The players refuse to sing the national anthem and later escape from their handlers at a hotel in Brisbane or police quickly provided protection. Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke met with the women at a safe location and approved their visa applications late Monday night. Processing wrapped up just after 1.30 a.m., allowing them to stay in a void persecution back home.
