Illegal Immigration Is Not Illegal? | June 11, 2025 | Hour 1

A former Univision journalist recently stated that being in the United States without proper documentation is not a criminal offense. According to the journalist, while entering the country illegally can be a violation of immigration law, simply residing in the U.S. without legal status is considered a civil infraction rather than a criminal one. Sunny Hostin, from The View, agrees. Hostin said. "Let's axe that right now, because it is not illegal to be undocumented. It is not a crime to be undocumented. People are not illegal." We breakdown this viewpoint on today’s show.
