She began her career at Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, a non-profit, legal services, watchdog dedicated to ending discrimination/harassment of military personnel affected by the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. (Which they ultimately achieved.)
And she has almost 20 years experience leading global marketing, business development, branding and communications.
Erin lives outside of Chicago in Arlington Heights with her husband, Brian, two boys, Will (6) and Charlie (4), and golden retriever Lincoln. She’s determined to realize her vision for a different way of working...not only for herself but for courageous women everywhere.
