IWD 2021: The Silver Stream

For this special International Women’s Day episode of The Silver Stream host Byzantia Harlow is joined by guest collaborator Andrea Shortell. Andrea has organised feminist activist spaces for the last five years. Her interest lies in linking feminism to wellbeing and self-care.

The episode includes artist Libby Heaney discussing her research into representations of the body in machine learning datasets and features a previously unaired extract of her audio work ‘Figures in Limbo’ which was made during her residency at SPACE Studios.

Artist Ingrid Berthon-Moine discusses her project, 'I lack it, I like it' which interviews 'lackers' on the potent-ial of the lack, for more info: www.instagram.com/lackitlikeit/.
