My name is Maggie Tamez, I am a Holistic Culinary Coach, with a focus on empowering individuals living with chronic illness to embrace their journey through self-discovery and living mindfully. With a background as a trained chef who struggled with chronic illness for years, I combined my love for tasty food and a need for a healthier lifestyle to educate myself and control and even reverse those illnesses. Now I seek to inspire others to adapt to life's challenges with resilience and grace.

Through my work as a coach and the founder of a non-profit “Hungry Fox Tales” whose mission is to empower people who struggle with food access to become agents of change within their own communities, I strive to create a supportive community where individuals can explore their potential, find strength in vulnerability, and celebrate the beauty of embracing ownership of their choices.
