Increase Your Employability (ep. 141)

This week, I would like to invite you to the many strategies, aspects, and unique factors, which may play a role in a successful job search. Inspired by my own experience, as well as that of my loved ones, I am going to explore the concepts surrounding the quest of finding a new job, getting accepted into a Graduate Scheme or simply asking for a raise at your workplace. We will discuss some pieces of the job seeker's puzzle, highlight ideas, that may be useful in increasing your employability levels, and reflect on the importance of 'being able to leave the negotiation'.
