I spent the last three years doing a pre-training research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below. Do not underestimate the power of this technology. 2:00revolutionize any field overnight, and acquire real power and resources. We've all witnessed the progress in each of these domains, and progress is not slowing. These people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch their phrasing in the press to sound sensible. But I hear the same people express fear privately. No other human activity poses this level of danger. Yeah. I saw that in a red quite a few of those. Not a great way to spend your time. It really feels like the Terminator. The movie, the Terminator is maybe a documentary, and that's exactly how things are going to go. SkyNet is active, and yeah, these AI and robots are going to bring us all down. The one thing I want to know about that guy is, did we confirm that he for sure worked there? Because it could just be some random dude. Not had like 60 million views, maybe more than that, right? Right. So probably it's real, I guess.

3:01But if that's the case, and I wouldn't doubt it, if in the interest of winning this race, but harming humanity along the way, if you can hack anything that could bring down the banking system, right? It could hack into nuclear weapons and fire them off. I mean, it could basically take over. Right? Like that, we're giving the keys to robots who don't have souls. Yeah. I mean, they easily could go in there, hack all the banking system, collect all the money, and put it in a separate account that the AI controls. Then what? That, and I'm worried about deep fakes as well. Like them doing a video of what looks like our president doing something, saying something in us all believing that's actually. That actually already happens. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But just at a worse scenario. Yeah, this is bad. It's going down bad path here. We don't really have guard rails for it. Technology is moving faster than any of us can even handle as humans. And the corporate greed will continue to just be such an endeavor. It's such a rat race to see who can be highest in the chain.

4:02I watched a movie the other day for the first time in my life, the social network. It's a great movement. It's crazy. And I was like, man, this is crazy. Man, the next one's going to be crazier like because they have a new one coming out in October. Right. There's also a movie about this because the guy that I kind of think shouldn't be allowed to walk among us anymore is Sam Altman. The guy who runs open AI. He, I mean, if you've ever seen him in any interview, he has dead eyes. He has no soul. And he talks about this stuff in a way that you're like, okay, this guy does not care about anybody's children here. There's the future of anything. And they're about to make a movie about him that he tried to stop being made. Andrew Garfield will star in it as him. And he tried to go to Amazon. Don't release it. Don't release it. Don't release it because it makes him look horrible. He's a bad guy. So the primary thought on this trend or this idea of who these tech bros are is that they're all hyper intelligent. And they're all in the spectrum.

5:02And since they're functioning highly on the spectrum, their emotional connectivity isn't there. And that's why the things that we just as normal people think about, oh, yeah, I mean, wouldn't you be concerned about this or this? They don't have that moral compass because of where they function on the spectrum, which is like, if you think about like what you've seen the way Elon presents himself, Elon's hyper intelligent. A lot of those people that are hyper intelligent are on the spectrum and that connectivity, and ain't there. And those are like the seven or eight guys that are running this company, all these companies have some, they have as much power as governments now, governments acquiesce to the tech companies because of how much power they possess. It's crazy. They all struggle with women too. Yes. No, if you ask AI is AI going to kill us, the response is not comforting. Oh, no. What does it say? Probably not. Probably. Okay. Probably not. It's like a magic eight ball.
