• how grounded & anchored you are in your physical body when accessing the Records (i.e., not using the Records for spiritual bypassing or to "escape" reality)
• the level of safety you feel in your body and nervous system
• the beliefs and thoughts you're holding about yourself, about the Records, about the process of accessing them (especially beliefs having to do with your worthiness & ability to access them)
• your capacity to recognize and dissolve ego mind interference
• your level of emotional regulation & stability
