Iranian, Romanian Face Charges at UK Nuclear Base

Just hours after UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer approved US bombers using British bases, Iran fired ballistic missiles at a joint US-U.K. site in the A. Indian Ocean. Iran's foreign minister warned that allowing these operations puts British lives at risk and vowed self-defense if the UK gets more involved. Officials see the timing as notable, given one suspects' nationality. Police Scotland says the two will appear in Dunbar and Sheriff Court on Monday, March 23.
