This week, Andreas speaks with Farida Lasida Adji (Ida), the IFC East Asia Lead for Green Buildings and Market Transformation program. In this episode, Ida talks about the IFC Green Building program and what it does with the clients across the emerging markets to transform their properties into green buildings. You will learn about IFC’s EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency) standards and certifications. We also talk about some examples of implementation as well as their challenges and the key success factors. Ida also talks about the recent certification of Istiqlal Mosque, Indonesia’s and Southeast Asia’s largest mosque located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
