Last year with a 40 year old plus quarterback, these Steelers were a more effective offense without a number two wide receiver than Philadelphia was. I appreciate your approach to this thing. And I think the important point to kind of focus on is. The standards are the standards and if you're going to replace a guy like Jalen Hertz, you better damn well have somebody that's ready to go in there and be better than Jalen Hertz.

8:10Damn. You're finding it. Hold on because here's the thing. The fans don't give a damn about the cat space or none of that. You're worth multi billion dollars. You think the fans care that you want to pay a quarterback 35 million dollars so that you can fill out a roster for other players and still don't win. So you can look smart because you paid your quarterback cheaper. The fans don't care about that. That only works when you actually win. And when you're going to replace a winning quarterback, the next guy that comes in had better damn well win. And win big when you're replacing Jalen Hertz. I don't care if you're paying 40 million dollars 35 million dollars. What do I care? If you got to pay 60 million dollars, I care about the results. And when you're going to replace somebody who's accomplished as much as he's accomplished, you better be on point with it. Go ahead. Yeah. No, I understand.

9:10I mean, I just think, you know, you remember how in like the mid to late 90s, we saw a lot of running backs get picked at the high end of the first round. We got like, you know, Kajana Carter, Rashant Salam, Eddie George. I really think there's, there's a structural shift going on in how the league values quarterbacks. And I think a lot of it has to do with this Shanahan offense. And, you know, what should we. I hear about the shenanigans. How many people are winning with this shenanigans offense? I mean, Superbowls has a shenanigans offense one. They're producing yards and points. Ah, yes, yes. The great equalizer that we all want. I mean, Sean McVeigh is one with it. Who else is one? You can score multiple ways, not just by the quarterback. Yes. That's the point. That's why you don't need, like, I truly believe that this quarterback thing is going to be a thing of the future. It's going to be the replace the quarterback every six years, the same way you replace a running back. Even if you don't win, or even if you win, replace the quarterback. So unless the quarterback, you finally got you win with him. He's going to want to be, he's going to want increased pay. So you're telling me the philosophy is, so I don't have to pay him $60, $70 million a year. I'm going to get rid of him and start over because the system is what's winning.
