At 10 Minutes Remaining: Fan 8, Power 5

At 9 Minutes Remaining: Fan 7, Power 5

At 8 Minutes Remaining: Fan 6, Power 5

At 7 Minutes Remaining: Fan 5, Power 5

At 6 Minutes Remaining: Fan 4, Power 4

At this point, you should be close to 1st Crack, so then watch for the beans to reach your desired roast level and drop!
