1:00What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of The Epstein Chronicles. As the House Oversight Committee continues its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, the public continues to get a slow trickle of information that comes out. And now we're learning that the estate has turned over additional documents to the House Oversight Committee. And my guess is we're going to continue to see this sort of disclosure as this moves forward. Because the estate, the last thing they want to do is be on anyone's radar. They've had their own problems throughout this whole entire ordeal. And they're still facing lawsuits as we speak. Because remember not every survivor took part in the Compensation Fund. So the survivors who didn't take part in that, well, they sued the estate. And the estate obviously is managed by Darren Indyke and Richard Khan, who happened to be Jeffrey Epstein's longtime accountant and longtime attorney. So those are the folks that are in charge of all of this information that the estate has in its possession.

2:06And the last thing these dudes want to do is be on anyone's radar at this point because they have their own problems. So I would expect them to be forthcoming with whatever information they have. It doesn't hurt them at this point, right? Jeffrey Epstein's dead. And considering the terrible publicity that the estate has had since the beginning, they're thinking that they can win some good will here. So they're going to turn over whatever. And I think that we're going to see more disclosures coming from the estate as we move forward. And they might be some disclosures that are handed over on their own, right? Without having a subpoena filed. Oh, hey, we found this or that, the other thing. And we'd like to turn it over to the committee, you know, for transparency's sake. But for me, I don't care how they get the documents as long as they get them. And more importantly, not only should they get the documents we the public should get to see them. And if that doesn't happen, then this whole entire process is nothing more. Then just another dog and pony show.

3:07With that said, why don't we dive into this article from NBC News and let's get ourselves caught up. Headline Jeffrey Epstein estate turns over more documents to House Committee. This article was authored by Kyle Stewart, Sayda Azgar and Dora Gregorian. Jeffrey Epstein's estate is turned over additional documents to the House Oversight Committee, including a previously redacted name from the late sex offenders now notorious 50th birthday book. According to a letter obtained by NBC News. And like I was saying in the opening, this is something you should expect. There's going to be a lot more of this and you're going to be seeing people looking to curry favor. The estate, they don't have anything to lose at this point. So they're going to be very forthcoming and they're going to try and help out however they can, especially if it might mean making an ally or two in Congress, right? The name that was unredacted was not immediately publicly released.

4:07The attorney said in a letter to the committee dated last week that it had redacted the names of specified categories of individuals out of an abundance of caution to ensure no potential victims are publicly identifiable. When it turned over the book last week, but that after further review, we identified one redacted name that does not appear to fit within those categories. Hopefully it's one of Epstein's assistants unmasked somebody like Sarah Kellen-Vickers or one of them, and let's see what's what. Now, of course, I don't know who the unmasked person's going to be. But according to the article, it's going to be somebody and hopefully it's somebody relevant. The estate also turned over what it described as another of Mr. Epstein's address and contact books. Now that's interesting. I wonder what's in there. We've already seen the other two black books that contain the whole host of people, everybody from Donald Trump to the fucking Dolly Lama.

5:09So you have another black book coming out basically another address book and who the hell knows what that's going to contain. My guess, it's going to be another who's who of people. What do you think Jeffrey Epstein was hanging around with normal folks like us? In an abundance of caution, we have redacted names and contact information of women who appear in the sections of the book titled Massage New York A Massage New York B and Massage UK. To ensure that no potential victims are publicly identifiable, says the letter, which was first reported by CNN. So of course, they want to cover their tracks. They don't want to get sued again. They don't want to fall into the trap of unmasking somebody that shouldn't be unmasked. So out of an abundance of caution, I love when people say that. They decided to send this stuff over, but with their addictions. And now after further evaluation, probably with their legal team and maybe somebody from Justice Department or from the committee came over

6:13and help them go through it or whatever. But after further evaluation, they've decided to unredact that name. So it's going to be interesting to see who that person is. And then after their addiction, if anything comes of it. Now, do I think anything will legally speaking? I doubt it. If anybody thinks we're going to get some legal repercussions here, I would caution you to temper your expectations. Because this is not the kind of case where justice shows up unfortunately. The estate attorneys, Daniel H. Weiner and Daniel Ruzamna also wrote that they would make the original unredacted book available for the committee to review. The documents were the second set to be turned over as a result of a congressional subpoena to the estate. So why did they have to wait for Brad Edwards to bring that up? Why didn't they just a subpoena this right away? Subpoena, the estate for any kind of information they have. And keep them moving. But no, it's always a shit show, right?

7:14Oh, let's have this hearing behind closed doors. Let's bring in this one or that one that have no goddamn connection to any of this. Meanwhile, they could be bringing in Bill Afana. They could be bringing in mental. They could be bringing in Mukesie. They could be bringing in Philippe. They could be bringing in anybody who worked on the NPA. But no, instead we get absolutely overwhelmed with a bunch of information that isn't even relevant. And that's the whole point, isn't it? When that water is murky, it's hard to see where you're going. And that's the result they're looking for. The first turned over last week, included the contents of the book, a collection of messages that was assembled for Epstein's 50th birthday in 2003. It included a racy and mysterious note. That was allegedly signed by President Donald Trump. Trump has denied sending the message and has filed a $10 billion defamation suit against the publishers of the Wall Street Journal,

8:15which was the first to report on the letter. And now of course, as we talked about in the morning update, Donald Trump is also now sued the New York Times. And I think that it's more messaging than anything, right? I don't think he's going to be successful. But he's throwing that red meat to his base. Look, I didn't do this. This isn't me, and I'm going to challenge it in court. Now, is he going to be successful with these challenges? That remains to be seen. It's a very difficult hurdle to get over for a public figure when we're talking about defamation and libel in the rest of it. But there's no doubt that there's other stuff that play here. It's not just what's going on in the courtroom. It's the narrative, the Battle of Optics. That whole entire war is being waged right before our eyes. And when Donald Trump files a lawsuit like this, it's him striking back, right? Trying to take control of the narrative. In the suit, Trump's attorneys alleged that the note was non-existent and that no authentic letter or drawing exists.

9:16A spokesperson for Dow Jones, which publishes the journal, said it would vigorously defend against any lawsuit. Well, yeah, especially if the note's real. And look, I have no idea I've told you from the beginning. I'm not going to sit here and make pretend I know one way or the other. I wasn't there. I can't authenticate it. Do I think that it being in the book gives it a lot of credit? I do. Do I think that it being around for years and years before this controversy erupted? Gives it more credence? I do. Do I think that it's a hoax? I don't. But I can't tell you for sure that Donald Trump signed that letter because I don't know that either. And I'm not in the business of bullshitting you guys. 10:17White House officials denied the signature was authentic. And Trump declared the matter a dead issue. Other high profile names also appeared to have contributed to the book, including former president Bill Clinton. A spokesperson for Clinton's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Clinton has denied he has ever gone to Epstein's private island, where some of the abuse is alleged to have occurred. No, not alleged. It occurred. Does anyone dispute that there was abuse on this island? I mean, you have to be on one hell of a ketamine trip to think that's the case. Because there's no doubt that abuse was taking place on this island. And as far as Bill Clinton lying about the island, well, Mr. Scully says different. Virginia Roberts said different. A bunch of other people said different. So who are we going to believe? I know. I don't believe Bill Clinton at all. I mean, you might want to, but me. I don't believe this dude for one second. The same Republican led committee has also subpoenaed the Justice Department to turn over

11:19the entirety of its investigative files on Epstein, who died by suicide, allegedly, while he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges in 2019. The renewed interest in the case came after attorney general, Pam Bondi, and FBI director, Cash Patel, a abruptly changed course on their promises of increased scrutiny and transparency in the case. Long the subject of conspiracy theories that were stoked by them and other Trump allies. See what they leave out here is that they just ignored the story for all these years. Now all of a sudden they've shown up and they're the arbiters of truth. And I know we've talked about this previously, but we're going to talk a little bit more about this as well. Because it's ridiculous and they're lying to you and they're trying to rewrite history. As if it's just Trump's allies that are pissed off right now. I would think that a lot of people on the left are pretty pissed off and a lot of people on the left who have awoken to what's going on here. They want some answers.

12:19So when you frame it as just Trump's allies or just MAGA or just that or the other thing, it makes it look like it's one way traffic when the truth is decent people everywhere want transparency. It doesn't matter what side of the aisle you're on. This shouldn't be one of those divisive issues where we're fighting. Unfortunately, the way it's been politicized, there's no doubt that that's the battlefield where this is being waged now. But that shouldn't be the case. And for years, I've warned against this because it's going to get us nowhere. What you're going to see is people continue to retreat into their bunkers, into their echo chambers, and ignore anything that goes against their worldview. And that's what happens when you have these hyperpartisan issues where the vast majority of people that are reporting on it are not telling the truth or at the very least obfuscating. And that's what we see here and that's what we've seen here for years. And furthermore, the letter that I just posted from the Epstein survivors. Well, who was that sent to? Merrick Garland, right?

13:19What did he do? Did he help anybody? Did he pop open an investigation? Did he arrest Sarah Kellen-Vickers? No, he didn't do shit either. Did he? And that's the whole entire problem. None of these people care. It's systemic. It's not just one person. It's not just one administration. It's the grand total of all these people ignoring what has happened. You're after a year, decade after decade, and they're still trying to ignore it now. But the dishonesty from the legacy media is unbelievable. The amount of people that are out here acting like they've been these big champions of Epstein survivors, of the truth, like they've been in the trenches fighting against Epstein, and this bullshit from day one. Meanwhile, the vast majority of these people were engaging in the cover-up actively, enabling Jeffrey Epstein and helping him get away with his crimes. Now, maybe not willfully, as far as, oh, I know what I'm doing. But when you don't cover the stories, when you call it all a conspiracy theory, when you ignore their survivors, you're being complicit,

14:20and you're enabling Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. The memo sparked a furious backlash from many Trump supporters, and the oversight committee subpoenaed the Justice Department for its investigative files. The Justice Department last month turned over 33,000 pages of documents of the estimated 100,000 total pages to date. Democrats on the committee have said the vast majority of that material was already public, and have a call for the Justice Department to quickly turn over the remaining documents. And I think any normal person wants that, right? Any sane person. Because that's the only way to figure this all out. If Donald Trump has nothing to do with any of this, like he says, the best way to get to that destination is to release all the documents. If we do that, then he could point at every document and say, look, I had nothing to do with this shit, and the people that said I did, well, now you're going to feel the fury. But we're not seeing that, right? We're not seeing transparency. We're not seeing what was promised, instead we're being told to move on.

15:22No, that's not going to happen either. So I've said it once, and I'll say it another million times. If you want this to go away, if you want people to take a step back, and stop really digging, release the files. But short of that, there's no moving on. There's only digging in.
