The biggest criticism I have received throughout my 11 year career in the fitness industry is "you are not relatable." Most recently over the last 4 years going completely online and diving into social media the comment as shifted to, "you need to become more relatable."
For a long time I listened to those people are I tried to conform or shrink down who I was just so I could be "more relatable."
2024 was the year I choose to be ME - 100%. I hope that my struggle and story with this concept can help you realize that YOU can be whoever you want to be.
