It's Mick Dave and Shane here with you again this week. Looking ahead to what should be a big weekend, no bigger game than the Manchester Derby on Sunday.

1:00Live on Afterball Sunday. Shane. And Dave? Live from Old Trafford, Philly, Igan and Brian Kerr. Too bad it's gone over here. Hopefully it's classic. I immediately think of Michael Owens winner for some reason. There's obviously been unbelievable. That's your Manchester Derby moment. I think so. Yeah. For you know, the fans, I think that's one that stands out. There's obviously been like, it was the Paul Pogberg-Riss smalling game, where they can back and pause it. Yeah, well it's its Rooney's overhead for me. Oh yeah. Or the, if I'm parasy free kick. It's all, you know, it's all the course like that. But I don't know. It's all the same. Yeah, 6-1 city was that one. Yeah. The 4-1 when United really were dominant and that fixed shareback. Back in the mid-naughties and Sean Hart Phillips scored a screamer of the crossbar. Yeah. More recently, right, you know, you'd have had a good record against City when they've been nowhere near them over the course of a season and whatever. Obviously there were one place behind them last year, but you wouldn't say they were in the same category as City. They've been either a level or two levels behind them. I remember United when I was growing up, which is before your time, guys.

2:03When United were poor, kind of early Ferguson era, you know, and obviously gone through their 20-odge or famine, whatever title. Liverpool were the dominant team in English football. They were always fancy genuited against Liverpool. They would go and randomly beat them tree-worn in a year to like, you know, wreck Liverpool's title hopes and different things like that. And it's funny Liverpool then were nearly that team to United for a long time. Yeah. But I think City have nearly replaced Liverpool in this yin yang. And it's United are now like a pain in the arts from that city. And it's like City would every game sell fire to season. They've looked way more impressive than people think they are. I think there's a chance they'll grow into the into the into this team. They're developing a lot of newer players. Enjoy is going to come in and kind of like, you know, add a different element going forward. And yet at the same time, so they should be in absolute cloud nine at the same time. I would hate to have to go to the old traffic this week. Yeah, I don't know if City have been like, you know, the one four games, not convincingly at all.

3:05Like that commentary city game last week. That's what I mean though, doesn't it picked up all the well, maybe like Liverpool. Well, maybe like Liverpool last season won all their games and we were saying, oh, wait till they click. Yeah. And then they didn't click at all. So maybe you're right. Yeah, I think Liverpool won the first five last season and then at this start of drop off. It's a strange game this weekend, even the timing of it, like even during the week, obviously City are away in portal. One, two, nil have two days extra rest and compared to many. That's mad. They played last night. 40 hours is huge. I know you're Manchester, we're at home, but like that's a big. You wouldn't mind if they were Wednesday night and City have been choosing tonight, but 40 hour gap is massive. I heard a lot of people complain about this actually because again, like I'm actually not saying this glibly. Obviously Manchester United stuff elevates because there's so many many United fans who are looking at this thing and probably wouldn't be worried if it was a Naringham forest or something like that that was in this predicament. Thursday Sunday is a normal routine for footballers to have to do both games right home, City were away.

4:05It's not the end of the world. I do think it is unfair if they're in the same competition. If you're not either in the Europa League, it's the end. Yeah, because that's just where it is. So I do think it is unfair. It's a one off. It's not the end of the world. Yeah, like the United weren't really tested at all last night and still have one or two. But one out at this time of year, you need two games for the week for the load. I've often heard Manchester say that. They don't really want to make the changes. They feel they have to make for the third round of League Cup because they're looking for a two week load to get players into the season. Yeah, and find the rhythm and stuff that United are still trying to find probably our best team. I don't think it's Eric. Mikel Carrick knows his best team for Sunday in particular this weekend. But City is a hard, they're hard to judge. Even the first game of the year when they played against Bournemouth, they had Marikay playing in the back of midfield and that was a strange atmosphere and a strange game. It's a really interesting game because I actually don't think that this derby has been quite as big as it was,

5:05especially between maybe 2008 and 2008 and 2013 or 2014. This game hasn't felt as massive as what it was because obviously City were coming and they were trying to knock United after a paratrooper. In the last few years, they have upset City, but City has still been by far the dominant team in the City and in England. It's a strange game because Manchester United are obviously trying to replace this manager that's been gone out for 13 years. They still haven't got to the heights of where they were before. City are trying to replace their own huge figure in their manager, Pap Guardiola. They're at the start of that and it's actually quite a hard thing to do. I think it's quite maybe when the hardest thing to do in football is to replace someone who's had such an influence at one particular club. The fact that this game comes really early in the season means it's really hard to predict. The fact that City has looked okay in one game and where United have looked a bit more ropy and have dropped points,

6:12it's just a really hard game to predict overall. These games have been, so since that FA Cup Final really, it's basically been City win one, United win one, the Ardra. It's been really close. United are definitely outperforming their general performance in this fixture, but it's a very new man City team. It's not a new man City team, it's probably not new enough. You would say, look at that. But again, it should have been never done that weekend. I know they didn't and that exposes flaws. There's a negative side at this point as well, but actually outside of a disastrous start of the season against Hull, they have kind of picked up where they've left off in a way that we might not be that impressive, we might not be that exciting, we might not be looking to win a league anytime soon. But the Michael Carrick gets results more often than not formula of last season, which got them from nowhere to third.

7:12Looks like it will continue anyway. I think United are going to be a hard team to get points off this season. The nervous of whether or not they're actually where they want to be as a club. The narrative would have been so, like if metalisers doesn't score that equalizer last week, you're going into this city game, going this could be a third winning arrow against the league. The narrative is so changed by that little equalizer, but I don't know. You're right to say that he doesn't know his right team. They're stacked with attack and talent. Don't get me wrong. But the question is now who, I don't know who plays, this week at like Shashko and Koon, you were both pretty decent albeit against her opposition in the Europa League last night. But chap is league. It's been too long. Over a thousand days since they're in the chap is league. It felt like Europa League was the same. It really did. Even the atmosphere seemed a bit drop. Even though the Sabah story is a brilliant one. Class, we shouldn't overlook it at this level. 100%. But does Rashford come back in? Is there a reason why Rashford? Maybe because the alternate players are decent bit, you would imagine this week particularly, but I don't know if it's Rashford's start.

8:13Shashko seems ready to go, but maybe he's taking him off the bench again this weekend. Yeah, I would think that Marcus Rashford probably starts this game. He's got quite a good record against Manchester City, right from the very back, from the very start of his United career. The big issue is I guess who plays in midfield again. Like the city are obviously going to try and keep the ball. Whoever is in that midfield for for City as in if it's Bhuadi or Enzo Fernandez, whereas United are going to probably play at Celeman's and Kabi Manu. Even last night they were getting run through the times. Yes, Mr. Mertowski came back in a couple of half-time last night as well. He probably won't be close to starting, but how they fit in Bumu, Shashko, Bruno, Rashford, Kunya all in that kind of front. Amad when he's back. It's going to be really interesting. The fact that United's biggest issue though is probably who plays the left back, because the dash, Patrick Dorgue played there on Thursday night,

9:15and I don't know, defensively, even attacking wise, he hasn't even... You're an English star against Man City. I don't think so. I think you play Masrazo here and just take your medicine. He was good. Remember, was Dorgue scored a goal in this game last year, Carrick's first game in charge of the match? That was a superb performance from United. That was kind of like, Kevin and I were right now again. I still think they took moments well in that game. You remember, like you know it was two big moments. Like an unbelievable goal. Yeah. But yeah, like that was the start of everything. I do think they're still... I don't know. It's hard to talk to players about it in an honest way, I think. But it does still feel like the Darby means something. If you're around the club, you're living in the area. You know, you're hearing from fans and all that. I do think it matters and it can elevate them a little bit. That's why you play Marcus Rashford probably, because he's a within-show boy. Obviously, he means more to him. That's why he's seen some of these local ads thrown into these darbys, having been involved much. Like Rashford knows what it means to win these games. A lot of these players are coming in, they don't really care. No, I think that's a bit...

10:16I don't know if that's maybe... Care is probably the wrong word. I just... Even for Rashford, obviously he's been from the area, but it doesn't really mean that much more to him. I think it means more to maybe Fulfold and Gazese. It seems because he would have grown up when City were definitely in United Shadow. And it's just a strange dynamic now because we probably were growing up when United would have beaten City maybe twice a season and said the City wins like the show. Zero same division. Yeah, you know, like those were kind of massive huge upsets. So I think that dynamic has changed a little bit for especially the local players. But I think the big thing that the game might hinge on is Elliot Anderson. He was not Sheshinite at his top midfields Harrogor going into the summer at the start of the summer. And United realized obviously that City were very highly interested in and two. And they couldn't... They're going to buy Elliot Anderson. They're going to pay 130 million. And United needed... Not one midfielder, a needed treer-former-fielder. Now I'm seeing they've spread the money out on tealamons and on Baléba. And Andrew Santos as well.

11:18So like... That's a strange one by the way. I don't get the Santos transfer so far. Yeah, I think he could be a very... Like dependable player. He could be a very grand player, I think. Yeah. Like you need... I like the look of a match else here a little bit last year. And he seemed to never get a wrong and that was understandable with the midfielder's they had and the types of squad they had. But I haven't seen it yet. You know, you know, I do agree with you. But I didn't think it was a mad sign when they made it. Was a bite, Londoning or someone said recently they were like... He played like 50-something games for Chelsea last year and I don't remember. I don't remember them and any of them. Yeah. But maybe that's the type of game he likes. Yeah. It's also... He plays a musician and he's a type of player that doesn't... He doesn't grab the eye like he's a functional midfielder. He moves the ball between attacking the fence. He probably has Bruno and Bumo to kind of the more flashier stuff. But I think Elliot Anderson from Ancidie is the key and maybe really game completely hinges on. I actually think he's a good midfielder but as maybe John Giles would say he's not a great midfielder.

12:20And I think he can definitely be Godass. Hmm. I'm interested in Anderson. I thought he looked good actually in a game that I watched from Ciddy there maybe last week. But I... You hear people talking about him. You hear like Jack Pitt Brook for example early. You know a lot of these people on the England beast. Jonas talk about him like in a really elevated way. People that you would respect their opinions on the game. And it's like I don't... I haven't seen that. I have to say. I've seen him like I've watched... You know you'd watch like off Broadway, Faras Games last year that wouldn't be getting that much attention. Like I know he's a defensive midfielder so as you just pointed out with Santos they don't always stand there. That's fine. I understand that. But you don't get the sense he was running the game around here at that. And this is that lower level games. This is like Faras vs. Columar. So if you're going up to Ciddy and you're going to have that level of an impact where you're going to be the well over 100 million. You know, that you're building the team round. But again you see him up close maybe you watch the games. You probably see different things and you could see where that improvement might happen.

13:23So I'm definitely not dismissing it. But I kind of think you're right. I think he's definitely worth displacing the Man City team for example at the moment. But is he the game changer? I don't know. I don't think so. But if I was going to Faras last summer and being like Ali Andersen the Morgan Gibbs White. It's Morgan Gibbs White. I'll be going for it. I know he plays a slightly more advanced role. But I think he can do Everton. He can run the game from a deep line position midfield. He can play as a number 10. He can even play it white if you have to play him there. I think he's an absolute superstar and I think it's mad that Thomas Tugel didn't take him to the World Cup. Ali Andersen obviously played in the World Cup alongside Declan Rice who is extremely tired and exhausted. But I don't think he ever stood out in any of the games, Regland, during that World Cup. I don't really know how he's going to fit into this city team. I think Buadi is going to be the guy but he's still quite young. You think Andersen may be kind of in a more Declan Rice current role in the more ace with maybe Fernandez a bit further forward? Eventually. But then what do you do with Cherokee?

14:23I don't know. Look, I mean, everybody, we don't need a 1-1-11 that's always there and those days are gone. But it just feels as though they probably have too many pieces. I just don't find Ali Andersen running the game for a set. Look, he might be trying to say me. He can still prug me wrong. He might be that player. But I don't just don't see it at the minute. He had a Morton's better player possibly, arguably. Well, he didn't go for the big transfer this summer. That's because he's still my girlfriend. And you know, it probably is that's a little believer seems to have taken a box. Right. Time to talk to her. We had a winner in our bet builder two weeks ago. We were bloody close last week. I know. We had oursel to win. Yeah. We had both teams to score, which I disputed. But Chelsea scored after two minutes, which is a pretty good start in that one. And we had over 9.5 corners. Yeah. We got it. We got it. It was, it was a lot of late corners. Yeah. So we were kind of counting as he went on. It's like, oh, I'm going to make it. Yeah. It did make it. So almost to the role, but you're almost isn't, isn't good enough. So you might wonder why I've been so positive on Manchester United in this discussion.

We're going for both teams to score, much like last week. And we're going for Luke Shaw. Is Luke Shaw going to be fish? Is this not? The talk is that it was cramping that he will be fit for this year. OK. So, well, look, maybe if he's not fully fit, he could be caught by overlapping Manchester City right-winger and take him down for obvious yellow card. Yeah. 16:24No, I don't know. It's won the mix and I think it all traffic, you know, this is the type of game that they go and win. I feel I've a feeling I have to. Because they haven't looked awful. Do you know you're playing in a game after this? In not the Carbohawk now in the league. Fulham away. Fulham away. Oh yeah, it's on the afternoon. Manchester United is winning this and losing the Fulham away at Craven College in crisis Fulham. Saving Arvaloa's job has modern Manchester United written all over. I expect goals. For some reason I feel like one of the keeper's lamens are done a room. We'll pick up the man of the match award. I think the XG is going to be high in this one. For some reason they just expect chances. Brian Carr said something interesting in the post-match conversation with Dave last week and he was, it's obvious but I hadn't put it together but he was looking at Dallow McGuire, Martinez. Martinez and Shaw. This is the United team that's been in crisis for how long and we've talked about it. They've got the same back forward they've had for five years. I know there's older players there and there's players on the veil at the moment but it's like how if they left themselves in a situation

17:26where they've just got the same guys in defense. As I was even saying they're not the best options at the moment but it's worrying in the lack of freshness. They haven't been able to build beyond a back forwarder probably isn't good enough. No, and it probably goes back to the summer time as well. When all these players have been traded between Premier League clubs for a huge amount of money, United weren't involved in any of those discussions. And Dave at the start of the game last week went through the back four and he was at Dallow signed by Marine. McGuire signed by SoulShare, Martinez signed by Ten Hague and Luke Shaw signed by Louis Van Gaal I think. That goes to show you the era that these matchational edifyingers have played through and played in. They've got players that are not involved at the moment like Matthias DeLecte in Heaven Lenniaro. Well, maybe DeLecte just can't stay fit. He's been injured for over a year now with a mysterious back injury.

18:27Hidden Heaven is so good when he's played but he's left-footed and they want to play Martinez there because he's their probably still their best defender. And Lenniaro just hasn't reached the heights that the 50 million transfer fee kind of we thought he would do. It's a Jason Wilcox in charge of, you know, it's their equivalent. I know it's a team but it's he's leading it isn't it? Yeah. Yeah. Because I'll give you an example. Err last season, like late last season it was one of those, you know, the overlap dude, those sort of like they tend to catch them on the hot backstage or whatever. And Gary Neff was outside, who's the wooden player you want? You like it to sign in the summer and he said, Conza. And I was like, I remember at the time, I'll fuck off Gary Neff. I was just like, you know, it's like, but it's like, right, okay, then the World Cup happens. So Conza's on the thing, you know, Rogers is on the market obviously that's just from a fellow point of view. But obviously there are players that are there that everybody's looking.

19:27It feels to me like Manchester United are having, they're almost playing in a different market than all the other top teams. And I don't just mean financially, it's like because if just headwise, they're not targeting the same players. And maybe look, if you've got a bit of success out of that and you're kind of like, you're getting a little bit of a value buy because your shopper and elsewhere and you know what you're doing brilliant, that's what you want. You don't want to be fighting it out with Man City for the same guys. But if you're not even in the conversation for the type of players that's city and Chelsea and are still going for, then how are you going to close that gap? It would be concerning. What's he doing there? I think it comes back to player trading. United have been notoriously bad sellers for a number of years. You look at the players that are still left on their books with that. I've could have gone over the last couple of trends when there was Marcus Rashard being the obvious example. Jinn, Sanchez, obviously gone on a free. You've got like Harry McGuire could have left and went to West Ham.

20:28Zerxie is still there. Yeah, they're just all these players. United just can't get them off the books. They're really bad at selling. That's why he rushes his left liverpool from the summertime as well. That liverpool haven't really done it either. Well, sorry, Chelsea and Manichesia City have been the elite player trading experts over the last I know two years, three years as well. The money the city of Berlin this summer has been. Yeah, exactly. It hasn't in any way. Obviously they didn't want to sell Rajri, but they got more, they got, I was only looking at this tray for some reason. You'll know why in a while, but I won't tell you why. They got double the money of Rajri, it looked like they were going to get it one stage. They've even realized that. Anyway, so that's the one they didn't want to lose. And then everybody else, they got this insane money for all these extra, like every other club, you know, you did for example. And as we've seen with like the like the Rashford and all the way, have all this like, they're stuck on the books. They can't get anyone to take on the money. I've ever seen here just like, here's Spurs, come, come.

21:32You are so welcome to give me 100 million for all that crap. They've all played under Pep Guardiola, maybe with a thick and well, it's worth at least 40 million to garner the secrets from that ration room and see what was. Again, Chelsea getting massive profits on players that have been ultra failures. A lap. A Mary Kellerman, there'll be a huge, I think there'll be a Netflix documentary on a Mary Kellerman. It went from Villa to Chelsea for like 19 million. And then there's no, never played for Chelsea. I think Mifli-Fli-Fli-Fli wants her twice in the cop game and now it's kind of Strassburg. It's just a... The Kellerman thing is it was odd, like because he wasn't even. He was one of those guys that was a bit of hope for a villa, but like not like in that sort of... Yeah. And then again, the way that you would be sort of saying we're banking our future on them. People weren't angry when they got 20 million from that spacer in 19 or whatever it was. The bigger example of that, like his Cardi Choukou Mecca, right? So he was the star of the youth cook winning team. And Gerard, the one thing he did for Villa really was just kept bringing him on with five minutes to go in games where he made zero impact. But suddenly he's got 16 primary league appearances. And when you look at a PSOR, Chelsea given 20 million for him he wants to go. It's like, Grant, go on.

22:38Those are make it a Chelsea disaster. And I'm taking like, this guy's career is completely far. How could Chelsea keep before it to make these mistakes? This sort of took his time ahead. And they sell him for 24. Yeah. I'm like, I know there's a bit of football inflation at that time, but it's like, what is this guy going to go open value since you've bought him? And that's just literally just being a Chelsea player, deciding that that's how much we're asking for him. Yeah. And it's an incredible thing. Yeah. That's that memory actually talking about this, a couple months ago, when Michael Loon and was linked to go to leave Schemmer Grovers and Chelsea and half an Heimer two clubs that were linked with him. And I was just like, go to Chelsea. You just go to Chelsea. Your evaluation increases just like that. Just being a Chelsea player. Yeah. I don't know. That's where I'm hanging out at Liverpool have to catch up. I don't know. Are we going to get to a stage where we're not talking about like even Michael Carrick and Enzo Moresque. Yeah, we're talking about like Hugo Vajana and Jason Wilcox and you know all the sport and directors. Are we going to talk about like the accountants? You know, that's something we are kind of, you know. They're ultimately making the huge amount of decisions that are changing the game.

23:39So maybe it's just not exactly fun. Right. We've run some of the other games. The other live game we have on news talk this week is Coventry versus Brighton from the North Carolina. North Carolina. North Highfield Road. No. Okay. We have then on Saturday, lots of three o'clock games on Saturday. Liverpool full of Liverpool win that game. I think we don't need to talk too much about them. And he full of fans. They were okay against the let go. I thought I'm doing a night like, you know, it's like they're finding their way a little bit, but a long way to go. Maybe. Are below a derby. Are below back to back to Brighton field. I don't know. You never know. I'm worried about full of them. Yeah. I think I'm not going to do that. This year. It's, Arbeloa feels like the type of appointment where, you know, again, when you're writing like crappy quizzes and different things like that, you look at teams, journeys like, you know, so it's like, oh, what year were they in the penalty league? And it's like, oh, she's there. We're there for 14 years in a row. And then they were in league one, two years later.

24:40And then they came back 10 years later and say, there's a lot of clubs at that. Full of them are obviously one of them. Arbeloa feels like the exact type of man you get it right before you collapse. So everything's got really, really, really well. Then you have this random appointment. And you're gone. And you don't see them in the primary league for 10 more years. It feels very frank, the borrower's got the Crystal Palace. Yeah. Seven games. They survived, though. Yeah. The thing with the noises coming out of full of them are really bad. Some of the players are falling out with them already. Yeah. He signed a load of real major Castilla players. And, you know, more or two of them might turn into really good players, but they're definitely not the full of Marco Silva. Quiz question. What's the game if you think Liverpool versus full of them? What's the most significant game in their history? Liverpool's full of them. I don't know. The title went in season from a few years ago when they was only representant of and they managed to win that game. I don't know. It actually sounds like a way better answer. But actually, the answer is when Robbie Fowler came out of nowhere and scored five goals and they coped first round against them.

25:41The fact that it's his arrival as a Liverpool player, I think, full of them were probably like the fourth division or something at the time. We've got Palace versus Zip Switch. We've got Bournemouth versus Brentford. The Battle of the Bees. That's an interesting game, actually. It's one of those ones that doesn't look sexy on paper, but actually is a huge match. Villa versus Forest. Villa with one point from three games. Forest with two points, but they've drawn with Liverpool and Spurs in the last two games and should have won against Spurs on Saturday. Chelsea versus Hall. Hall's on beaten record, come to an end there. Chelsea. Murray Rajagah for assists the other night. He didn't get man to match. She was complaining about it against Leeds. That was a weird match. Chelsea brought on Parmer, NETO, Rodgers and Warner Der Sube of that level at half time. They brought on a made four subs at half time. We needed to be failed to two-nil down and then scored four goals at ten minutes. One six-train in the end, I think. Six-second half goals. That was a weird one when NETO was on during the Champions League.

26:42It just feels weird. You don't know what to be watching. Just that Liverpool following game is that it was two-two when Roberson cut send off. But I just remember under a slot that was a huge significant game just before Christmas. I like the Chazzy whole game. We spoke to Johnny Egan on the on-off ball breakfast this morning. That defensive record, the only team across the top four tiers of English football yet to concede a single legal whole city. Johnny Egan obviously had the heart of it. Hopefully I presume he will be in him. I'll go ahead and score next week. He'll be starting. He's playing now. He's really interested. He has some Collins with a slight knock and other players may be not playing much football and out of form. There's the interest in the sea where NETO Collins can make a backflake. He could go off after a few minutes. It doesn't seem to be anything long-term, but if you miss a couple of weeks, suddenly he's out with this window. That can happen very quickly. I watched the United game and I watched the Filla game last week and full, both games are very impressive. They're very, very well organized.

27:43Filla are not at a point now where you can really george it. Because in the team who are going to break down a tough fence, we saw it against Arsenal as well. Basically, it couldn't create a chance. It's just sort of the level where they are at the moment in their development. But like, Hull just found it so easy. They weren't offering much in attack. There was a time when there was a 15 minute period I think Filla had 94% of the possession. I'm not sure if I've ever seen that before. They're not offering too much, but it was... They were brilliant defensively. They looked really well organized. It kind of performs here thinking, they're not going... I can't see them collapsing. Being at that point where they lose a game in a row in the middle of the season, that usually happens to relegate the teams. I think it was an interesting line from Johnny Egan this morning on the off-world record. We were South of Shen. He said about the manager, Serga Yikirovich. He's a manager that the Lonever stands people. He gets people. I was just maybe... Throw away a line that he didn't mean too much into. But it just shows you the type of characters that they have brought into the team.

28:44He said that everyone is kind of molded. There's a really good team spirit, obviously. You're quite a lot of the team that played in the Champions of last year. Still, pretty much in the first team of Hull this year. And the new players have really added to that as well. That's just really interesting. That's just a really good sign. It's like a good culture there as well. Well, a few of your team use signings often if a manager who's not a people person, and those signings tend to left them and get forgotten about. The manager doesn't know what's going on in their personal lives. But Yikirovich seems like the type who's fully engaged with them. As Johnny can say this morning, he's involved. He said those players have settled in so, so quickly to hold. That's one of the reasons a lot of people predicted them to go straight back down. Because how do you get those many new signings to jail? But clearly Hull have done it. Yeah, you can't also end up all this is important. But you also can't underestimate the power of modeling yourself on success. And I really think going after an Eddie Care era, Kilkennykiff, as a judge this year, I think that's like, I mean, they just always won the All-Arland. So it's like that's... Mald by the Tigers, the famous one from Tarris is now, which is cringe, but also far play out of them.

29:46Yeah, absolutely. Sonland Arsenal, I skipped a game there on purpose. Sonland Arsenal. This is a really good game, Lasha. Yeah. Oh, yeah. This was the draw. This was Arsenal's first kind of slip-up last year. Wasn't it a two-wall draw, I think? Yeah. Robbie. Two-wall draw, Brian Robbie. Absolutely. It's a really good point about last year's game, though. And I think that's because I was about to say, like, Arsenal's just like this... Imperie... I think we're going to have a 1-0 to the Arsenal season, and I think that's their development. Is that they're not going to... I think they're going to... They just, again, what do we call the... The Ville game, and the Monday, it's like a 1-0 hammering or a 1-0 hiding or whatever it was. And I think...

30:46This exact picture was tough for the last year. I think if they can go on with that, they'll only win by single goal. But will they do it comfortably? Will they have 30, 40 minutes of just sort of taking what Sonland are given them with a lead? I think that'll be another test of, like, have they kicked on this year, you know? Yeah, like... There was another 1-0 hammering trip... I'm not sure I would have... Arsenal and Napoli, like, Napoli... Napoli could be there right now, and it still wouldn't score. It wouldn't even create a chance. It was just a complete another domination from Arsenal. And I have to say, like, this year, they've played better football so far. Yeah. Like, they've... It was the same again, Chelsea, for you know, once they got 2-1 up. Like, Chelsea were trying, and they had a bit of the ball and all that. But you just never felt... Like, it was a big... So, I was saying this day outside. It was a big Sunday afternoon game. The big game, like, the, like, you know, biggest game of the season so far. And there's just something about Arsenal. It's like, once they took the lead, it just kind of felt over. And it was only, like, 55 minutes gone or something. Like, the whole second half is still to play.

31:47It just felt over. Yeah, Chelsea did have the majority of the balls, where it's a good game, but didn't test Abu Dhabi Raya whole pile. And I just think, as well, like, all the guards... I think they hit the crossbar or something. Like, they did have a chance, but again, it's more just a feeling that you have. Yeah. I don't know. It's a fancy Arsenal... No, and I have to say, I don't know what a guard has just been exceptional again. He was brilliant during the week. Yeah. You know, the start... He's backed to what we thought he was three years ago, whatever, like, that's such a massive improvement in Arsenal. Yeah, I think there's a stature in the week against Napoli. I think... Oh, the guard only played one pass to have us. Jesus. The rest of the world, the rest of the attacking players as well. I don't know. Even, like, the players, like, the stature in the week, me, Kalmarino, Starr, it's... Merit and Supermendi comes on. Like, Luis Kelly does even play. And he's been brilliant so far this season. They just look so, so good. I think they're the favourites for not just the Premier League and for the Champions League as well. Yeah. And, you know... There is a long season. And I know that's like... I don't mean that in a key shade way. I just mean there's, like, you know, the form of somebody at this time of year

32:49is somewhat irrelevant. Yeah, you know, it is. And... But the thing is, you know, that old American trope of defense wins championships. Yeah. Arsenal just looked to have, by far, the best. That's cancer. And, like, honestly, I... I've obviously been watching them for six, seven years and how much... And he's getting better all the time as well. He's such a good sign. Yeah. They're fine. They're fine in their feet. Whatever. They're making overblow these things. And we got a bit of criticism last week for being two down on Spurs in this show. I got a message. Like, this is a disaster. Sorry, let's take out the idea of those being down on them or whatever. Like, it's like... We just got to wait. Spurs fan who's obviously a regular and off-blow breakfast, a YouTube stream. So I'm sure he won't mind me reading this out to me two years, but he said, Mick is a classic Villafan jealous of Spurs. And like Dan Bardell and Cole giving out about us being a top six club. They're in the championship five years ago. We don't care about this top six nonsense. Villafan's care more about it than we do. I'm sure that they didn't have a win in their first six last season. He'd won every single signing we made in the Villafan team. And most of them get into the United team. I'm going to have a win in their first six games this season either way to sound safe. I actually, you know what? I actually agree with that point. I actually... I actually think that the big six thing is an obsession with the teams outside of Spurs. Yeah. Of course it is. Like, and fans of teams outside of Spurs. I don't think Spurs are... Although, their Tanoi announcer did announce that they were massive because of all the signings they made. I've been proven and spent the money. And I disagree that I would want a lot of those players. And I honestly think that there is a little bit of Shann Freud in it when it comes to Spurs.

36:56Absolutely. That's the Villafan in me. But I'm also somebody who talks about this for a living. And I really am concerned about them. Yeah. I think through a disaster, you do take a motion out of this. It's only a bit of a laugh to not want them to win and lose. I'm after Don't be a man, you know, you're in a really positive way from about 15 minutes. Yeah. Mekai Lama, you're actually signing, obviously, towards the end of the transfer window alone. Can you say that was the one... That's the one where I think that was worth the risk. Really? It's just like we know one. He didn't do it, right, at Chelsea Grand. Obviously, he chances are it won't work. But they're taking an out-of-lone option. That's not the end of the world, you know? He's injured for two months. He's injured for two months. He's a track by statement. The Notre-Ediotic thing to do by Tottenham Halsburg. I don't know. I think Spurs are... He'd be back to the relegation battle in the New Year, though. Yeah. Well, you know, he probably deserves to sign them. What does he deserve to describe them as like his footballing son? I don't think he'd even played it for Deserabee.

37:57Deserabee might have been in last November. I know that's quite clever from Spurs, but he's either going to sack another match or buy it. He's going to see another and get really deservedly. And disastrous. Yeah. But doing his though... Everton and... No matter what happens, big love. They are massive. Now look, genuinely, right? I think I had my phone with Spurs last year. Like, you know what I mean? I thought the gun down would be genuinely just a very funny story and good content or whatever. Now it's like... I'm kind of at that point in where it was, you know, where you're like... I'm getting more to the kind of perplexed and frustrated phase. Where I kind of don't understand what you're doing here. How could you be messing this up so badly? You've got all these natural advantages. Do something with us. Yeah. And maybe we're completely wrong. And I'm totally open to that and hoping to be, you know, slapping the face with it. It's just that it looked like a load of random things of let's spend. Like, if you go into the market with the idea of let's spend money. Yeah. That's the... You're working against like the most sophisticated teams in world football.

39:00Yeah. Like, they're making it fully. You know what I mean? It's like, you know when American tourists come to Ireland, they're like, oh, this certain thing, this golf course is only 100 quid. Copy that good. But if the golf course is 300 quid, oh, that must be good. It's been like spurs is spending this season. They're like, oh, that player, maybe it's 30 or 40 million. Let's go for the 100 million Sanctuary tonally, you know. And that hasn't worked at all. That, like, they were very lucky not to lose that game last week. We obviously didn't equal Williams' handball. Do we know if it hit his hand? I don't know if we... I think it probably was. The only other thing was it definitely not over the line. Because he kicked it backwards. Yeah. He kicked it forward so a man on the line. And I don't know if the watch would have went up because obviously the ball does go into the net. Trim immediately. Yeah. So they got lucky with that, but I don't know. The thing, our Everton are going to cause them problems. Everton have a notoriously bad record against Spurs away from home. 17 Premier League games. They've had four draws in one win. Like what's seven points out of 51. It's amazing. There are so there. You know, a 1-0 defeat in September 2020.

40:01I think for Everton or for Spurs against Everton. I don't know. I don't know. I don't even swear at where they score goals. Racialisins contract situation this week has been a complete mess. He looks like he might just have to stay and where it is time he wants Spurs to cancel the contract. Spurs and I do not. It's just an nonsense in a match. I don't know how Spurs get out of this rush. But also our Everton in... Again, I think Moe is doing a good job because I don't think it is on the pitch at the moment. But it does feel like Everton is in MS and there could be an issue with the manager. Come the next month or two, whatever like that. But they kept at it against you know, without being very good I think. I think they're very... I think they're limited. But I don't think they're going to be hard to beat and they're going to be... Greatest of livelihood when he comes on as he said, Leroy equalizer. He still has to come into, you know, I think he's going to be a very central figure without enjoy there. What he needs to be at his best, like an either now 31-year-old Jack Redish might be a little bit older than 31.

43:06Didn't want to play my wild card before the international break, but you want to let the new sign in... Yeah, your first half of the season wild card. Wanted to get the new sign and know where everybody is and stuff like that. I'm just stuck with too many middling or lads that are going to pick it up nothing. And then Arsenal could see the goals of disaster because you have to go keeper and two defenders for them. I don't know. All I've got is Holland. Yeah. Like last week, I think I was fairly critical of EZAC and Liverpool. And then that 90s score to gold. I know. I've been lucky taking it. Three goals and two games. I take a need of... I take him out of my fancy team and replaced him. And then you won Wester who didn't do much last week. So yeah, I don't know. I've had an R-Rite there. Like I've been... Above the average most weeks, but you need to be doing better than that last week. The average is 51. I got 54. I've been slightly above that. I'm in the head to head league that everybody takes quite seriously. And I'm zero from three bottom of the table. So far.

44:06Like you've been offered an endless presumably. No, I don't. That's what record is just... I've been doing my best. It's hard. It's hard. Halen is so expensive this year that it's just made things very difficult. I used to try... When Salah was on his heyday and he was going to different andes and now I did always try to create a team that had Halen and Salah. And you kind of work from there and you hope to pick up the 5.5s that are actually better than that and so on. Like that's the key. But I just haven't managed this year. I don't know if I spent enough time in that preseason when you have the hole you can make as many keep chopping and changing. And I just did it all in one evening. And left it at that, which is a mistake. Yeah, I find that like you know, Pepper last used to be a bit of a tough one as well. The judge like why city players are going to play. You got royalties at the fender but not playing as a defender. But then he just ran them he doesn't play. Yeah, he's also... He was an injury dive but I think he is going to be 5th of the weekend and think dark he looks like. He's going to be one player that I used to always... Well, he didn't do great in it or was last season was just in Clive-R. Always got a couple of goals or assists born with generally always scored. He's done nothing for me this year.

45:07But I'm going to hold them. I'm stick with them. They've got Brent for that weekend. And Cavaloon is another player that I thought would be the top... The highest scoring English striker in the Premier League this year. I missed Annie Wellback from that show. He was a great man for Indaria. And like my Liverpool players, I've got Dominic Zabazle, because he's going to be in penalties this year. Obviously Salah Gan, but he hasn't done a whole pile of his regards as a scissor and goals this year. But yeah, Harland, of course, you have to have him. I don't know. I've gone for one transfer this week, took a shot and took around the Raho in because he was there, and followed him at home this year. And the Raho? Yeah. Yeah. Raho, he's... I've seen enough of him to know that he's going to end up in that Liverpool team. I guess in on a constant basis like, you know, whether he's the answer or not. I don't know. Right, okay.
