Pittsburgh just went through a really bad storm — some of us went without power for a week — and our leaders declared disaster emergencies to get us extra help. But one of the key agencies that steps in after natural disasters is facing an uncertain future. President Trump just fired the head of FEMA and replaced him with someone who has no disaster response experience.
