Iran announces new security chief, Philippines declares energy emergency

In just the last 30 minutes, Iran has launched a new wave of missiles towards Israel. It's the latest of multiple strikes targeting cities there on Tuesday. At least six people are reported injured after missile shrapnel hit a building in Tel Aviv. The Israeli military says search and rescue operations are underway at several sites in the south. Haifa in the north has also been hit. An explosion has been reported across Tehran, as U.S. and Israel target the Iranian capital. Earlier attacks hit Isfahan and other cities. Iran has announced a new security chief, former IRGC commander, Muhammad Begarzul-Gader, replaces Ali Larjani, who was killed in an American Israeli strike last week.
