Join Karen and Ed as we visit the J. Mattingly 1845 Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, and chat with company president Harry Richart. We talk about the distillery’s history, their bourbon, where they are now, and where they are going. Harry will also enlighten us on their signature Double Staving process and the different experiences that they have in store for visitors. While we were there, I also did J Mattingly's Bourbon Blending Experience. It was a lot fun, and I left with a fantastic bourbon in a beautiful bottle.
