“Jadę do pracy! Talking About Where You’re Going in Polish”

In this lesson, we learn how to use the Polish verb "jadę" – meaning I’m going or I’m driving. Whether you’re going to work, to the theatre, or even to Zambia, you’ll learn how to build simple and useful sentences to describe everyday movement.

We also explore the difference between “jadę” (going by vehicle) and “idę” (going on foot), and practice answering the question: “Gdzie jedziesz?” – Where are you going?

Along the way, we talk about how far places are using “blisko” (close) and “daleko” (far), and share examples like: ➡️ Jadę do centrum. ➡️ Jadę rowerem do pracy. ➡️ Warszawa jest daleko.

You’ll also hear some real-life stress and laughter – because yes, learning Polish is a journey, and sometimes we get a little nervous, but that’s okay!

By the end of the episode, you’ll be able to say where you're going, how you're getting there, and how far it is — all in Polish!
