't say nobody ever will know. Verse 37, Jesus continues, he said, but as of the days of Noah, we're, you know, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40:01For as in the days, they were before the flood, they were eating, drinking, marrying, giving and marriage until the day that Noah entered into the ark and knew not until the flood came and took them all away. So shall also the coming of the Son of man be. You know, it's going to be business as usual. Restaurants are humming clubs are open. People are going to watch the market system roll down and call it. Well, this is very convenient. This is just modern day technology. You know, wave your hand and get your drink, board a plane with the wave of your hand. Get with the program, right? Most will not know until it's too late and no approach, didn't he? But nobody believed him except his house. And so there came a time when the door was shut and then it started to rain because they would not believe the man of God who was telling them what was coming. And so the Bible says, then shall to be in the field. One's going to be taken the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill. One's taken the other left. Think about this.

41:06One's going to look up and the tractor that the husband was riding. It's going to keep on going, but he's gone. He'd been, they watched him go up out of the top of the tractor. Piles of clothes. You know, he's going to call there will need be another guy who comes home from work and he's going to call his wife on the way home. She's not there. And he's going to leave a message in a panic. But the problem is when he gets home, she's gone. You say, oh, Dave, that's not going to happen. Read Matthew 24. So I'm telling you today, watch you there for B.E. also ready. You know, and here's what many skip. And, and, and, you know, we will not skip it. Watch therefore for you know not what hour your Lord comes, but know this. That if the good man of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched. He would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore, B.E. also ready for in such an hour as you think not the Lord comeeth. The son of man comeeth is what it says.

42:07So this, these are the words of Jesus Christ. Again, these are all red letter in a red letter edition of the Bible. So this is the command here, not date setting, but a state of readiness. Because you never know the Lord could come for somebody before I get done with the program today. So Jesus says, goes on to say, who then is a faithful and wise servant whom his Lord have made ruler over his household to give him them meat and do season. Blessed is that servant whom his Lord when he comeeth shall find so doing a guy that's prepared. He know what's coming. He's preparing his household. Verily I say unto you that he shall make him rule over all his goods. So what do you want to be doing when Jesus comes? You don't want to say, well, the wraps are happened. I need to start a 24 hour prayer meeting. No, you should have already been living that right now. I mean, blessed is the one that's found doing.

43:11That's preaching. That's warning. That's feeding the household, the word in due season. That's preparing people. His own household and everybody he has influenced over that he can get his hands on or she that can prepare people to meet the Lord at his soon return. This is the command. Go you into all the world and teach them, baptize them, teaching them to observe all of the things that I've taught you. It's Matthew 28, 19. This was what Jesus wanted the church to be doing in the end time building his kingdom and pulling people out of Satan's kingdom and putting him in his kingdom, preparing people for the soon return of Jesus Christ. You say, Dave, but I've heard about this stuff since I've been born and it hasn't happened yet. The Bible says the Apostle Peter prophesied that that would be the case. There would be people that say, yeah, right in time stuff.

44:11The second coming, I've heard about that since the beginning of time. I'm telling you folks, it's coming. I'm watching the things. If you follow this program at all, you know the things are all lining up. World government, world religion, all this stuff. Okay, I want to finish these chapters real quick. Jesus said, he goes on to say, I'm trying to think where I'm at here. He says, but if but and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, my Lord Delayeth is coming and shall begin to smite his brothers all, the Lord's going to delay is coming. Who cares, right? The Lord said, if that fellow, if that guy starts to smite his fellow servants and say, let's go eat and this is squat the get drunk. Who cares? Jesus said, the Lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him and in an hour that he is not aware of. Man, you don't want that to happen. Jesus said, and she'll cut him a sunder and appoint his portion with the hypocrites and there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Now I'm still in Matthew 24 here, guys. And so this is judgment at his coming. There's going to be like the old, what was the, the tale of two cities. It was the best of times and it was the worst of times, right?

45:21So the delay in the heart became the sentence, you know, living that the self life under yourself, not under God. The Bible says, present your body, a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable, which is just your reasonable service. But some people say, now I don't want the Lord to tell me what to do. I want to live my own life. That's a, that you want to mess things up, start trying to run your own life. And so living the self life while claiming the master's name, that ends with being a hypocrite, right? Can't do that. And then Jesus continues in Matthew 25, because I want to make sure a lot of times we just go to 24 and we skip 25, but I want you to hear this. Jesus goes on to say in Matthew 25, then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto 10 virgins, which took their lamps. They went forth to meet the bridegroom and five of them were wise. Five were foolish. Now they're all virgins. They all had lamps. They all went forth.

46:25They all slumbered, sleeps natural. That's part of it. And the difference was the oil. The Bible says that they that were foolish. They took their lamps. And they, but they took no oil with them. And but the wise, they took oil in their vessels with their lamps. Then so the oil is the holy ghost. And it is the one thing. It's one thing to wear a pin on the lapel, right? It's another to be in dude with the power from on high. The Bible says that in the end time perilous times would come and there would be people that had a form of godliness, but denied the power thereof. The, wow, they look like a Christian. They're on TV. Everybody knows their name, but they have no power. They don't have any oil. So after the holy ghost has come upon you, Jesus said in Acts 1, you shall receive power. And you shall be witnesses unto me, both in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the world.

47:26So the inward man is renewed day by day, the Bible says once a week is talking to the Lord once a week and receiving the Holy Ghost once a week. That's not a relationship. I mean, you wouldn't treat your wife that way, would you? Or ladies, if your husband doesn't talk to you for a week, you know there's something wrong, right? He's not talking to me. He's isolated. What happened? It's the same way with the Lord. Some people want to pray over Thanksgiving dinner once a year and then say, well, I've got a great relationship with the Lord. You haven't talked to him for a year. It makes no sense. And this is the Bible saying, look, you got it. You got to go to him daily. You got to keep oil in your lamp. And Jesus went on to say, and at the midnight, there was a cry made. Imagine there's going to come a cry before very long. Jesus said, behold, the bridegroom cometh, go ye out to meet him. And then all those virgins arose and they trim their lamps and the foolish said into the wise, give us some of your oil, the bridegrooms coming for our lamps have gone out.

48:29But the wise answered and said, not so, lest there be not enough for us and you. But you go at rather to them that cell and you buy of yourselves. Now, obviously, this is a parable here. And listen to me, no one, no one can get the oil for you. Your spouse can't get the Holy Ghost for you. Your pastor can't get the Holy Ghost for you. This is a direct relationship experience between you and the Lord. And Jesus said, and while they went to buy the foolish versions, the bridegroom came. And they that were ready, they went in to meet him to the marriage. And the door was shut. Oh, wouldn't that be a horrible experience? I mean, afterward, they came the other version. They said, Lord, Lord, open unto us. But the answer to me said, very, very, very, I send you. I know you not. And watch there for for you know, neither the day or the hour when the son of man cometh.

49:29Oh, man, does he know you today? Do you talk to him often enough? Are you intimate enough with the Lord for him to fill you? Then those are not small questions, folks. I'm talking about eternal questions. Jesus goes on to say, when the son of man shall come in his glory and all the Holy angels with him, then he's going to sit on the throne of glory. And before him shall be gathered all the nations. And they shall separate them one from another. And as a sheep divided the sheep from the goats. As the shepherd, I'm sorry, divided the sheep from the goats. So to the sheep, the Bible says he's going to say, now I'm still in the all of it discourse here, folks. I'm in Matthew 25. To the sheep, the Lord says, come ye blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was in hunger, you gave me meat. I was thirsty. You gave me drink. I was a stranger. You took me in naked and you clothed me. I was sick. You visited me. I was in prison. And you came into me in as much as you have done unto one of the least of these my brother.

50:39You have done unto me. Oh man, we got a lot to live up to. But I'm telling you what we got to do our best and God will help us with the rest. But to the we got sheep, but then to the goats. I don't ever want to hear these words. But Jesus said that the Lord will say to the goats, depart from me. You cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels. They did not unto the least of these. These shall go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life. One taken the other left five wise, five foolish, faithful servant rewarded, evil servant cut us under sheep to life eternal goats to everlasting punishment. It's the same appearing, but different ends here. Your profession. Oh, I know the Lord. When's the last time you prayed? I don't know, but I mean the Lord or we're tight.

51:45But you, when's the last time you prayed unto him and talk to him? That's not profession is not enough. There are a lot of people. The Bible says that will profess to be Christians, but man, they don't have, they're not. And he's looking for those that are ready for those that are filled with the spirit that are watching and that are doing and that are winning souls and building his kingdom and they're engaged and they're preparing people for what's coming. This is the Bible prophecy 101, folks. So what's the timeline that we know? Well, you have the rapture and the second coming, which is one event. So many people teach their two events separated by seven years. There's no scriptures for that. And the rapture and the second coming, go to Revelation 19. He gives a chronological order of all of this. Revelation 16 and 19, the rapture happens in 16 and the merit supple of lamb happens in 19. You can read them right into each other. The chapter 17 and 18 are parenthetical chapters of the false, the judgment of the false religious system wedged in between 16 and 19.

52:55So you have the, the, the, the, the Lord's coming to fight on behalf of Israel. He gathers the church unto him. We have the marriage supple of lamb in the sky and we go straight with him to fight on behalf of Israel at the Battle of Armageddon. Some people would, you know, kind of say, well, I, yeah, that's going to be a you turned theory. It brings us all together. It's together. And then we miraculously come back down. That's exactly what happens. That's what the Bible teaches is going to happen. And so this timeline that the rapture and the second coming is going to happen immediately after the tribulation of those days. This is at the Battle of Armageddon. Doesn't the Bible say after the six vile of the wrath of God is poured out. This would be Revelation 16, 15 after the six vile. The Bible says the six vile is poured out. The nations will come down across the, the dried up. Euphrates river and they will come down to Israel to battle. The great river is dried up to make way for the kings of the East to come.

53:55The very next verse says, behold, I come as a thief. This is the rapture. And it happens at the time of the Battle of Armageddon. You can't deny this. It's right there in the Bible, everybody. And the dead in Christ rise. We who are alive and remain are changed in a moment. The twinkling of an eye and at the last Trump and were caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air. Blessed and holy is he that hath part on the first resurrection. The Bible says in Revelation 20 on such the second death has no power. If you go in the rapture, you will not stand before God at the great white throne judgment. And then shall we, we shall be called priest of God and of Christ and shall reign with him for a thousand years. And then, so then you have the thousand year millennial reign. Satan is bound in the bottomless pit during that time that he that he's going to that he should not deceive the nations anymore till the thousand years of finish. The Bible says. And after that, he's going to be loose for a short season when the thousand years are expired. He goes out to deceive the nations again.

55:01Gog and Meg, are going to be deceived again and those who follow him are destroyed. And then comes the great white throne. I'm in Revelation 20 now. But the thing is what Jesus taught in Matthew 24 and 25, you need to study that because there's that is the crux of it all right there. I believe we're the generation that will see all these things. Some people would ask, well, why loose Satan after the thousand years of peace? Because the power of choice still remains. God, it will have a people who choose to serve him. And when that test comes, there would be people that love God and serve him. And there will be people that are deceived by Satan and come back down against Israel to battle. And thank God we can choose now, right, to be prepared for his soon return. So we don't have to face all that. So be born again, folks, endure to the end. Hide the word in your heart. So you will not be deceived.

56:09Jesus warned about deception over and over and over. Satan has been deceiving people from the beginning of time, right? Did need to see Adam and Eve? He lied to them and he said, God said the day you eat of this fruit that you're going to die, but you're not really going to die. He just doesn't want your eyes open so that you will be like one of the like you will be like a like God. And that you'll know everything. This is called the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, right? And Eve said, well, you know, the fruit does look pretty good. Satan has been a deceiver and a liar. The Bible says he's a father of lies and the truth is not in him. So Jesus warned over and over and over about deception. It's Satan's number one tool deception because he knows that people will act on what they believe. So hide the word in your heart. The Bible says, oh, hide your word in my heart. Oh, Lord, so I will not sin against thee and keep the oil in your vessel. Give the household meat in due season. Preach the gospel of the kingdom to the four wins to the four parts of the globe.

57:16Do not let iniquity make your love wax cold, but watch. Therefore be also ready for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man comeeth. The same Jesus who sat on that mountain and said, these things are coming again. Will will come that you shall see these things happen. May he be finding you watching. May he know your name. May your name be written in the lands book of life. Folks, thank you for listening me today. I know that it was pretty intense, but the thing is we're watchmen on the wall and Jesus commanded us to teach and to instruct in these end times. And that's what we're going to do all the way till we hear that trumpet sound. Amen. God bless y'all.
