In this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we talk to Derventio Excel Head Coach, Jamie Main.  

Jamie, who has been working with Olympians and Paralympians for over 20 years, is very well known in the UK, having helped coach Rebecca Adlington at Nova Centurion, before coaching at his current club where he is swim coaching young up and coming stars in Mia Slevin and Jacob Whittle.  

We discuss in our swimming coach interview what the setup is like at Derventio Excel, Jamie's ethos as a swim coach, and the position British Swimming is in heading into the Tokyo 2021 Olympics.
