Is it Time to Reevaluate Your Goals? - Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites Podcast
About this episode
Do you strive to be the best?
Many people do, and having a target to shoot for is one of the ways of staying on task and moving forward. Goals are good and it’s good to review those goals now and then to be sure they still align with who’ve you’ve grown to be.
We don’t see it in ourselves because the changes happen slowly over time – we change a lot!
- We learn something that might cause us to have more compassion towards others.
- We experience something that might cause us to reevaluate a career path or relationship.
- We lose something that sharpens our knowledge of what we want next.
Even the smallest life events cause course-corrections and attitude adjustments inside you as you move through life and time. Today, think about what your goals are, and consider whether they’re still a good fit or whether they might need a bit of a tweak.
Because this is true for most people who strive to be the best – one day they realize that it’s better to be the best version of themselves they can be, and leave everyone else out of the equation.
