About this episode
This week, inspired by a discussion with my girlfriend, I would like to invite you to consider the levels and validity of the many worries you may encounter in your daily life. I will discuss the phenomenon of 'certainty of uncertainty' and reflect on the fact that 'if we wanted, we could worry about everything, all of the time'. We will touch on the topic of 'impostor syndrome', 'learning through failures', and face the fact of the matter that - our job, as well as the majority of the things in our life, do not matter as much, as we would like to think… I dedicate this episode to all of those 'worrying souls' out there in the hope that by thinking these ideas through, you make healthier and more sustainable decisions in the future.
As always, I will be sharing several thought-provoking concepts for you to ponder and apply in your life in the days to come. For those feeling empowered, there will also be a challenge awaiting your participation!
All the love, all the power, all of the time!
