• the importance of working with forgiveness as a genuine, authentic process and NOT forcing yourself to forgive just because it's the "spiritual" thing to do or someone told you you should
• giving yourself ample time & space to process past events, traumas, emotions, and betrayals without glossing over them or jumping too quickly into forgiveness
• suggested practice to work on forgiveness & self-forgiveness on your own
