In this week's episode, I will share with you the idea of delegating skilfully, and recognising just how important it is to know about the topics that influence your life. Reflecting on the insights my mentor has been sharing with me via our one-to-ones and the Webinar Series we've been organising, I will invite you to consider why you should first understand the nature of the problem, before you decide to turn your gaze away from it or give it to someone else to take care of. Delegating is a great tool, but only when the delegation itself is chosen thoughtfully.
