As America Celebrates Thanksgiving I want to share a little about my Thankfulness after 17 years of working recovery. I'll talk of how it all started with a loss (as did my addictive nature) and how things were for those first 4 years. I will also share a little about how, after 4 years my recovery took a different path than I could have plannned. How Thankfulness for me is not just about the good things in life. They are also for things percieved as bad in life.
