About this episode
Would you describe your child as anxious? Do you find it difficult to know how you can best support your child?
You’re not alone. When your little one is feeling anxious, it can be really challenging!
In today's conversation Dr Kathryn Hackman joins us to chat all things anxiety including:
- Separation anxiety
- Day care and school drop offs
- Feeling responsible
- Advocating for your child
- And her top tip for helping anxious kids!
Dr Kathryn is the founder of the Courageous Kids app, a mum of two and a practicing medical doctor. She knows first-hand the heartbreak of having a child struggle with anxiety... and the work that goes into supporting them. Kathryn believes that no child should go without the emotional support they need, but many parents don't know where to start. She created Courageous Kids to empower parents with the practical tools they need to set their children up for success.
