Marking the celebrated beginnings with essence of birthdays of dear ones, i will quickly follow the ritual of announcing the topic of the day that resounds like Dosing Schedules. In this head, i will talk about drugs having real long half lives, that is more than 24 hours. What are different guidelines, rules, regulations and criteria to administer such drugs especially when they have high volume of distribution. It would be great to discuss states like casual and emergency!
And whether the person is considerably healthy or possess impaired renal and liver states , all these matter along with altered pharmacogenetic conditions!
