Those attacks killed top Iranian officials, including the country's supreme leader. Tehran hid back with its own strikes in retaliation. President Trump addressed concerns this week about possible Iranian attacks on American soil. When reporters asked if he was worried, he said no, he was not. The FBI recently warned police in California about a potential threat. They shared ample that Iran might launch drones from a ship off the west coast, targeting spots in the state if the U.S. struck first. That alert came at the end of February, based on early February intelligence. Officials noted no details on timing, targets, or who might carry it out. A Homeland Security report says Iran and its allies probably posed some risk of targeted U.S attacks, but a big assault is unlikely. Spokespeople from the FBI and California leaders have not commented yet.
