John Gannon is a District 17 Representative and very worried about the energy needs of expanding industry in the Treasure Valley. Idaho Power has an obligation to serve customers and gets reimbursed for needed expansion to continue serving Idahoans. The Public Utility Commission reviews all of the expenses and requests for increased rates that come from Idaho Power. John Gannon is worried that the benefits and costs are not being appropriately distributed. Enjoy!
