Jasper Alabama Drug Bust: Meth, Fentanyl, Guns Seized

0:00From the Daily News Now Network, this is Corey with Birmingham News Today. Four people in Jasper, Alabama now face drug charges after a traffic stop sparked an investigation by local police. It all began on March 6th when an officer pulled over a car for faulty lights and found illegal drugs inside. That led to the driver's arrest tied to a bigger narcotics probe. Detectives then raided a nearby home and seized methamphetamine, fentanyl, guns, and tools for distributing drugs. One fire arm was reported stolen. The suspects include 37-year-old Ashley Brom, charged with possession offenses, 32-year-old Sicily Pinley facing traffic accounts. For fentanyl and meth, plus a stolen gun charge, and 37-year-olds Tony Garrison and Matthew Ashley hit with failure to appear warrants. Police say they're focused on stopping fentanyl and other dangers in the community and want tips from residents to keep things safe.
