Well, it should be pretty easy to wake up today. Yeah, indeed, it should be easy to wake up today. If you're a 49ers fan, welcome. He's Larry. I'm Damon and that's one and oh. Tell me you know more about the human body than everyone who has ever flown internationally ever, whoever the Ram sleep study expert was that gave them that game plan to attack this trip. In that way, they should not be able to call themselves a sleep expert anymore. Yeah, we have no trouble waking up here because we've been in our spot in the hemisphere for a long time to be used to it. The Rams were listless and lifeless and got handed the most embarrassing loss of Sean McVeigh's career.

Kyle Shanahan painted a masterpiece and good morning, everyone. It's great to have you here. Is it embarrassing? I mean, was it embarrassing? Is it embarrassing to lose to a team that won 12 games that were I mean, Sean McVeigh's never lost five times to anybody in pro football. He's now lost 12 times to Kyle Shanahan. Oh, there's. I don't know if the Rams should be embarrassed, but they definitely handled the track. I'm with you on the travel. I mean, they totally handled the travel. The embarrassment is the overcome. You can't tell us how much smarter you are than everyone who has ever done it and then show up with that effort. You know, we've flown to London. Fantastic. Have you ever seen a globe? Do you even know how much further away you're going than London just because the word international is involved doesn't make it the same at all. And the hubris, the we know more than how every single person's body function works is

comical today. Okay. Let me, let me, let me push back for a second. By the way, welcome, everyone. Welcome. Thank you, snap AI. Thank you to prize picks. Thank you to our sponsors. Thank you. Thank you. We got a lot to hop into here. Larry, we're excited. Let's go. Thank you, pick it a pickle. Thank you, prize picks. Thank you, Nevada Chevrolet. I'm driving the traverse. All right. Back to the game. I don't know that they should be embarrassed. And also, I think you're judging this a game at halftime. The first game's over. And the first game I thought we said it last week, the travel schedule that the Niners chose acclimation, prioritizing acclimation. I thought was the better plan for week one. And you, we both agreed on that. And then the Rams plan of like continuity, we're just going to practice in LA until the last second. We're going to drop in like green beret and we're going to get our win and we're going to get out. It was very selfish because they didn't give anything back to the people of Australia. It was very me centric.

But we also discussed this. I kind of liked their plan going out of this game. Let's wait one more week to evaluate the Niners and the Rams in this travel thing because it was unprecedented. And we're two totally different approaches to it. The Niners won to the victor go the spoils, so to speak, on this conversation. But it's a two week nuance thing. I think the Rams because they did drop in never acclimated. And now we're getting on the plane and probably already back that they're going to have less jet lag going into week two much less jet lag than the 49ers who basically moved to Australia for 10 days. And now they're going to try to get back on their schedule. Now it's at home. It's the dolphins. It should be a soft landing spot. But I just want to I'm with you. I basically agree with you. But let's give it one approach. Yeah, let's give it one more week because what happens next week if the Rams look like

just fantastic in week two, fantastic in week three and the Niners lose the next two to the dolphins and cardinals. The tune will be totally different. That's all I'm saying. Well, there's no amount of traveling that'll ever be able to excuse losing to the dolphins and the cardinals given the state of the dolphins and the cardinals this year. And what the Niners looked like in week one, that was outstanding. I mean, what we are also, I think just having to stand in is that there is absolutely zero data points from the preseason that should be used to conclude anything in the regular season. All of our preseason worries. Some of them still which absolutely, you know, exist just due to who can play. But the 49 years defensive line once you add Nick Bosa is a completely different animal than what you're looking at without Nick Bosa. Nick Bosa was playing behind the line in scrimmage last night. The force multiplier that Fred Warner is to this defense is incalculable. That guy rate was Nick Bosa. Larry, it's the best. I might have been the best game I've seen him play in three years. Like it's the best game he's played in three years.

He was as he was on. He was behind the line of scrimmage as often as Matthew Stafford was. I mean, how about the one play where he made the big play and then he comes back. He's like banging his helmet three or four times. That was a spectacular play. He chased the he played the run last night. The best. I mean, just that's absolutely took away the run. He was a menace on every snap. I got to show you this though. Look at this. We asked the question, where's the pressure coming from? Where are the sacks coming from? Look where it came from. Nick Bosa had one, Halten had one, Calid Kareem had one, Stout had a great one, by the way. We can talk about that. CJ West from Indiana had one, Keon White had one. Osa Odigizua, an Agbo Aronco combined for eight and three from Agbo who wasn't even on the 53. Seriously off the practice squad like anybody, they better put him on the 53.

This is a league where people need pass rushers. That guy's a pass fresher. But I mean, that's for, I mean, it was a tough one for Guy Haberman with these names. But man, these two guys, that was the biggest answer to the, the biggest question of the night, which was where was the pass rush coming from. And they got, you know, basically, you know, nine, almost 10 pressures out of rookie Grayson, Halten, Agbo and Odigizua. That's awesome. It is awesome. Let me tell you about other places where we were doubting and how's it going to look when you get out there and do it for real. Connor Colby left guard. Pretty good job last night. I mean, Trent Williams, by the way, if we need to just have, you know, 10 highlights in a package that Trent gets to play as he's inducted into the Hall of Fame one day, you can probably have eight reps that he had against Miles Garrett, the game plan, the game plan against Garrett was awesome to all the different ways to pick him and pull all the

screens, all of the quick passes, everything like somebody was complaining early on like, yeah, Brock's throwing the ball a lot, but does all these short passes? Like, do you know anything about football or do you just complain because ball doesn't travel far? Like you sound like an idiot. It was an elite game plan, what Trent Williams and Kyle Shanahan did to Miles Garrett was embarrassed the ever living shit out of him. This is a guy who was rated the number one player in all of football, the number one talent in the league, whether his team wins or not, he's a defensive end in Cleveland. He can't control that off fence. So he's going to be in a lot of losing situations, but he individually is so spectacular. Every single time he played you and I had the same stat line as Miles Garrett. Every single fan and attendance, every single fan who watched the game, every single person who was in air flying internationally last night had the same amount of pressures of

sacks of tackles. Miles Garrett was shut out. He might as well have been with Aaron Donald back in LA watching this thing at Cosm or whatever. Like it was he was was he even on the field was miles. He didn't even on field. He didn't make the box score. I mean, you know, that's not good. I don't want to I don't want to judge anything. But if you don't make the box score as a defensive player, you're out there. You did. That's not good. And also, we, you know, we asked the question, be going into this thing. Miles Garrett didn't practice two days before the game. That was the 14th practice that he had skipped this summer. That's a lot of mispractices. So I think there's reason to believe that maybe the knee is not 100%. Well, I mean, look at all the practices, boasts and this. Look at all the practices. Christian McCaffrey missed. Well, that was another one. Let's talk about that for a second because there was a lot of people asking that question. What's wrong with Bosa?

Is he holding in for more money? Is he hurt? And I told everybody the people that I, you know, who followed the crew show, I'm like, man, I'm seeing him on the sidelines. And he's running so fast that he looks totally 100%. And then doing some of the, you know, just the jogging, you know, those little figure eight drills they do. He looked his ability to handle, you know, corners like he's a sports car, basically, the bet his ability to handle corners, even with the ACL. It's like he never had it. He looks amazing. Trent Williams said early in camp, it's like he never had the injury. The guy is absolutely the most miraculous healer. And they just said, you know what? Do what you want. And we kind of got it out of Shanahan a few weeks ago when we're like, hey, what's the deal with Christian? And he's, I said to Shanahan, is it injury related or is it precautionary? And he's like, it was injury related at first, but now it's precautionary. And then he has this long explanation about it.

And then at the very end, Dave, and he tags it with and the same thing with Bosa. So that told me Bosa was fine. They just didn't want to expose him. As we get, you know, you know, on and time, the NFL has become a little bit more like the college game. We're going to debut when it matters and not until. And so Bosa, I mean, for a guy who did not play at all, I don't want to, I don't want to hear the about the importance of preseason games to, you know, to the average player after watching Nick do that. He didn't play at all. And he was awesome. I thought Mike Evans was fantastic. I thought Kainlon Black was fantastic. I thought we had some real flashes from guys. You want to see I thought Raheem Morris was fantastic. The defensive game plan, the tackling, the lack of missed tackles. And I really did think that McVeigh, like, outcoached himself.

That was Kyron Williams and Blake Korum should have ran the ball 40 more times last night. They were running pretty well on the Niners. And they should have just run the ball into the Niners, stopped him. I don't know if the Niners ever really stopped the Rams rushing attack as much as the Rams had to stop running the ball because they were so far behind. I need to throw it. But that entire Rams team just looked lethargic period. Now it was competitive. Obviously, you know, a little slow out of the shoot. If you want to talk about that first half, but the where this game turned, where just about all games turn is when you follow an impressive goal line and stand, Larry, with a 99.9 yard touchdown drive. And that's what the 49ers did. They kept the Rams out by an eyelash. And then they traveled the entire continent of Australia and those handful of plays to take control of that game. And at that point, the Rams did not stand a chance. We are literally one Brock, pretty interception and one, oh my God.

Tell me this isn't about to be Dejan Stribling's rookie year injury scare away from an absolute masterpiece from the San Francisco 49ers, specifically Kyle Shanahan. And obviously Shanahan cannot control guys getting hurt in a game. And I guess the good news, Larry, is that Stribling, I thought Achilles, the whole world thought Achilles, the way that he reached on a non-contact like I thought, oh my God, that could it be worse? It's not an Achilles. That's good news. Hopefully it's just a high ankle sprain, 46. He'll be back in the mix. How many people bet that Jake Brendel was going to finish with more receptions than Dejan Stribling last night? Because that happened. The 49ers center had a catch last night. That was an RV for sure. I thought the game, you know, to me, this game where the Rams, I agree with you by the way, the Rams, I think at halftime, I have it in front of me here. At halftime, the Rams were averaging 5.1 yards per carry.

So and yet they were down 10-7. I mean, when you're running for five yards of carry, that's pretty damn good. And you're right. They should have just stuck with it because it didn't seem like the Niners were going to be able to stop that. But to me, where this game really flipped was, you know, the Rams go down, make it 7-3, Iron Williams, three yard touchdown. And then the 49ers, Brock Pretty throws the pick to Quentin Lake. And it was just the worst throw on an otherwise brilliant day from Pretty. Yeah. That terrible throw. That's on hit. He was not under pressure. He was not under duress. He had a clean pocket. Just the right to quit and appeared to be right to Quentin Lake. Just a bad throw. Just a bad, bad throw, bad interception. So you're thinking, oh man, you're down 7-3. The Rams had scored pretty easily. And they had the big play to Puka on the previous drive. So you're sitting there and then they get the Quentin Lake pick. They've got the momentum. You know, they're favored.

They're up 7-3 with the ball. And they get into the Niners side of the field. And then Stafford just throws the most inexplicable pick to Ronaldo Green. And kind of the same way that Pretty just floated it. Stafford just kind of floated it up there to Puka. And there was nothing on it. And it was short. It was off target and Green picked one of the easiest interceptions for Green. Only a second in the last 31 games, by the way. So that was a huge moment. I thought that was the swing because then the Niners get it and they go right to Kaelin Black. Black for a couple runs. And they get that first down. And on third and eight, Pretty throws that laser into traffic to Mike Evans. I thought that was another thing that they really discovered last night. It was pretty to Evans. I'm third down. It's going to be very hard to stop for opposing defenses. How about the little fade in the corner of the end zone? How you going to outstump my Evans for that? That was one of the best throws and best catches. He caught it through the guy's hands and then Pretty with the dime.

But then that drive continues. And then Pretty goes up top. And you know what? I just love that one more than anything because it's like the nation's watching, the whole leagues watching. You know, it's a it's a national TV deal international game. So many people have told me over and you over and over again. This guy doesn't have an arm. 55 fucking yards in the air to Marcus Robinson strike on the go route. And it was just yeah dotting him up and we talked about it. I said the Niners last year didn't have downfield guys. And Brock doesn't rip anybody. But when I asked him about downfield passing, he's like, yeah, you got to have receivers. Well, now he does. He's got Evans. He's got to Marcus. He's got struggling. He's got what he's got what guns and cowing when they earn their stripes a little bit more. He's got guys that can separate down the field. And this guy can dodge you down the field. And he's got plenty of arm strength. So it's like, I mean, he didn't have great arm strength in the ball to Evans that Evans

dropped and the, you know, they hit the ground. Obviously he threw that too short. But if you if Brock pretty can step into it, man, he can he can drive the ball down the field. It's not a flacco arm. It's not a staffer. It's not an all time arm strength. He's got the requisite talent and he throws a catchable football. It's the it's what's important about playing the position 101 from Steve Young throwing a catchable ball is the most important attribute any quarterback can have. It's not arm strength. It's not mobility throwing a catchable ball. That's what you got to do. And Brock does that. By the way, you know, you know, Stafford obviously a little bit older, maybe old and I'll tell you right now old men need more sleep than young men. That's why I'm really not worried about the return trip from the 49ers. I know that they're an older NFL team, but their average age is 26. That means everybody is two naps away from being fine. Old guys, the old guys that the Niners have are special players. Almost across the board, right?

I mean, almost every older player they have is not just a player. They're like a guy who's devoted to fitness and their body and you know, you tell me CMC and the CMC boasts those Trent Williams of the world. I think have a better chance to be to bounce back than your typical just older guy. Well, I don't want to hear anything about the older guy on your football team. If 31 NFL teams would trip over themselves running to the waiver wire to claim that old player, if the Niners were to release them, you know what I mean? So like, give me a break about how old the Niners are. Their old players are still pretty damn good. By the way, George Kittle, your your your immortal as far as I'm concerned. I cannot believe Kittle was back and out there and playing and looking like George Kittle at times. And obviously they used him sparingly. They use Christian McCaffrey. I thought sparingly compared to what we've seen in the past. And I think maybe Kyle Shanahan has found don't wear them out Jesus. And that's really good sign for the season to come.

If what we saw here in week one translates to the season we're about to get. But Stafford Larry, he was missing throws that he makes in his sleep, not to bring it back to sleep. But he was missing wide open guys on like seven yard, undefended outs. It wasn't just him. I mean, he was guy he over it. He overthrew Puka by about 12 yards down field. I mean, like Stafford looked pedestrian, nothing like the MVP of last season in this game. You know what? I mean, this is the way it goes, man. I mean, there's only one Tom Brady who can play till 46 normally, Damon, 38 is old in the NFL. When did it end for Steve Young? Steve Young was in great shape and playing amazing football. He was the, he won the MVP in the early 90s. They win the Super Bowl in 94. He's playing amazing football in 95, 96.

And then all of a sudden, it's like, it didn't, you know, it's like 90s. It was at 99. All of a sudden, he's just like, you know, he takes the hit from Aneas Williams. I'm a Lawrence Phillips. What was it? Yeah, I think he might have been an Ace. I'm the Lawrence Phillips blown block. And that was it. The Ace Williams, Lawrence Phillips, blue it. Yeah, I mean, so I mean, and it's just over. So my point is just that I thought, you know, I think the Rams have a good chance to miss the playoffs. They haven't, they people talk about all the Niners are older. The Niners quarterback is 25 and they have a ton of young players on their team. But just the faces of the team are older. So you know them because those are the faces of the team. Stafford is 38. You know, we're talking about that's 13 years older than Brock Purting. When you're 38, at some point, it's going to go away. Now I, the Rams have a great team and they're going to, they should have a really good year.

But, you know, you do have some older guys in key spots there. Most notably quarterback. This isn't you and I reacting to what we just saw last night either. You and I have been talking about this for weeks. I do think that the Rams are a bit oversold. I think that their schedule is nothing to just dismiss. This is not the 1985 Chicago Bears calm down everybody. They are a very, very top heavy football team. Top heavy football teams can lose their balance quickly. And injury here or there and everything changes for the Rams. And you can say that that applies to just about everybody. And in many ways, that's true. But there is, there is no reason to think that the Rams are some unstoppable force of nature. That the NFL is just lucky to be surviving. There's so much better than everyone else. My ass. They are in the same group grip of teams, a small handful of teams that you can say begin the season with Super Bowl aspirations.

There is no 98 New York Yankees definitely going to win it all before we even throw a pitch. You know what? One other point has to be made here. The Miles Garrett edition for the Rams is the equivalent of elective surgery and always beware of elective surgery. As Steve Kerr, things go wrong when you just have surgeries that you don't really need. And that's what they did to themselves. They had Jared verse. They had 32 take away or 26 takeaways last year as a defense. It wasn't like they had a bad defense. It wasn't the best defense. But I mean, you know, to elect to kind of tear away a player that was a homegrown player who's younger and healthy for Garrett. And now here he is getting older player and he's got immediately he's got knee problems. He misses 14 practices in his first training camp with the team. I don't remember anybody saying that was coming that he was like they were getting Garrett with like some knee issues.

On paper it should be a 30-sack season right because the Rams should be up big and he should just be teeing off and it could be like epic all time season on paper. But well, and it's not like these things are paper football chemistry is very unique. And it's not quite name me the teams that kind of bought their way. 94-9ers did a good job of it because they bought a lot of guys that year. But I mean, they already had the core offensively all in place and everything. I don't know. I mean, we'll see where we'll see this Rams team is really talented on paper. Are you declaring are you declaring too much boob job? Because you're such a thing. There is a lack of surgery. You had you had you had Jared verse in a lot of picks. And now you took on an older player who's awesome. But you know, I get it too. It aligns more with your Stafford window so it makes sense. We're going all in and people have applauded it.

But you did trade a young healthy star player and picks for an older player. And it ends for everybody. Another time is undefeated. NFL prime is you get into league at 22. 28 is basically the prime. If you're around after 28, that's amazing. This guy's 30. Anybody in their 30s who doesn't play quarterback is on borrowed time. I don't I don't think that any team can do to Miles Garrett what the 9ers just did. You do need a player of Trent Williams, Ilk. You need a coach who is so dedicated to a game plan. You don't deviate from it throughout an entire four quarter afternoon of football. And that's what the 9ers had, but you can take a defensive end out of a game. You can take a solo defender out of a game with a game plan with some good blocking. And that is why you know, the Rams, the Rams bet big on this all working out this year. But if it doesn't, you want to talk about getting old real fast in future seasons.

It's coming to the Rams and look. You and I've been doing this long enough. We know not to over react to week one. We should not be throwing the 49ers directly into the NFC championship game. Nor should we be dismissing the Rams as some colossal frauds here. But I got to say, you know, there is. There is not a lot to really talk about when the 49ers and Rams are going to play like, oh my God. Let's talk about how the Rams are going to run away with this one. They don't. Kyle Shanahan owns McVeigh. Absolutely owns them. And but for a dropped jacquosky tart interception away, McVeigh has nothing to hold over. Kyle Shanahan, it is absolute coaching, onage of the first degree one guy can't the other guy can. And it's. Why do we sit around talking about this debating like what do you think is going to happen between the 49ers and Rams?

What's probably going to happen is the 49ers going to win this football game because that's what usually happens when these two guys play against each other. Yeah, I mean, if there's one thing you should know about the NFL, you know, just overarching, not about the Niners. Just about the NFL. There are divisional matchups all over this league where you can throw the records out and you can throw the analysis out and just the Niners play the Rams tough. The Niners have owned the Rams a lot. Why? Because it's usually the more physical team that wins and the Niners have been the more physical team most of the time. The one game I remember a few years ago is when they came out on a Monday night or a Thursday night. It was a national TV night game at Levi's and the Niners came out with like an 18 play drive that had like 16 runs. I mean, they just ran it right through the Rams at the beginning and then just kind of gutted them. This was a great game plan by Shanahan. He definitely seemed confident. I do think the travel impacted the Rams, but it was a 20 point win.

So I think unfortunately, the Niners are being done. I mean, based on what I've heard and Graham, I've only been up for a couple hours. But based on what I've heard online, the Niners are being done a national disservice by the shows this morning because they're making it a referendum on the damn travel. And it's about Brock. Pretty Brock. Pretty is a great young quarterback. He's not the 16th best quarterback in the league tied with the guy from Houston, CJ Stroud. It was tore a block horrible in the playoffs. He's more like six or seven on his way to two or three. And he's a he's a great young quarterback with amazing competitive fire. And if you can surround him with a run game, Kayla on black, if you can block for him, the Niner O line. He was hit twice all day. They who sacked zero times. He was pressured four times. They ran for six yards of carry. The Niner O line needs to be padded on the back today.

Look, your cowards, your romes, your sports talk shows. Two weeks ago, we're talking about how the 49ers were doing this right. Absolutely. And then they so talked to that talking point out they needed a new talking point. So then they pivoted to actually the Rams are doing this right. And the Niners have done this wrong. And that is the official conclusion by the pundits going into this game. Rams smarter than Niners. Niners are there. You know, I would coward soaking up all the glory. They're going to a wedding. There is a time at a party. They're partying. Niners did a wonderful job for the NFL. A wonderful job for the NFL. And for the national ambassadors. This is not something to just dismiss. Do you want to know why when the 49ers play football games, there are more of their fans sitting in that stadium, no matter where the stadium is, no matter who calls it home, no matter what continent it sits on. It's because the 49er fans have been nurturing the most global fan base.

I think any team has besides a soccer team in America. It's incredible 49ers fans. There are nobody travels like 49ers fans. Nobody. And I'm not a 49er fan. I'm not trying to suck up to my audience by going, oh, you're all such great fucking fans. Oh, you're amazing. You are amazing as fans. Look at this picture. 49ers are going to go to Dallas and they're going to be they're going to have 80% of the fans in Dallas. Look at this picture in the background of Dimo and Or here. Look at the stands. I mean, it's like. Yeah. It looks like. It's all red. It looks like candlestick. It's the blue fence and there's no blue in that picture at all. Unbelievable. The 9er fans travel. When I went to New Orleans, I could not believe the impact of the 49er fans, Damon. It was awesome. It was awesome. And they were like that in Houston and they were like that everywhere, everywhere they go. And it's a lot of tip your cap to Joe Montana and Steve Young and Jerry Rice and Jim Harbaw

and Alex Smith and Colin Kaepernick and all the guys in those great teams that won over so many fans in all those different years. But great, great win for the 49ers. 27, 7. I to me, it's that number two. It's to beat this Rams team that is like plaski, you know, just just embarrassed himself. I mean, we're not going undefeated. I mean, that was it. We'll not be going undefeated. Plaski is like. He's not a football analyst at all. I mean, and say this football team is about to be undefeated. You can't, you can't, you can't, you can't, you can't walk into a press box and talk about your credibility if you're picking any NFL team to go undefeated. Come on, a couple, a couple of things. I mean, there's some really in the midst of the 9ers having all these big names. What's happened is that people lazy, I mean, I don't want to bang on the media again, but the lazy kind of, we're just going to drop in on the 9ers.

If you want to drop in on the 9ers, it's like, who do you want to talk to? You want to talk to Fred? I want to talk to, I want to talk to George. I want to talk to Christian, maybe Brock, you know, it's like, I'm going to drop in. I want to talk to Trent, you know, they have so many of these awesome NFL spokesmen that, that what happens is that there's really damn good players on this team that we've been talking about that, that nobody ever factors in. A few of them really dominated last night or yesterday or whatever, you know, I call it. Can I give you my first name? Yeah. Up in stout. Oh, how about that? How about that blitz? I mean, that was a fantastic blitz. And he got a big hit on on staff. Or maybe the hardest hitter on this football team. And that's saying something because Fred Warner and Dre Greenlaw play by the way, Dre, he's a big staff. Dre Greenlaw first half. Dre Greenlaw second half. To see again, Debo Samuel first half, Debo Samuel second half. Hey, I remember. I was going to say, I mean, those some of those, I mean, Debo gets his love, of course.

Debo was really good. But I was going to say to Marcus Robinson, you know, we've been talking about how to Marcus Robinson and Purdy have this great connection. And I asked Purdy about to Marcus Robinson, they call him D Rob. And I'm like, Brock, you know, you guys are making plays down the field and to Marcus Robinson, seem like you and him have a real connection. And he's like, you know, he stepped up so big for us and Philly in the playoffs. And he goes, I said in the off season to the coaches, like we got to get this guy more involved. And he's just a, and that was just a simple go route right down the heart of the guts of the defense. And he just put it on a perfect strike, 39 yard pitching catch and just to Marcus Robinson, very underrated football player. Well, and he understands the position. And he can play the X the Y the Z. He understands it all. He's the only guy that I think can line up anywhere on the field confidently and say I got this now, obviously Mike Evans. By the way, this team put Mike Evans in the slot a lot last night. Mike Evans in the middle of the field is going to be a thing.

Yeah. And then Purdy to Mike Evans between Purdy's accuracy and Evans route running in his ability to high point. I mean, it's like when they want something, they can throw it to a high pointed Mike Evans. I mean, that's almost that's going to be very difficult to stop in the red zone. And on third down, so Niners have their Devonte, you know what I mean, they have there now guy who you could absolutely go to. JJ was a big time guy for sure. I mean, he would make big catches, but Evans is a more sure handed receiver. You know, he's, he's just a better overall receiver of the football. So he's just going to get better. He's going to catch more of them. You're selling what Mike Evans is Mike Evans is simply the best wide receiver that Brock Purdy will probably ever play a single game with in his career. But but also we, you know, we mentioned on the stout thing, I love that play on both front statement because they now into they send stout. And he's a missile, right? And he's so fast and he got a big hit on staffer, but they also then dropped Jack Jones

into into up to and stouts kind of spot. And he almost picked off the pass. Jack Jones has got his hands on a couple more passes yesterday. If you look at the box score, it says zero tackles zero, so zero tackles for laws, two passes defense, but Jack Jones is going to have an impact. I thought, you know, the play of the DBs. And I think you got to give Rahim a lot of that credit. Ronaldo Green is a second round pick. He's developing. He had a pick. You know, the addition of Jones and you know, some of these young safety Segal had some big hits. Mustafa, they need, they need Rahim Morris to coach up these young DBs and he's the perfect guy to do it. So hopefully they'll get some rush up front consistently, maybe even add to it at some point. And it could be an exciting year for the 49ers if they can stay healthy. That's what I think they're going to be. I think they're just going to. Whatever the defensive equivalent of just firing more bullets, designing more blitzes,

being more aggressive defensively, I think you're going to get that Robert Sala, like to live in base. I think Rahim Morris isn't afraid of living on the edge and trying to make a big play to affect the football game. And he's got a better group of players to coach now than I think he's ever had. Rahim Morris will never in his career coach a better linebacker than Fred Warner. Fred Warner is unbelievable. What football player this guy is Larry. I mean, you can't, we can't, we can't, I mean, the, when you start punching out the ball, I mean, like D Ford was a very good rusher coming out of Auburn, right? Had some injury problems, had some really good years. But towards the end of his career, he had perfected the strip sack where he didn't just sack the quarterback. He literally honed in on the ball and took it away. And he had like eight, I believe you can look it up. He had like eight and one year. I'm pretty sure it was a ridiculous number of possession.

That is the biggest play. If you can sack the court, if you can tackle somebody, that's great. If you can, you know, sack the quarterback, that's great. But if you can punch the ball out and you get change a possession, these are defensive player of the year type impact plays and Fred Warner hunts that and goes in there with vengeance. And especially he's dangerous because now you got to deal with green law and his physicality. And green loss stood that guy up and here comes Fred with the missile arm right in there in the ball just came right out. There's no way to not put to not come out. Not punch absolutely just popped it right out by the way, a team high 11 tackles, a past defended and a force fumble. And you know, someone in our chat is saying, you know, he's he's right up there with Patrick Willis. Well, in terms of career tackles, he passed them for the most in franchise history. Fred Warner has made more tackles than anyone who has ever worn a 49ers uniform in the

history of the franchise. He is a great player. He's a great player. You'll probably say that Willis is a better player, but Willis did not have longevity. And if Fred can have longevity in the NFL, he will be first of all, he will be canton bound. And in my mind, he will have eclipsed P willis. And Willis was spectacular in so many ways, biggest and fastest at one point. But Warner is maybe definitely I think the better coverage player. And if he's got longevity, he's the better player. I thought CJ West went from not doing a lot to in that third and fourth quarter. He was in the middle of good things. So I hit on the quarterback. Yeah. CJ West, I think played a, you know, probably a B minus game, but showed in some flashes, the things that you're looking for. I liked CJ West.

And again, I'm going to grade him hard just because I went to Indiana and I expect big things from him. K. Lon Black, 14 carry 65 yards in his rookie debut, his 65 rushing yards, the most by a nine or rookie in their debut since Elijah Mitchell dropped a Bucco for undetroit back in 2001 in his debut. K. Lon Black might be the single best teammate, Christian McCaffrey ever has because I think he's going to take the load off. I really do. He is got let me carry the load written all over him. He's kind of interesting because he didn't have a great day. I thought as far as reading his blocks and you know, it's his first NFL game. Right. But man, he's just got so much power in those legs and he's just not, he said, he's a tough dude. You're not intimidating this guy. You know, to perform in the end of your first NFL game with all those great athletes as a rookie, that's a difficult thing. And this, you know, it's, it's going to, he's going to get better and better and better.

His greatest thing is they trust him because he will stonewall you. He's an incredible blocker. It's, you're not taking any step down in any way. He's, he's a phenomenal blocker. And once, you know, they, they can utilize McCaffrey, him and James. And then you got Debo back there. It's a really good looking back. Feel like I thought the shanahean usage, Damon of Black. It wasn't that it was that effective, but the fact that he, it's, it's actually one of the things today that's making, you know, big headlines in the fantasy football world because the reality is, it's at CMC, he got 10 carries and K-Lon Black got 14 in the fantasy owners who drafted CMC in the first round are losing their mind. And I've already seen some of the, some of that stuff going around. It's kind of funny, but K-Lon Black is a legitimate, you know, a guy to get a lot of carries because CMC at 450 total touches. And if you're, if you're the Niners, you've got to get, you want to win the Super Bowl,

get to the playoffs with CMC full board. That's the plan. That should be the plan. And now you got a couple of backs that can help make that a reality by, by taking some of the load off, but it's going to make Christian, not the fantasy player that I think a lot of people want. And then it's going to be, it's going to be heavily discussed. I don't care about anyone's fantasy football team, including my own. Good. I'm here for the NFL team. I don't care either. Yeah. I don't care whatever Christian McCaffrey, the Christian McCaffrey is like accessorizing. Less is more this year. Less is more. Less is more from Christian McCaffrey. Just some facts for you. The Niners are 1 and 0 for their fourth straight season. They've won six of their previous 10 matchups against the Rams, including four of their last five on the road. The Niners are now 4 and 1 in international play, which is the longest consecutive international

game winning streak active right now. And they're going to get a chance to push that to five with the Mexico City game later in the year. So again, you know, all you can do is play four quarters of football and then turn it around and look at what you got. Niners got a football team. They're ain't perfect. There's too many injuries. There's a weird off season for a number of reasons, but now that it's just back to football, the 49ers are showing us their, they're going to be a load this year. They are a well-coached, talented, Ken execute, Ken overcome injury football team right now. And I'm excited about where this season goes. I was impressed with that. You can't not be impressed with that. And you can go ahead and try to, you know, wrap everything that you thought was a merit or count everything that you thought was a D merit against the Rams and say, well, that all had to do with travel. Well that was part of the game plan.

You know, this game didn't sneak up on anybody. There were two different ways to attack it. The 49ers, I believe, chose the right way. Now Larry, you're reserving judgment. You want to see what the next game looks like, what the lag coming back looks like. And I'll grant you that, but you can only take them one at a time and to be worried about how you might play in week two, when you got to go play in week one, to me, that's missing the mark. The Rams got embarrassed because they did not focus on this game the right way. I mean, what the hell? We don't know that. That's your opinion. We don't know that. We don't know that because I mean, if results are what we know, we know, like I doubt the Rams look all about all year. It's a season, right? It's all about how the season plays out. If the 49ers look a thargic for the next three weeks, then maybe the Rams did it right. You know, I mean, it really, since this is unprecedented global travel and the impact of it, it's on paper. It should have favored the Niners to in the game. And it may have who knows too much talk of that just kind of dismiss dismisses the

Niners football team and makes it all about the travel, which I don't think is fair to them either, but whatever I understand the conversation. But as far as like a wrap on, you know, we're going to declare this team a winner and how they prepped, we need to wait because if the there is a backside of this thing and it is concerning. And we'll see how can you take a traveling party of 200 people and have them adjust to a different climate for 10 days and then turn around and flip them back and what kind of impact is that? So let's see how the Niners play next week. And I do expect the Rams to play well, but you know what? There's also a chance, Damon, that just the travel, whether you did it early, whether you did it late, there's always a chance that that extended travel kind of does negatively impact both teams. So I'm, I think the NFL should look really closely at the Niners and the Rams for the next month and see how, see what they look like before they, you know, determine what

the plans are going forward. Because I see you're, you're, you're something I'm concerned with. You're, there's something incredibly wrong with your premise. Your premise assumes the NFL gives a fuck. They don't. The NFL would literally send two teams to the moon if it meant a standalone game on a partner. They, they, they do care. They do care because who reaches the Super Bowl ultimately, they don't care. But they just want to put on the show for somebody's got to do it. See somebody's got to go next time. And if the Niners and Rams both just totally shit the bed for the next month, nobody's going to want to go. Nobody's going to want to go if the Niners and Rams meet each other in the NFC title game. Nobody means that. I don't necessarily agree. I mean, there's advantages to going. I mean, one of the reasons that the Niners went early is that the way the rules are set up with the international marketing with the NFL is that everybody's got to take it to the New York State. And the Niners territory is Mexico City and London. And the Rams actually have Australia.

So the Rams marketed, you know, to Australia all throughout the year didn't feel the need, felt like they could just roll in, play the game, get out and do what's best for their football team. The Niners had to use this window if they wanted to market to Australia and they did. So it was a big win for the Niners organization credit them. Tons of planning. I'm sure went into it. They're hosting all kinds of events and everything. They found a way to separate those efforts from their football efforts and they they won the game and won it impressively. But now we're going to find out what's the impact of this travel and if both these teams look really bad for the next month, there is going to be a lot of pushback about playing regular season games. Again, it's a stupid. I feel like the way the NFL is going about its international marketing like this team has the global rights to this territory. Yeah, that's not how fans choose teams. You don't force fandom upon somebody who really they changed the rules just a couple of years ago prior to three years ago, no NFL individual team could market themselves

internationally. Oh, I know. It was all the field. And then the NFL said, we're going to have Mark. We're going to we're going to start thinking globally. And then they said, okay, what are we going to do? And they gave teams a market. Most teams have one market. And then the iconic teams like the Niners, I think the Cowboys, maybe the Raiders, Patriots, few others have like multiple markets. But yeah, and how they came up with it. I mean, it's I don't know. I think Vikings have Germany. I mean, I don't know. But it is interesting. And now the Vikings should have a claim on all your, you know, norlandic countries. If you are guaranteed to be on the podium in any skiing Olympic event, you're a Viking fan. You're right here. There you go. Rake of it. If you're in downtown Rake of it, you better be wearing a what Vikings Kyler Murray Jersey. I'll tell you, man, I thought it was a really, really impressive debut. I mean, there's not a lot that I think makes Kyle Shanahan sit back and relax in a season.

I hope he has a really nice flight home. He should feel good about what just happened and his football team. And the concerns, of course, today are just going to be on the announcement of what is the severity of Dejan Stribling's injury, which, you know, left by cart last night. Good news. Usually doesn't travel by cart, but it sounds like we're being set up for a high ankle sprain and maybe a four to six week layoff. And it's not going to be he's done for the year Achilles tear and his career might never be what they drafted it to be like it. It sounds like it's not catastrophic from early returns. And that's good. If it looked catastrophic from early returns, the way he couldn't put any weight on it. Yeah. And I thought it was a knee. One side, you know, I didn't really think it was an Achilles. At first, I thought it was a knee, but those ankles can be really, I mean, it could be, he could be out almost half the year. But I mean, it's, but at least you're right. I mean, it's an Achilles.

It's a career altering type type thing. The only thing that the only thing I didn't like from the 49ers in the 27, seven victory over the Rams. If we could throw one kind of balanced thought out, it was grinding your gears, Larry. Well, nothing's grinding. But one thing I did notice is that the nighters really tried to inject a lot of speed. And then when we got to the first game here, you know, Watkins was inactive. Cowling was only used as a punt returner. Didn't have a lot of impact from scrimmage. And so once struggling went down, it was like, once again, they, I mean, look at these weapons. You have Mike Evans, Debo Samuel, Luke Ferrell, George Kittle off in Achilles. You've got CMC in black out of the backfield. Those are more dynamic guys. You're only real dynamic down the field guys, D Rob. They did hit him for a dynamic 39 yard pass play, but it would just be really nice to

see a, you know, a weapon that was had a little bit more speed. I thought I remember it. Four nights had long drives, but I want to see quick strike, big plays. I think they're going to need to open up the space will not be opened up for these running backs if they don't have a down the field passing attack. I would love to see what's on point. I had some speed. Yeah, there's some person. Kirk is going to come into the fold here. You would imagine. And look, it's just it's time to not worry. Watkins to look Watkins and Cowling are just. They got to have some speed. They got a little more. They're non factors until they are Larry. Like let's stop. But I mean, that's a really slow group. You got old Evans and Debo, who's, you know, he's not, he's more of a run through you guy. And then you got Ferrell and Kittle with that. He's losing Tonjes. Tonjes gives you speed losing, you know, having Watkins inactive, you lose speed losing struggling, you lose speed. Now suddenly it's kind of a pedestrian speed group.

Not that I mean, the Rams went after two to out. Well, they didn't basically play him yesterday. So but I mean, they want that vertical speed and it would be nice if the nighters had a little bit more. But it was an effect of. On that throw to D Rob for sure. You know, that that's what he's the speed. I mean, he he's the vertical game. So he he's not a fast guy. I mean, we're talking about a guy who ran four in the four sixes. I think the game plan was get it out. Lickety split. When you're getting it out, lickety split, you're not attacking deep down field unless it's some play action. And we didn't see an awful lot of that last night. You know, and Shanahan once he knows he's got something working. He doesn't know when I'll show you something else necessarily. I'm not worried about it without struggling. They don't have that four three big play burner. They need that's got to be part of the plan this year is create space vertically and then dump it to your backs underneath for all these great gainers. Hey, it's a 20 point win over the ramps.

I'm not complaining. I'm just saying that the weaponry I was kind of hoping would be a little bit more like dynamic and big play. And once tripling went down, it looked very, very slow. I bag on Luke Farrell. That was his best game in a nine or uniform last night. So he looks like he's going to have a bounce back here for sure. I hope so. I hope he does. Well, I mean, he couldn't do less, right? And when he had a rough first year, you know, George said, hey, this is a hard offense to learn in a year. So let's give Farrell one more year. I'm still not a huge, Farrell guy. But, you know, he's going to have to step up, especially if Tondius is out. Deamador did a great job with, you know, two big, big helpings of good wide receiver that were thrown onto his plate. He was on Puka and he was on Adams pretty much throughout the evening. Renardo Green, obviously, the interception, you know, Jaiier Brown had a lot of people talking about how he's the weak spot. But in any midst of play or relief for sure.

I thought that the defense just, it's a different animal when Bosa and Warner are on the field. And then you coupled that with Dre Greenlaw, just coming back and sort of just dialing the temperature in that room emotionally, it worked, man. The Niners had a pretty good game. He had five back. Yeah, he did. Yeah, I wasn't going to bring him up, but he did have a couple of good tackles. So again, I don't think there's a lot that makes Kyle Shan Shanahan happy in season. I hope he's having a really nice flight home, whatever, whatever, whatever he's streaming, whatever he's binging. Are they home yet? You think? I don't know. It depends on what time they decided to get out. So like if they left two hours after the game, would they be home yet? I'm a 17 hour flight. They've been flying basically the whole night. Yeah. Wow. We'll see. We'll see what this looks like. Good win for the 49ers and just awesome to all the people who picked against the Niners

and the cowards of the world that claim that the Niners were old, despite the fact that we all know that your quarterback can elevate your team and the Niners have a 25 year old quarterback. It takes audacity to call a team old when you're comparing them to a team has a 38 year old quarterback that you don't consider old. So that all this like the Niners are old. These are lazy narratives because people know Fred Warner, but they don't know Marquis Siegel. They know George Kittle, but they don't know Jaden Dugger. And it's just across the board. That's kind of the way it shakes out. But it was a great game plan by Shanahan because you really tried a bunch of different things. If you go look at some of the stuff online, lots of different things that he gave Miles Garrett so many different looks and blocked him so many different ways and attacked him so many different ways. It was a masterclass in how to deal with maybe the best defensive player of this era.

I mean, Jesus, that was absolutely shane. When you absolutely hold the best defensive player of the arrow to the arrow to zero statistics, you had a good game plan. By the way, how about the go on stands? You by the way, three three seven lands in five hours. Harry Bollzack is tracking the 49ers flight trackers. They yeah, they don't even get home for another five hours. Wow. Wow. I mean, that's just that's unbelievable travel. But I bet you that would have been a fun flight, man, on the way back after you know, so many people, so many people, you know, gave the 49ers no shot. They're old. They're this. They're a circus. You know, we asked the question, Damon, you and I asked this question a couple weeks ago when the Jed stuff broke. Are all these and I call them distractions. How could you not call it a distraction? These ugly stories, whether it be I you or Shanahan's accident, which in the reporting on that was very dubious. And then and then the whole Jed thing and how, you know, ridiculous that whole thing is

what was going to be the impact? And I asked Shanahan directly. I said, Hey, Kyle, what's going to be the impact? He kind of pushed back on his accident being a distraction, but whatever he's too close to it in my mind, in my mind, to make that determination. But he basically said, yeah, I don't think there's much impact on the football team. And you and I talked about it. Would there be, you know, it's we're talking about it over here and Twitter is full of it, but the players world and that is quite a bit different. I it appears that the Niners seem like a very united galvanized football team despite all these other things that, you know, on the outside world, they're they're they're buildings burning. Jason Lock and for us talk to five people who says they're they're absolutely, you know, there's turmoil and unrest. Well, let me tell you Jason Lock and for a is really good at drawing attention to Jason Lock and for a he has come up with the exact same talking points that every single 49er

media member and content creator has already discussed thoroughly and he's presenting it as if he's got some insider news because he heard Jett and Parag had a little bit of a falling out other than that, everything that he's talking about is common knowledge. He's got no insider nothing on the Niners at all. At all. Now, why did Parag leave? Who knows who who knows and maybe Parag was enough of a bean. Counter number cruncher to where someone is going to need to step into that void and, you know, move the columns around and they'll find somebody to do that. The 49ers are surrounded. I think they have Alguedo. I mean, you know, well, but is out, but is Alguedo the actual work in the cap? Like I think Alguedo is making sure that, you know, the official. I think in that in that. They're leaning on this guy. The young Brian Hampton is kind of a rising star in the Niners organization.

You know, I mean, they'll find a capologist. You know what I mean? It's like they'll find a bean counter guy who will tell them how to be compliant with their cap. I don't really think Parag was the genius behind anything football wise and no, nor do you, of course, nobody thinks that. But you know, it's just the question was were all these stories that clearly people were talking tons about, were they going to impact the football team? And, you know, I think that you'd be naive to think that it wouldn't impact the team in some what's because we all are creatures of what's going on around us. And so the players have talked about it in the locker room, all of it. I guarantee you. And they know what's going on. The question is what's the impact? I think the impact is that it's like, hey, man, that's such craziness. We can't even publicly address it. We don't want to address it. We don't want to become part of those stories. So let's just focus on us. Let's focus on our process, our room, our guys, our tasks.

And I think it may have a galvanizing effect on this thing. Just from the standpoint of focus, there's a lot of things to not focus on in September football. There's a long way to go. And I feel like the Niners do feel like Shanahan feels more focused out of the accident. Like he maybe has a better appreciation or he maybe got a wake up call himself. I don't know. I kind of view that that Shanahan might have gotten a wake up call from that accident and that this team seems galvanized by all these stories around the team. I don't know. And then I love the addition of Rahim Moore statement. Rahim Moore is a positive culture building guy who knows defensive backplay and develops defensive backs and schemes around personnel deficiencies. They got Atlanta who was bad last year beat the Rams. I thought Rahim's game plan was spectacular. Their goal line stand was a spectacular play. But several of the moves that he made were subtle.

But the word on the street has always been Damon that Rahim strength is that the players love him and play great for him. And you know what? The more I'm around him Damon the more I feel like that is the accurate scouting report that the players do really have this great feeling about him and they have you ever seen Posa play that. I mean, that was amazing. That was an amazing performance from Nick. He looked reborn. He looked reborn and there's only one thing that I'm concerned about Rahim Morris. He's one and done. That was the short list. He is the short list. The short list that the Niners have for defensive coordinator. They better start up dating that shit right now because Rahim, I don't think makes it to year two. He is going to be right back on the top of desirable head coaches when this season ends. If anything that we saw yesterday becomes a defining feature of the season for the San Francisco 49ers, I thought both coaches had great game plans.

And Larry, we have we have over 2300 people watching. So everyone hit like, subscribe and notify. It is wonderful to have you all here. If you're a Niner fan, you're going to have a great weekend because guess what you got? You got a win in your back pocket and you can just watch football and enjoy. Oh, we can have awesome. That's great weekend. What a great weekend. Seriously. Everybody who is a Niner fan should have and and and the pregame shows are fun to watch because they're sitting there talking about your awesome victory. That's right. That's right. So we can get everybody's analysis. We got we got almost 30 supers. I want to get into them. But first, can I get your player of the game? Player of the game. You know what? You're two names stand out. You're going to pick one and I'm going to pick the other. So we're not redundant. I hope. Yeah. I mean, there's to me, Nick Bosa was just spectacular. I mean, and he needs so much to the 49ers.

But for him to come out, not practice all summer, not playing any preseason games and just come out and lead a young defensive line against a really good Ram line that offensive line. They don't leave a 23 sacks last year and they didn't get any sacks, but they got eight hits on the quarterback. And he didn't do it all by himself. Oh, so did you Zua had half of those by himself. But I'm going to give it to Nick. I think Nick certainly deserves it, but no one deserves it more than Trent Williams. Trent Williams was the best player on the field. Trent Williams took the number. I thought you were going for a water. Trent Williams took the number one player in football and returned and turned him into less than just a guy because just a guy has a couple of tackles. Garrett didn't touch a 49er last night, other than Trent Williams who he could not get around.

There were a couple of highlights of Trent Williams just putting him right on the lazy Susan and just spinning him right around the pocket. Just you are you are going to go. I'm going to take you and I am going to just I'm going to just smooth you all the way around to the fricking coral reefs of Australia. You are basically in the ocean by yourself. You're not even on the field affecting this game and to do that to Miles Garrett. Don't forget Colton McIvitz went up against Byron Young most of the day. And they might have had Byron Young had Byron Young had 12 sacks last year. Agent zero. One tackle all day. No, no sacks, no quarterback. It's nothing. So yeah, great job by the 10 Niners. I mean, really, you know, as much as I bang on this nine or offensive line, I got to grow your yours to the nine or offensive line. They ran it effectively. Five eight a carry for the 49ers against this Ram team.

They brought pretty was hit twice all day. Was not sacked for pressures. If you told me in the pregame, they're not going to sack them. They're going to hit him twice. They're going to pressure him four times. I'm like, damn right. I love that. Oh my god. I'm taking that every day. That was a spectacular 14 up Dom Poonie, Brendel, Connor Colby. The nine or offensive line has to be applauded today because you can't be, it can't be both, right? They can't be going up against the all world defensive line that's making us all shaking our boots. And then basically shut those, those guys out, including their awesome edge rushed tandem and not get the game ball. I mean, that the game, the nine or a line across the board. It's got to get a game ball. That was, I have no problem with that at all. And I still haven't read it. It's usually Barrows who comes out with the snap count. Did they rotate in anyone behind Connor Colby or did Connor Colby take every single left guard snap?

I have. I think he plays every snap. I think he played every snap. I don't have it yet either, but I'll look for it. But you know, what I was looking for was Malik Mustafa. How many plays did Mustafa play at safety, completed to see goal and, um, yeah, because I wasn't sure how much Mustafa was in there. I'm looking for that. I've had a couple folded dude in half hits last night. One of the questions that he's a half regatt folded in half and bounced right up like nothing happened last night. He got, I mean, someone who's saying it's brought through my hospital ball. Well, he was desperate at the last second, but that yeah, they could have taken that back. His Christian took up smoke to you. You got cracked on that. Yeah. Anyways, Larry. We have this one. Ben underscored diesel in the house. He says jet lag got dragged secure the W in the bag. Go Niners bang bang. Look at that. I like this. Maybe he's kind of freestyle in there. I like that. I like that. Is it possible to access the all LK college football picks?

All the LK college football picks. You should want to because I just covered I just covered two weekends in a row on on four teamers. So maybe I should make some picks. I'll put I'll put them out on X. Until people start ripping me for being around. Uh, nasty Nate drops this one first time super chatter. Thank you. Long time listener. Thank you. Thank you, Nasty. Thank you. Thank you. Nasty. Do you think you if you left that name at the, uh, you know, at the, at the front table when you're at a restaurant. Excuse me. Table for six for nasty Nate. Nasty Nate. Table six. My friend. My friend. The friend used to go. Uh, this is a, this is hard to explain. But he would, he would leave the name Salami pants. And then they would be like, uh, table for four. Mr. Salami pants. And then he'd be like, no, no, no, it's pronounced salimi pant. Ha, ha, ha, salimi pant. Oh my gosh, I get all four Salami pants.

Like, our table is ready. White courtesy telephone. Mr. Salami pants. Uh, nasty Nate. Nasty Nate. Thank you. Thank you, Nasty. Um, then we got this one from powers best bets for college football in the NFL this weekend. Well, I, I will say this. I don't, I can't give you too much, but I'll give you this. I did already make a wager for this weekend on a little college football. And so I do have my wager slip. I can tell you what I have. I went money line parlay. Okay. Money line parlay. I want to buy prize picks everyone brought to buy. My money line parlay this week. I took the Ravens, Steve Ravens, Steelers, Bears, Lions, Chargers and Eagles. It's a 16 or 16 or good luck with that.

I'm not sure if I can get a 10 to 10 to play to pay a 70. I mean, it's actually their favorites. There's a lot of favorites there. But Steelers money line minus two thirty five. Lions money line are Chargers are big money line favorites minus five twenty five. But yeah, all favorites. I went all favorites there. And I'm just parlaying. I'm just, I don't know. That's just my, my feeling on who I think is going to win this weekend. College football haven't gone into it yet. I'm just going to say that we'll definitely consider something here in the next day. Powers the Niners need another wide receiver is if stripping is out. Well, they have Wesley Grimes and will Pauling on the practice squad. I love love. Wesley Grimes is talent. I mean, seriously, this kid is fun. This is a really talented young receiver. So I hope. I hope they give him a shot because you mean, you talk to me. He's not going to see him play a down a football this year. If they have injuries, you know, I mean, where is the next guy going to come from it?

If striplings down a month or so, they're going to bring somebody under that practice squad. If they have multiple injuries at receiver, we knock on wood that they don't. Because but Evans only played, you know, got hurt last year. And if there's injuries there, you're going to see this kid and he is something. because but Evan's only played, you know, got hurt last year. And if there's injuries there, you're going to see this kid and he's something. We got this one from McFadden. I would agree. McAfry, you're a receiver this week. We got two running backs behind you. I'm just saying, Wesley Grimes is really, really good. You heard it here first. McFadden, wonder if it's lonely under the troll bridge coward. Yes, seriously. I mean, he loves the Rams. If that was a, the Niners went out for a wedding reception, they destroyed that open bar and the dance floor and took home all the bridesmaids. It was a good wedding for the Niners. Yes, they were, they were well received. David Ezger, regardless of what happens next week,

this was a divisional game. Niners did it right. Rams did it wrong. Okay, I hear you and that's how the Niners kind of feel about it. I would also kind of say, hey, man, do everything that you can to win week one and then worry about week two and week two. And that's kind of the Niners approach. That seems more like a normal approach. All I'm saying is, I'm a little worried about week two. Thank God it's the dolphins. And the dolphins are probably not the worst team in football, but the Niners are pretty good. The Niners should absolutely clap the Miami dolphins. Getting the dolphins right here was the softest of soft landings. Why? Because you have a new coach in a new quarterback, year one of the regime on the road, they're on the road. And you know, yes, I mean, there is no software landing. Then the rookie coach, the rookie, you know, the new quarterback. And you know, when you're in your 10th year as a as a regime, it should be an easy win. But you never know. See NFL, the underscore boogie man, we need Kyle clean shave in the rest of the

year superstitious. He's probably superstitious too on that. He probably do the same. Yeah, we did that mustache didn't make it to Australia. We're not going to see it again. My my rhino 70 Warner reminded me of 42 and his prime relentless. Oh, yes, Ronnie lot. Ronnie lot was amazing kids gather around. Um, who cares says these idiots begged for the 49ers, then tried disrespecting by not practicing and showing up like they didn't even need to prepare for the Niners. Yeah, the Rams did. I understand it's it looks cool. You know, I used to do a radio show with a guy who said, Hey, man, I'm going to roll in at the last second. But then he used to say to me, if you're rolling at the last second, you're cool. If you're rolling 15 minutes late, you're not, you know what I mean? So you can be that guy that walks into the last second and just sits down grabs the mic and starts talking and that is pretty cool. Yeah, but you're also be completely unprepared in a

prattling old man talking about the real housewives. If you're Gary Radnitch at that point in your career and the show sucked. Oh, so you had that too, Larry. That show that sucked out of 13 share by the way, ladies and gentlemen, uh, world that no longer exists. Yeah. Uh, Brent says, thank you, Damon and Larry. I hit my HMA price pick line up last night. Go Niners. Yeah. Here's your share. I'm happy to do it. Well, then you know, if you use that HMA, you got $150 and bonus cash along with your winning ticket. Look at you going to Vegas. Ben underscored diesels, brockadile done D. Good. Nick name and the 49ers is Australia's team. There's no doubt. There's no doubt. No doubt. No doubt. Fuji says, thanks for hosting the 49er livestream, Damon. Larry enjoyed the post game show with coach. Any tight end pickups for Tonjes injury, free agent or practice squad?

Is Tonjes, do we have a outcome? We're having a fish on him and I would have broken the leg, but somebody said it was a knee. He tried to leg whip, Miles Garrett. Are we going to, uh, are we going to see Khalil Dinkins here? Yeah, we are. Um, and there, there are some tight ends out there. I haven't really studied the list, but I will be looking at it after the show. But we'll definitely do a little deep dive on that. Fuji says, if Warner continues to perform defensively, punching out the ball, etc. Uh, through the season, does he garner honor, uh, honorable defensive player of the year mentions, uh, gamer conversation? Yeah. I mean, he does. I mean, it's, it's, it's a biggest play that you can make is the change of possession. Well, before he got hurt last year, he was on that track and we didn't get enough of the season underneath the belt to really say anybody's made a defensive player of the year argument. What did he get hurt in week five last year? Was that Bosew got hurt in week five? Whenever Fred Warner's week six, I thought he was on track to be a defensive player of the year

in the conversation and, and look, how about this? If it happened when he went down, like their defense fell apart, if Fred Warner is up and playing in any game, you have one of the single best defenders in the NFL playing for you. I don't, I don't need him to win a title to know that he is worthy of absolute consideration. You don't find defenders better than Fred Warner. You really don't. He's really done a nice job with his rehab too. It's like, God, I mean, he just looks as good as new. He looks faster than he got before he broke his ankle. He looks faster. The guy's a tremendous athlete. He really is. What a cover guy. He seems like he's, you know, but just he's the, his rehabilitation. I mean, he just really looks awesome right now. Who cares? His Australians got their first ever NFL game and the Rams don't show up. It's one thing if you didn't want to go play this game, but you asked for this. Yeah, I mean, they wanted this game because they wanted, you know, the Niners not to embarrass them in their backyard and said they got embarrassed on a global stage, but they kind of fed into it,

by the way they traveled. But once again, they bitch, you know, we'll see how they how it works. I mean, I think they had the disadvantage in this game, but I think they may, the Niners may have the disadvantage going into the, I mean, here, if you're a Rams fan, you're saying stupid things out loud today. Like, well, the team that lost to the Niners and week one last year won the Super Bowl. So we're still in it. Shut up. You got your ass kicked. Absolutely. Asking. And also it's like, you know, you've got some older players. You know, we don't know what kind of year it's going to be. We'll see. We'll see. We'll look like a grandpa out there. I mean, it kind of goes to show. It's like they didn't play any of their offensive weapons even one snap in the preseason. So go back to the Niners first preseason game and whatever they looked like, you know, they didn't get any of those bugs. You know, they basically, this is what they wanted. They wanted to kind of a slow build to their season and they got it. You got it.

Fuji with Australia game financial success. Does this persuade the NFL to aim to have at least one regular game in Australia every season or possibly more? Oh, absolutely. I mean, if you heard the interview with Roger Gidell, Roger Gidell is like, this is going to be a great place for us because there's people love sports here. There's he didn't say it directly, but there's wealth there. They're selling, they can sell the tickets. They're great hosts. So yeah, there's no question. I mean, Australia is going to have a regular, a regular game. I don't think that's any good. I'm telling you, the NFL is going to Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan, all of that. That there's some serious money sitting over in Singapore, in South Korea to buy. It's happening. I mean, Tiger Woods was sitting. Remember when that, remember that when Tiger was sitting golf balls off that skyscraper in Dubai? Look at this. Like, you know, if you're willing, if you're willing, if they were, if you're willing to go to Australia, there's nowhere you're not willing to go. Yeah,

I mean, you know, air travel, you can get there. Um, a game in Moscow. Don't put a game in rock board. Three, three, two, verse versus the Rams two times a year. Make a deal with the Browns. Who has sweet with that B. Browns are going nowhere. Would you trade next year's number one for Jared verse? Beware of the Niners. I think I might, I think I might. It's going to be a pick in the late 20s. Jared versus approving the Niners have kind of proven that they're hitting this in the draft. This might be a time to say F.M. Damn picks and trade for a couple young vets. Not old guys, but verse is, yeah, uh, earnburg this the, the, the host, the host, I think he meant the host, L Duncan tried to give the Rams defense a special name before the game was even played. This could derail the Rams season good for the good win Niners. Uh, what do you think of the Netflix

coverage? It's kind of a weird panel. I mean, Nick Foles, Clay Matthews, Michael Irvin and L Duncan. Wearing gloves. I was wearing gloves. I don't know. Yeah. I mean, what she was haplum and what she wearing gloves for? I don't. She rest, she, she's snake handling during commercial breaks. I don't know. I didn't, didn't work for me. None of those people appeared to be like people that I really wanted to listen to. It's amazing how often NFL pre and post game shows are absolutely just atrocious and they suck and they're spending millions of dollars on these productions and every single one of them is a yawn. I know you like Michael Irvin and Michael Irvin's probably the realest guy out there. So it's like, it's nice to have somebody who's real, but his line in this like, Hey, man, you know, they're talking about the travel and he's like, Hey, man, these are two football teams. This could be a game today. It was like, what? That's your analysis on the travel. It's like, Hey, man, we get two football teams here. And I've been out there on the field today and

this could be a game today. I mean, I mean, it's really why that to a lot of football game. Until we see a game with three teams on the field, Michael has nailed that. What do you think of Netflix though? Because they did the Barry Bond season opener Yankees, you know, bonds was there. A rod was there when the Yankees and giants, they did that, you know, baseball season opener. I like how you can kind of see these games on their like platform, anytime you want, which is kind of cool. But overall, I don't know, I hear the thing. It seems four seems kind of, they seem kind of out of the loop, but doesn't, you know what I mean, it doesn't seem like you're seeing the best. It seems like you're just seeing like somebody trying to do football that doesn't know how to do football. I don't give a shit. I don't give a shit. I watch the game without volume because I'm doing live stream watch party basically, but I really don't care where the game is played. I don't care who the announcers are. I don't care what network it's on. I'm just there to watch football. There is no element of the day's presentation that

matters to me other than the football game. That's all I care about. That's it. You're very, very bottom line. All right, we've got this one. We got this one here from Fuji. What does Floreo coward write and Sim say now? I mean, wrong. We were wrong. We're not going to say that. We just study experts. They're not going to explain. It's a big. I've already seen some of it today. It's a big. I've never seen staffer worse. What's that? It's all negative ram stuff. It's not. It's they they showed up. You know, you know, you know, that that old saying, are you here to praise the night? You know, it's like PTI thing. The Niners beat the Rams by 20. All right, Tony. Are you here to praise the 49ers or rip into the Rams? Nobody wins. No only lose. They only will not praise the Niners today. I thought there would be some praise for the Niners. It is 100% ripping the Rams. Stafford and their travel. By the way, sleep expert. Give me a break.

Look at that. By the way, that sleep expert that came. I did play that cut from the sleep expert. She was wrong. She was wrong. Here's what they sleep here. Watch me be a sleep expert. Watch. Right here. We go. Sleep's important. Get some. There you go. That's all you need. You've just been waiting again. I'm also I'm I'm your boss at the sleep expert place. And more is better than less. All right. Thank you. Thanks for having me. Get some. Thank you. Get some. Everything on the and any of you get more of it. That's good. That's good. Again, what the Rams need is a globe. Not sleep expert. Look how we've been to London. That's great. I've been to Reno. Doesn't mean you've been to Vegas. Yeah. I've driven to Tahoe. Well, now you're driving to freaking Maine. It's not the same drive. It's not the same trek. You know, Ben, your national date lines thing change things change. Yeah, I mean, it's we'll see. We'll see how teams react next week. Ben underscore diesel. I wonder which sauce the TV

personalities are slip are dipping their crow in today, especially pointing at cowherd. Yeah, cowherd is just so programs in there. The difference between the Niners age as a roster and the Rams age as a roster is 0.03. And yet he talks about the Niners like their emotion and the Niners had like a 40 year old long snapper who was like, you know, was in my fraternity like when I was in college, you know, he was like this. I mean, it's unbelievable. They have a super old lap long snapper. You make him just a normal age long snapper and the Niners are younger than the Rams and this he keeps going with this narrative. It's like facts be damned. It's like bro, that's a very young 49er defense. Very young. We get this one from Fuji. Is it possible for the Dallas road game attendance at Cherry's world is 50% 49er fans? Is that possible

thoughts? It'll be more than that. I'm planning on going into that to that game. I want to go to Cherry's world because I want to see A&M Tennessee the night before as well. So I worked I'm hoping to get to that one as far as the thoughts on the CMC black usage. I mean, it's going to piss off CMC fantasy owners. I mean, that's that's but I this was the this was the concern. It's like this is why I didn't want I the seventh pick. I wasn't going to touch CMC even if he was there not because of the injury factor, but just because he's coming off of a 450 touch sees and those are real touches, real carries. And so do you want him to have like one more year then run them the same way you ran him last year? Do you want him to have like four more years than ease off on the gas pedal a little bit and try to supplement with some other guys. They went and got a real guy in K. Lon Black and another real guy in Jordan James and they're going to use their real running backs to try to keep Christian fresh, but it's not good for your fantasy too. That's for sure.

And there can be a lot of talk about it. We got this one. Did anyone from from was it say Marcy or Mark Marcel? Marcel Marcel. Oh no, Mark Mark Lamar Mark Lamar. Did anyone else feel like Brandon who was with D Rob wearing number 11? The 49ers are so petty. Oh no, I'm going to tell you right now is we're I know one will ever think of Brandon I. You again. The football has started. Brandon I. You. X vacuum of attention is now gone. It will not be available to him. He will never play another down a football in the NFL again. And he will it's not going to end well for Brandon you come afraid. It's just I that guy needs a support system. I'm not sure he even has. So just a lot of money. He probably needs a new knee. He doesn't have one. This is the life of a NFL player, man. Purdy throwing Alexander McDonald. Purdy throwing dimes.

Ising the game with his legs. Purdy haters kick rocks. Tell them, Damon. Here's the thing. He might not be the quarterback that you sit down and draw. But if he's the quarterback that's playing for your team that day, you got a good chance of winning. It's all I can say. He's a really good quarterback. And he is not a long for the ride. He drives the bus. Yeah. I mean, that run is also one of the things that separates him. He has that in the bag. He's got the supercharger. If he sees an avenue fourth quarter with the lead, he's going to take it and convert that into a first down. And that's how you win football games. He's a great young quarterback. I mean, to me, it's like it's kind of sad that he's had to fight this hard to just kind of for what he's already kind of taken. But you know what? I love it because it's a bottom line world, Damon. And you either do or you don't. And that's what the Super Bowl is about. You either do or you don't. And right now, Sam Donald is a champion in Brock, Purdy isn't. And we'll see what you're doing. I'm going to tell you

right now that it's it's clownish that a jacquosky tart dropped interception is why McVeigh is a fucking genius. And Shanahan is good, but not good enough. Yeah. I mean, it's pretty clear that Shanahan is kind of the more the master and that, you know, if anybody McVeigh is kind of more of like an understudy type guy, but McVeigh has got the ring. And McVeigh is a great coach. I don't great coach. He's great coach. But he misreads situations a lot. And yesterday was a classic example. Should have stayed with the run didn't. And then Stafford threw an inexplicable pick and they kind of think kind of flip from there. They lost a fourth down on the goal line, which was an amazing stop by the Niners. And, you know, Brock outplayed Stafford all day. Really? I mean, that's the truth. Fuji says if struggling is out for a time is Deish on love up. Oh, yes. You're the same numbers. Same number. On the routes that I saw him running on on the beach were really, really crisps. Crisp. Yeah. I would have been fooled if I had been a young lady. Oh, yes. Look at this guy.

This guy's a star too much sauce. Can you remind us of the Ronaldo green, Cowshanahan timeline? We saw their public spat last year. What happened between the scene behind the scenes to repair things? Leading to him showing out with an interception yesterday. I don't know what happened as far as what Kyle or him may have had dialogue together. I don't think they had a spat. I think you're you're going to coach yelling into player. This is called normal on a football sideline. It's fine. Yeah. Well, I mean, yeah, I would say I grew a Damon on that. I mean, it's like the cameras caught it. That's why we're talking about it. You know, if the cameras didn't catch it, there's all kinds of disagreements that the cameras don't catch. And we don't talk about them at all. And then we make these into huge things. But I will say this. The most interesting podium conversation we had all summer, I thought was when Ronaldo Green came out. And this guy was like so real about his shortcomings last year and where he wasn't good enough and where his approach

wasn't professional enough. And he was like, I've never seen a player kind of rip himself. Go look it up. I mean, it was amazing stuff. And he was like, you know, I got it, you know, he's just very challenging himself. And it's like somebody got with him. I don't know if it was Rahim, his agent, a teammate, Kyle, John Lynch. I don't know. But his mindset was like, hey, man, that was on me. He told, total responsibility, total onage. And it was like, I need to be better and he challenged himself to be better. And you know, it's, I mean, he, it was like at the time I'm thinking, is this just a bunch of talk because this is exactly what you want to hear from the player. But he is backed it up. He's backed it up with some good play all summer. I don't think he's going to be traded, Larry. I think your source got that wrong. Well, that source did say he thought that he was kind of a loner and was likely to be traded. And they didn't trade him. But I think he was really once Rahim came in, they gave Rahim the choice and said, Hey, Rahim, what do you think? And this is a good man-to-man cover corner in a room that didn't have a lot of good man-to-man cover

corners. So there was no chance that Rahim also caught an under thrown lollipop last night. So let's not declare him Dion quite yet. But you know, but like, but he, but he needs to, he can play coverage. I mean, he play, he can't play man-to-man. He did that at Florida State. And I think Rahim is going to need to play man this year a lot because he's going to have to blitz to get pressure. And you're going to have to play man behind it. David Ezger said, Niners need a stud defensive tackle. West isn't it. I think West is a pretty good player to develop though. There's not, I, I, I, I, I think that West could really come of age. And I hope he does in the absence of Alfred Collins. West outplayed Collins at the end of last year. I asked Jordan Elliott, the 49er veteran defensive tackle in the playoffs. I'm like, what did you think of the young defensive tackles? And he's like, Hey, look, CJ West in Philadelphia was making plays left and right. He's like, he looked fantastic in that game. So CJ West is a great competitor. He's a good run stuffer. He's not a

huge past rusher, but he's got to, he's definitely an effective player in a, you know, in a rotation of guys. I think he's, he is part of the solution, which I say that. We've got this one from David Ezger. He's halted a capable run stuff stopper. He may be the answer. I mean, he's, he's more of a past rusher than a run stuffer. And he's like more than anything. He's just a guy that you can have to kind of, you're going to have to play him in a rotation as well. You need all these guys, right? Because there's a lot of snaps. But yeah, Holtin's real. He's a great competitor. He loves football. But his best thing is he's really quick and he's a great past rusher. But yeah, man, you saw him play the run. He's 300 pounds and he can play as low. Great kid to really great kid. Creative, creative O, secret toe, I'm a, I'm awake working in production and travel for work all the time. Adjusting back to the West Coast time should be seamless. Super bowl incoming. Let's effing.

There we go. Jules L'sander. Three jewels. Thank you. Uh, Holland underscore Tracy first offensive first first off missed you guys. Did you get the sneaking suspicion that it was a godsend Alfred Collins was replaced by James Thompson? No, no, I don't look at it that way at all. It's a shame what happened Alfred Collins. This is a guy that I thought considered further investment. Um, and his career is now, you know, altered. I mean, there's just no other way to say it. He wasn't trending in the right direction. He needed a big second sophomore year. He's not going to get any sophomore year. And who knows what he is by the time his junior year starts. I, you know, all I can tell you is that he's got a bunch of teammates around him who turned rehab into almost a professional sport in which they dominated. And he needs to do that. He is, he's got some people who know how to get better on his team that he needs to seek advice from. And I hope things work out for Alfred Collins. But it's,

I don't think that that's quite we we're living in a world where we can say that that is addition by subtraction. Not yet. I, I think it's a definitely addition by subtraction. James Thompson's better than Collins. He's been better than Collins. Collins wasn't playing well. Nothing that anybody says is going to take tell me that he was playing well. We can debate why he wasn't playing well, but he wasn't playing well. And they were going to give him a bunch of snaps. Well, he hasn't played yet. That's the thing wasn't playing well. I don't think any, I don't, I would, I mean, had been playing. They have practices. They had a preseason. He was absolutely playing horribly. He was getting dumped on his butt. He's getting turned around. I mean, you're a defensive tackle. You're supposed to stay square to the action. And you're supposed to be able to rush the passer. He doesn't rush the passer. And a lot of times he got blocked so badly that he's literally turned his back to the play. And he's three yards down the field. The film does not lie. It's not great. It's not great. Well, I don't know why he wasn't playing well, but he wasn't playing well. So yes, it's a gift. That sounds really callous. And nobody's saying, oh, we're glad that he's

hurt. I mean, it's not it's a big difference between, you know, we're not nobody's saying nobody's happy that he's hurt. But the reality was he was not playing well. And he was going to get a bunch of reps. Now, you got to have somebody, you know, so you got to, it's really kind of a two-parter. It's like, okay, he wasn't playing well. Get him out of there. Now he's out of there. But now you got to find somebody you got to get in there, right? Because you're still going to need. He's still a, he's still a six four three hundred and twenty or three hundred and thirty pound, you know, defensive tackle, big body who can, you know, play in a rotation. Now you don't have them at all. But there are a lot of good options out there right now. So I think it's going to be interesting. They'll be back from Australia. They'll work out probably three or four of the personnel department's favorites. Or they'll just pick somebody off a practice club. But there are some really very good players that are out there. And including Devon Eastern from Seattle. And will the

Niners pick off a guy from Seattle? We'll see. But I definitely think that it's, it's, it's a, it's a better situation because Collins was going to get reps that, that now can go to Thompson. Collins was going to get reps that now can go to West. He was going to get reps that are going to now go to other guys. But you got to find another guy. So that's, it's a little bit of a two-edged sword. It's an opportunity. But I, you know, I don't know what I can say about. I'm not for Collins. You're giving up against, you know, you're giving up a little against the run to get a little against the pass. You just say, you played great last year in the second half of the year. He was really good in the Ram game. We didn't see that version of him this summer, probably because of injury. And now I'll watch the game this afternoon and spend a little bit more time watching that defensive line. But I didn't see James Thompson affect that game at all, really, in any way last, last night. So I'm not, well, he also was hurt. I mean, how many snaps do you play?

I don't, not many. I didn't see much. Yeah, I don't, I don't think he played many snaps. But like Grayson Holton wouldn't have gotten as many snaps if Alfred Collins had been in there. Grayson Holton was one of the highest-graded guys that the four dinners had. That is really my point is that they do have some other guys. And they were going to put, I mean, they need them all because it's a defensive line. You play these guys in a rotation. Fuji says Larry, your SI Hello Kitty's played tonight at 7 p.m. versus Akelonis in Lafayette. Supposedly SI has a decent football team in ranked for the Bay Area schools. Oh, I'll have to check it out. I'm, you know, my, my, my Akelonis, maybe I'll go over to Akelonis and check out my Wildcats. I mean, are you going to get, are you going to get jet lags traveling that far? Yeah, seriously. Maybe I'm, maybe off the state, maybe off the state, over by Rinda. Yeah, yeah. Honey, I'm in a Rinda. I just got a hotel. Why? Well, you know, this high school game kind of went along. Yeah, I talked to a 26-year-old

sleep expert and, yeah, we don't need it. She thinks the Cow the Cots can take it out of me. And I don't want to, I just, I don't want to, I got a big day tomorrow. I don't want to go through that tunnel. It's just I, you understand. Heather couldn't, couldn't be happier with the end result. The added or the additional injuries have a heavy feeling, but wins like this make the late night games worth staying up here in New York are in Kentucky. Excuse me, go Niners. Thanks guys for keeping us informed. Thank you, Heather. Thank you, Heather. We have this one from him. Stop. Oh, him, Christopher, him, Christopher. Fourth career game. Yeah, fourth game where my, what's your game? How embarrassing. Your first game as the big addition, the new bell cow prize of the defense and you don't even make it.

I mean, you're right. What a, what a, what a, what a, what a, what a, dead game. Wow. Mill tickets is go Niners, I mean, Niners go Niners. Sons of Johnny LeMaster in the house. I love sons of Johnny LeMaster. We will continue to see the McCaffrey Black split carries. Will we? Oh, there's no question. Don't want to see Kyle running McCaffrey into the ground like previous seasons. I think Kyle gets. Yeah, I mean, you got to, they're, they're going to do it. I mean, I, once I saw a Christian's dad interview and he's like, yeah, you know, if they had a few less carries and my prolong his career, it's like, yes, hey, hey, now we're on to something. It's like, let's preserve this kid. I mean, you got a shot to Christian McCaffrey's a special freaking football player, but you know what? Kaelan Black is a really special football player too. And Kaelan Black is going to help get CMC to the finish line this year. Creative seg Grito says love how Brock owned the interception

true leader. I mean, he did. He tapped his chest. He said that was 100% on me. And it was, it was, that was a bad throw from Brock. It was his worst throw of the day. Everything terrible. Terrible throw. It was an awful play in the middle of a masterpiece. Yeah, he really was one. It's the one wrong paintbrush stroke in the painting. Maba O peck mo mo chances. Joey Boça is interested now. I'm going to make a prediction right now. Joey Boça will be a niner. November 17th. Well, look at you, Crescan. I had to think it over. I was, you know, it's before Thanksgiving just a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving, but after Halloween, because I'm sure you got to start a lot of good going down, Mayor. I'm going to get going, Larry. Let's wrap up these. We've got Lick Scorpion. Why does corporate sports media, AK FS1 love to hate negative propaganda

on the Niners, literally getting guests get gross fake coverage narrative week to week. I mean, it's just hey, this is what sells. Man, if you're talking about the Niners, people will listen. If you do the same segment on the Tennessee Titans, people are turning the channel. That's why. It's a night. They're like one of five iconic brands in the sports talk market. Mill ticket Rams played one of their best games of the year when they traveled to London last year, stopped making excuses for them. London's a day trip compared going to Australia. It's also they were in the East Coast and then they made that trip. So it was really not that much different than just flying cross country. This was a totally different trip. Ivan says, I'm back. It's Friday morning in the Niners start the season one and no after beating the Rams. So much to be happy about Netflix is ass. There you go. Happy just not about Netflix. The Ten Zoo or the 10. Yeah, the Ten Zoo. Beautiful win last night. Niners go seven and no before the

buy. Ooh, that'd be nice. I'll take seven and start the year. Stefan Niners Rams picking top 10 this year, but they, but they traded it. Oh, it's beautiful. Dimitri Tau Dimitri, off says Evans changed it all. Let's be real. Glock, party on top. Great. See them have a connection early. Pretty. Better you know, done says it was and it was an embarrassing loss for the Rams. Miles stats were zeros. This felt like 2019 49ers. It's a great win. Creative O says you just need to pronounce it more Italian. That's good. All right. Bella, Bella. Hey, great for the 49ers. Seriously, Larry, that could not have gone better. The entirety of the road trip was a win for the Niners from the diplomacy to the business to growing the game and then kick in your division rivals ass, who's the pre ordained Super Bowl champion. Why even bother playing? I think we're going to,

we're going to play these games after all before we just give the Rams a parade. So, hey, it's going to be a season. You know, Rams heard the field. I think the right answer was the fucking field. You know what? That's the right answer. It may not be the Niners, but the Rams are not head and shoulders. The greatest team that ever walked and to compare them to the 94 Niners was in a word premature. This is not the, this is not tiger and Augusta in 98. No one else she even needs to go play golf. Right. Right. And the conversation of Rams or the field that's like, come on. And the people at the NFL network were so over the top. And I realize it's in your backyard. It's, it's a, it's a great story and it's in your backyard. But man, to listen to some of the interviews at the NFL network people have done in the last few weeks talking about the Rams. You would swear that this regular season is a little bit of just a formality before we get to the Rams pursuit of a championship at Sofie. We got a minute away from going live with our

pal. We'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll join us on Monday for wake up again. So, thanks for everyone for watching. Go Niners. Great start to the year. Everyone should be happy. Thanks to our sponsors. Thanks to Pigg and a pickle title sponsor of the crew show. Thank you to prize picks. We didn't do a prize picks lineup today, but we will do one in the future. Thank you to prize picks. Code HMA and you can, you can get $150 in free lineups if you can just win that first one. Also, thank you to Nevada Chevrolet. Thank you to West Coast Deals. We've been promoting their 10th annual event. Thank you to them. Their West, their website is westcoastdeals.com. And that's going to do it for us. Have a great rest of your rest of your feels like a Monday, doesn't it? I have a great rest of your Friday, Friday. One and oh, that's actually looks like oh and one. Can you switch that? No, no. Yes. There you go. One and oh, one and oh. It would be a terrible weather person. I'd be pointing at the wrong side of the map.

Have a great one, everybody. Go Niners. Big win. Peace.
