And that'll do it, the Bruins win. High noon, Jones and Keith, WEEI, taking you up until 2 o'clock. I'll be here in spirit until about 12-15, Keith wins, Santa Clara and Kentucky tip off. Yeah. We're all gales today. No, no, no, no, no, that's St. Mary's. They got bounce last night. I think we're all Broncos. Broncos? I think. I don't know. I went through the bracket with Lucas on team mascot so I believe they're Broncos. Forget it. We're not gales. We're Broncos. We're all Broncos. Obviously they're masculine. Broncos country. That's us. That's us. That's us. That's us. Yes. Fuck you, the Bronco. It's a costume horse that runs around. Steve Nash and J. Dubb. Yeah. And all the others that represent the great Santa Clara Broncos, which we always know. Negales. So we're big on Broncos today. Like Broncos. It worked for us.

Nick, what side of that are you on? This is what we, this is how we really know. What side of you on? Yeah. I haven't looked to my bracket because it is officially dead. He was on Ohio State yesterday. I'll just fruit with you guys. We were all horned. No, that's not the point. No, we need, we need a foil. Get in there. Yeah. I will root for the other two. No. Shine already is a foil. Shine's the foil. Never mind. Shine left. Yeah. Yeah. Kentucky today. Oh, I'm on Kentucky. Son of a biscuit. I'm like, well, great. I already am on Santa Clara. Money line in first to 10. That's fun to remember. It's a good time. Or do I go Kentucky 321? No, no, no, no, no, no. Oh, that'd be good. I'll do that. Get out of here. He's into the fist fight. You guys just make bets against each other. And that would be the last two hours of the show. That's actually not a bad. No, I don't like it. I don't like it. I don't like it at all. Don't do that. Don't put the bet. We've learned anything. Just don't look. There's already a doubt. No, fade Celtics, Jones. Don't. College math will just take a bath on every bet outside of TCU yesterday. That's true. My two TCU bets early in the day. I think sweat the crap out of it.

You needed the live energy of the Jake and Joe's. That's what it was. People that it was palpable in there. I tried it. I'm a vibes guy. I tried it. I need the vibes. Vibes were high. Just me by myself. I bet in Kennesaw State at 11 30 at night. That's not good vibes. I was wearing a William Avery Duke jersey. Just sitting at the bar. I need those vibes. This is what I do. I'm a vibes guy. I'm a vibes better. I hear you. Oh, yeah. Don't put any more bad juju into the air, by the way. They say bad things happen in threes, Keith. Is that right? Chuck Norris. Oh. Dead. I know. Talked about it at length. What are the other two things? Well, the mutstack was canceled apparently. He said, so mutstack. I'm saying bad things happen in threes. What's the third thing is Santa Clara loses. Or going canceled the mutstack. Yeah, that's tough. Chuck Norris kicking down the pearly gates in the sky. It's a sad day. It's a bad day. It was the third. I don't even know. I don't want to know. If Ken pops in. If Ken pops in at the end of the show and says, hey, guys, let's have a meeting.

You know what it is for you guys head out, head home for the weekend. Circle in here for a sec. I know you're going to do hamster to lose all your money. Yeah. But if you want to just come see me for a second. That's true. That's actually not bad. Well, that's happening either way. I already knew that was happening. Independent of the news about Chuck Norris today, very very sad. That was sad. Sad to hear that news. We continue to get a bunch of those on the text line. Chuck Norris wanted gymnastics competition by doing a forward backflip. What a legend. Chuck Norris doesn't die. He just naps until the next step in evolution. That makes sense. That does check out. Vampires would give their blood to Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris can hear sign language. Chuck Norris lost his virginity before his dad did. Do the math on that. That checks out. That's cool. He kind of embarrasses dad about it too. He never let his dad hear the end of it.

If it looks like chicken, taste like chicken, it feels like chicken. But Chuck Norris says it's beef. It's beef. So keep sending those in. Meanwhile, I enjoyed this text personally, Keith. I feel like we're very clear. Yeah. But sometimes, you know, we get notes like this where they're good pointers. I feel like I say often. Number one, where you can vote. We're still getting that. Like, how do I vote? How do I vote? In the Jones and Keith. What do I vote? When do I vote? Why do I vote? Listen to these specifics again. Jones and Keith, 1990s, slash early 2000s. Heavy metal, new metal, grunge, alternative pop punk, butt rock, rock, bands, brackets. So go vote at Jones and Keith. We're onto the grunge region. Nirvana already in a dogfight with Alice and Chains. We just posted Pearl Jam and Soundgarden. We got this text. Guys. This is my favorite one of the whole month. How can you have a heavy metal bracket? It's not a heavy metal bracket. It's the 1990s, slash early 2000s. Heavy metal, new metal, grunge, alternative pop punk, butt rock, rock, bands, brackets. There's much more going on than just heavy metal. A lot more going on.

Without the four fathers of heavy metal, the unholy Trinity. I do like this. All right. When you're right, you're right. Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, and Deep Purple. How did we do that, Keith? Well, the very first part of that lengthy description. You put this together. You're the one who built this bracket. It would not include them in the 90s, early 2000s bands. I feel like they came several decades prior. Were they still putting out records that I don't know? I mean, they may have. They may have. I mean, the unholy Trinity of Deep Purple. Everybody else, maybe. I like those guys. But yeah, I would say no. Okay. Let's see. The last Led Zeppelin album was released 78. Shockingly 82. Oh, wow. Okay. Yeah. So they just missed. Probably the same for those other bands. But that's why. That's why they're not in there. But thank you for listening. Sir or ma'am. Absolutely. And congratulations again. I should have mentioned this earlier to the late great Chuck Norris or Haas of the week. Here on Jones and Keith. Rest in power.

Bruins, I think, are going to keep living their lives into the postseason. I believe 61 win last night. Keith kind of embarrassed himself earlier. He said they only have two back-to-backs left. They have four back-to-backs. That was not me. In fact, that was the one that pointed it out. I don't know if you want to count that as a scoop or not. But the hockey writer said they only have two. And we're trying to figure out how much Jeremy Swayman should play the reality. How it is, they have four more back-to-backs. So you're like a Celtics might only have two. I was like, look at their schedule. I don't want to be cross-streamed. Maybe they got mixed up. Maybe that's what it was. But so we probably have nine or ten starts left for Swayman. I would say maybe that final back-to-back if you need it. Swayman should sack up and play in that. But otherwise fine. Take off the back-to-backs. You don't need to play in all of them. We should be looking at another nine, ten starts for Jeremy Swayman who's playing at a really high level. Yeah. And he needs to continue to play at a really high level. I think for the Bruins to get in. And in some ways, if he does keep, I think he's justifying the contract. I asked you earlier, if he starts 56 games, is that enough? Yes.

When you look at the rest of the league, it kind of is. Yeah. If they can play him in every game, but the back-to-backs save for maybe the final one with Tampa and Columbus right down at the end of the year. If that's what he's doing. And that's how far he's taking them. I think in some ways, he's worked that contract, which is a crazy thing to say based on where the years started. Yeah. And where things looked like they were going last year. Yeah. And so last year, looking at it, Goli's games played the top two guys were Vassalowski and Hellibuk. They both played 63 games. Then you had three other Goli's in the 60s. Everybody else was in the 50s, like for like top Goli's, right? So I think if that's where he lands. And if he has a good playoff run, then like, you'll be like, absolutely worth it. Like, now you have this guy, that's what you signed up for. And I think even the biggest swam in haters would have to say, he's been really good in his life in the playoffs. Yeah. Like not the reason why they've lost in the playoff series that he's been in there for. So I would absolutely take that. And he has been pretty good after the Olympic break.

You know, obviously he was used very sparingly. Played one game and he got a good rest. He got a nice, even rest of the game he played. So it was, it's good though that he has come back in his plate as well as he has. And so you look at the rest of the schedule combined with where they're out in the standings and where everybody else is at in the standings. So right now they're the number one wildcard. But they have the same number of points as the number two wildcard. They also have the same number of points as the Montreal Canadians who are third of the division and then to add another layer to it. They have the same number of points as Pittsburgh and Columbus who are two, three in the Metro. So like there's a bunch of different avenues for them to make the playoffs. I don't think they're going to catch Tampa or Buffalo, right? So you sort of put those two teams off to the side. Those are the top two teams in the Atlantic. They could be either wildcard or third in the division. So there's a bunch of teams fighting for it. The Islanders are now the team right behind the Bruins, one point. But they also could pass Columbus.

There's so many different ways to get in. There's good news is. And this is what we kept saying with the Red Sox two years ago versus last year. Last year it's like the Red Sox going down to the wire. It's really just them and a couple of other teams fighting for a spot. Whereas two years prior when they were on the periphery of make in the postseason, they had to leave frog like five teams. When you have to do that, it's not going to happen. There's enough avenues and not enough teams in the mix. There's only going to be like one team out in the Eastern Conference. The Toronto's and Florida's of the world are too far back. So there's only going to be one team left out. And there's a bunch of ways the Bruins could get in. Both wildcard spots, the third spot in the Atlantic. Maybe even higher than that. So they do have a number of different ways they can get in. Now, I will reference this Nick Goss article one more time, Keith. Because I'm going to take him at his word on this other thing. I think there's some good information in there. I think the one thing that stands out that's wrong kind of hurts it. Prior to last night's game, the Bruins had the toughest remaining schedule in the NHL pertankathon. Eight of their now final 13 games, I'm sorry. Seven of their final 13 games are against playoff teams and eight are on the road.

Bruins play the Red Wing Saturday. They play the Blue Jackets twice more in Columbus. They play the Atlantic Division leading Tampa Bay Lightning two times. So that's also wrong because, oh yeah, that is true. Buffalo leads to the vision. What is in this tough go? So they have Tampa. They have. They do have Tampa twice. They do have Buffalo. Red wings. No, they have a tough schedule. There's no doubt. And I think the two Columbus games and the Detroit game, those are obviously the biggest swing games. If you can get two points and win it in regulation. So sort of jump two points up on both of them. That could decide it. Even Columbus. It might even come down to that. You don't play the Islanders the rest of the way. So there is going to be some scoreboard watching when it comes to the Islanders and Montreal. That's why the Montreal, at least I got a point, I guess. But that's why the loss in Montreal is a little deflating because they get an extra point there in the head to head. But as far as teams that you're going up against, you do have three of those games the rest of the way. And there are some other good teams that I don't think you can catch, but Tampa and Buffalo.

And the Buffalo games on the road, one of the Tampa games is on the road. The Detroit game is on the road. Both Columbus games are on the road. So that even more so than the opponent, it's the location. They've not been a very good road team this year. And the fact that they have more road games than home games left, that does give me a little bit of concern. So you can jump in on that 617-779-793-7. A lot of questions about the bracket now that we've opened up that Pandora's box. I think most people are just being funny. Well, Keith, why not guns and roses? So I consider guns and roses an 80s band. Am I wrong on that? I consider them an 80s band. I think they still... Apotype for destruction, which I would say is like the signature guns and roses came out in 1987. Their second album came out in 88. And then user illusion did come out in 91. Okay. So I guess you can make an argument for... 890s early 2000s. I feel like I was watching November rain in the 90s. I feel like is that wrong? No, you can listen to it now if you want.

But I thought mid 90s originally in my head, and then we ended up just calling it 90s. That kind of opens the door a little bit for some of those bands. But I would say if you asked GROC what decade is guns and roses most associated with, I would think it's these. I would think GROC would spit out the 80s while you're doing that. I've never read this one before. Chuck Norris saves his parking spot with a giant parking cone. Yeah, huge cone. Yeah, there's no debate over... I've never... That's not a real one. I've never heard... Chuck Norris saves his spot with Adam Jones. Perhaps. Let's go to the phone. 617-7797-737. Pierre is in San Francisco. He'll appear. Hey, how's it going, guys? I got to start to stuff with Chuck Norris' joke. So if you have $5 and Chuck Norris has $5, Chuck Norris has more money than you. Secondly... Oh, I thought it says Chuck Norris has $10. That's what I thought, too. That's so good. Okay, that works. That works. Yeah, I don't know if it's just me or...

I feel like A.J. Brown lost a step at the past few seasons. I don't know if it's because of his knees or what's going on there. And where you got Romeo dobs, we have to develop Kyle Williams. After in Chisholm, he has blocking issues, but I feel like that can be corrected. I don't get why the Patriots just don't go back to Stefan Digs. He was gray in the locker room. I feel like he was a year removed off of ACL tear. He usually takes about a year to recover from that. Let's stick with that for a second. Where do we stand with Digs? Is there any... I've never heard of Peep. He's playing in this Brady football tournament, isn't he? I haven't really followed that too closely. I think he is. I saw it actually speaking of that for a second. I saw it. Don't make that face at the Broncos. That guy saw it. What was that? A floater? Get out of here. I was even looking at the TV. I wasn't even looking at the TV. I'll blunt that. It's on. Throwing money away. Should've bet the three to one key. They got a...

It's all about the free throw neck. It's all about the free throw. Don't worry about that. Can Tucky get the three in the two out of the way? Pretty quickly. Not take long. Steve Nash better come out of retirement for this one. I have not heard of Peep about Digs. What about his take on AJ Brown is a step slower. I think it's fair to say Broncos are on the board. So AJ Brown's first two years in Philly. Yeah. He was insane. He was one of the five best receivers in the league. The last two years in Philly, I don't know if it's his knee. I don't know if it's there running the ball more. I don't know what it is. But he went from like a 1,500 yard guy to 1,000 yard guy. Well, I don't think he's probably not as good, but was also... I don't know if this wasn't Peer's call, but if you're like... He initially got traded for a first round pick. I don't know. That was when he was putting up 1,500 yards. Like maybe now you can get him for a little bit less. Maybe. That eagle's offense was so dysfunctional.

Sequan wasn't himself. That's what AJ Brown was himself. They were egging Cavalier's house. The last two years. I think by the postseason, AJ Brown, they were running with Sequan, but he felt left out of that office. I guess with Brown two years ago, his numbers were down, but he also missed four games. So I think his game averages were close to the first years last year. He only missed two games. And so like the game averages were certainly a lot lower. But I feel like he's still really good. I still feel like he's better than Steph Diggs, but I also get the caller's point. I would take Diggs back. I would too. If the AJ Brown thing isn't happening, or you know, there's a dissension in the Patriots building, which we'll get to later on, on AJ Brown. Then I would say I would get going back to Steph Diggs. I haven't heard a thing there. So I wonder what is going on. It's a good point. Here's a good Chuck Norris one. Chuck Norris created giraffes when he uppercut a horse. Oh, I thought you were going to read Chuck Norris turns on the light. So the dark doesn't get scared. That's what I thought you were going to read. So keep those. Chuck Norris is quilt con.

Oh, no, I didn't read that. What about there you? How dare you? We'll get to your phone calls here coming up. Me and Keith are going to really lock in on this three to one bet that feels like it's going down the toilet. Billy with all the latest in trending. And we have yet another update on the red socks. Oh, good. Now they're going to roll things out and Cincinnati and Houston to start the year. That's next. I'm done carrying around bulky drinks. Just, you know, for me missing the postseason and playing in this environment this early in the year and getting to experience that, you know, before my first full season and getting to be around the knowledge of not only the players, but the former players, the coaching staff. Just the people that you come across every single day and getting to sit in the cage and talk heading with guys at Ken Griffey and just the guys that come across that clubhouse. It was an unbelievable experience. So, yeah, I would say for sure. And, you know, I'm just super glad that I got to take all that in and kind of just take it here now and apply it to my game. And, you know, again, I think playing in front of that atmosphere for somebody like myself who hasn't experienced a postseason game or anything like that. I think you couldn't ask for more and it's huge for a guy like me. Here on WEEI, you heard Roman Anthony there talking about his experience at the World Baseball Classic.

We'll get you an update from Alex Korra here today and update to our update earlier today about the Red Sox and the rotation, how they'll set things up in Cincinnati and Houston. It's a race to a free throw by the way in Santa Clara and Kentucky if you're following along at home. It's gonna be whoever gets to the bonus first. Each of it a three, each of it into Kentucky. Just keep shooting jumpers and Santa Clara for the love of God drive through the hoop. No fouls. We are all fouls. Let him shoot. Let him shoot. But we are all Broncos here outside of shine. Maybe Nick. Did Ken say he's on Kentucky? Yeah. Ken is on Kentucky. He's on Kentucky. Yeah, guys, I'm on Kentucky. Thanks a lot Ken. So anyway, let's clean. No foul there. So we got our eyes on these on these games. Although Ken took Kentucky minus two and a half, we took Santa Clara money lines. So there's a good chance nobody wins. We all just somehow lose out. That's very true. 617-779-793-7. I do think that when it comes to Roman Anthony and that experience at the World Baseball Classic,

I do think you can brace for a big breakout year for him. We've talked about if the hype is getting maybe a little too much, which I guess is a little nerve wracking. Yeah. But for Roman Anthony and the Red Sox, the experience at the World Baseball Classic, which I was initially against, even given the way it ended, a walkoff in the wrong fashion, even given, no, even given the way it ended. Yeah, speaking of ended, that's one of the strides. Yeah, that's a big stiff and it's an amp one. So he can go over one here. All right, that's a good point. Mr. Garrett. Plus there's a lot of that. Look at free throws here. What was that? Oh, they picked up another answer. Yeah, they cost you there. No, I think Roman Anthony was primed for a big year too regardless. But the World Baseball Classic does help in my mind. Like I think it gives, like feeling he belongs, he was there with the best of the best. And fit right in nicely. Hey, Mr. Free Throw. There you go. I threw him off. Jones took a shirt off. If you're watching on twitch.tv, I gave him the, I threw him off. He went, Miami of Ohio style, Speedo only. Santa Clara, could you try to put it on the deck and go to the hoop? For God's sakes.

That barely got iron. We have an update from Alex Korra here. All right. An update to the update, which is just, yeah, like let's get it figured out guys. How are they changing this already? The situation for the Red Sox. We read yesterday from Alex Korra was that Suarez is going to be his number five starter incorrect. Red Sox will now open the year in Cincinnati. Keith Garrett crochet on opening day. Sonny Gray. I like it. Game two. TBD in game three. All right. So an unknown third starter. I'm guessing that's Oviato, which is weird. Yeah. Then Houston, they will go Suarez, the number four starter. Bayo in the number five spot. And Garrett crochet pitching the, the rubber game potentially. They're in Houston. So that's how they're going to roll it out. So Suarez is four. Bayo is five. Yes. Bayo's been like lights out in spring. Yeah. Since he went to the World Baseball class. That helped them. Yeah.

And then Oviato might be the number three starter. Or as Brian bot did and said, what are they already going bullpen game? In the year. I hope not. What the hell's that? Like they, they have like the best pitching depth were told. And then you go bullpen game three. No, I do have 12 starters. So. Well, right. I mean, is it possible that's 12 deep? Is it possible that's totally early? No, I don't think so. I don't think so either. I mean, it's going to be Oviato. Hey, my rotation maybe, but I don't think it would be for them. Like those guys are going to be a loose socks on Friday. I want, I want totally in the rotation. You want early in the rotation. If totally is not in the rotation, I want them in the bullpen. I don't need them starting games in Worcester, my personal opinion. But I wouldn't start any of those guys the third game of the year. So that probably is more science to its Oviato. Yeah. I think it probably would be. But something to keep an eye on too is just, I think they're going to try to get the most out of these guys. Meaning. Not taking any chances early. Suarez has never pitched 30 starts in a season. I think Bale did it once last year.

He missed a couple right last year. He was at 29 star or 28 games, 29 stars. I think this is going to be one of the rain games or whatever. But the year before that, it was 30. He's at like 166 innings was last year. And that was a career high. So if you feel like for any reason you want to kind of push a day, I've no problem with that. And then let's just see if they just keep making the same turn. And the order doesn't necessarily matter. I mean, it's not the playoffs, right? It's not a game where you start. And it might be smart to manage him. Like you say, pushing back an extra day. We thought initially it was going to be two games based on the reporting yesterday. But okay, it's one day. I thought maybe he'd be the number two starter on the team. Well, you want to split out the righties and lefties. Okay. Now he's not even pitching in the first series. I think that's weird. For a guy you just threw 100 plus million at. But it's a minor gripe if he's out there making all his starts. And if this is the way to manage him. No, he probably never has. But if this is the way to manage him and get the most out of him, then fine. We'll see if the red socks are right on it. But I imagine that's what they're doing with backing him up to the Houston. Cause I do think there is something important about the opening day starter. I remember we got into arguments about it the last few years.

Remember the one year they started a Corey Colluber on opening day. And people were like, well, it's just one out of 162. I'm like, I know. But I just didn't like it. I didn't like. I didn't like that either. Throwing a bomb out there. Not that he's a bump for his career. But at that point of his career, you're like, why are you putting this guy out there? That was over sale, right? I think so. I think it was over sale. And they're like, well, he's not ready. I'm like, well, that's not a good sign. No. That's a horrible sign all the way around. So I don't want to like contradict myself. But the fact that Garrett crochet is ready to go. Coral, like jokingly named in the opening day starter. Like February, like when they reported to camp, he's going to start that game. The order after that doesn't really matter as much. Plus each guy, like sunny gray, Suarez and Bayo, probably in their head all think they're the second best start. Right. I don't know if you agree with that. So like the order doesn't really matter. And if you can just keep these guys as healthy as possible, then then we're good to go. Oviados are going to be interesting one. See if you can like hold on to that. That's that spot all year. I don't think he will. I wouldn't bet on that. I would think early is going to be up there whenever they feel like.

Out of those three, he's had the best spring. And you know, as a patent-toly guy, I can acknowledge he's had the best spring. I'm sorry. Twitch chat, rather be golfing, says, oh, now Jones, a guy who's not ready for the season with the big contract is okay. I think that's a reference to Swaman. Swaman was holding out with the team. That was the player and the team fighting over money. And then they got off to a bad start. I think the team is managing him for his health. I mean, Swaman wasn't here and wasn't working out with the team. I don't think those are, I don't think I'm being hypocritical. If you do, obviously, let me know. Yeah. But I don't, I don't think that's being hypocritical. I don't think those are analogous. Most innings pitched in a regular season. Who has, who has the better career high? Bayo or Suarez? Who has the more... The way you're asking makes me think it's Bayo. But I would guess Suarez before you asked it. It's Bayo. Suarez is coming off a career high, 157 and a third. So like, he had 26 starts last year in a contract year

and he's still got paid big money. So you wonder, like, with each team, now he's only been on Philly, right? So Philly managed him one way, viewed him one way. Now he gets to Boston and they're probably looking at it. Like, alright, how can we maximize this? How can we get that same total? Or maybe more, right? If you want to get wishful thinking, maybe he throws 160, 70 innings. But you want to, at the very least, get that out of his throat. Yeah, I mean, I would agree. I would think if that's already his career high, is the place he's going to get it now, the older he is in Boston, I would guess probably not. So that's something you're going to have to work out with him, for sure. The one thing I do wonder about Bayo, and I think the World Baseball Classic might have kicked him in the high gear, potentially. I also think there's a chance the Red Sox bringing in all these pictures and making it seem like they don't believe in on some level. I wonder if that lit a bit of a fire under him, too. Like, I wouldn't rule that out with Bayo. And it feels like the way he's pitching now in spring, and we've fallen for this before with Bayo. But the way he's pitching now in spring feels like maybe it's clicking with him a little bit.

And I was pretty down on him after that playoff started against the Yankees. Yeah, no, I still don't really buy in on Bayo, to be honest. I mean, he was good last year, and maybe maybe I should have, and then it didn't end great. But he has, like, he did sign an extension, so he has a contract. So it's not like one of those things where he's going to be fighting over that. But, yeah, I mean, he's shooting fouls. That's a shooting fouls, sir. But you look at his career, in last year was far and away his best year. You know, he had a 335 ERA, which was over a run better than what it was a year ago. And he threw roughly the same amount of innings. He kept screwing this pitches last year. Well, yeah, number one pitch that was really good was his change up. Well, so it was horrible. So I thought from what I read, and I got to be honest. I don't remember exactly which. Connor Wong kept calling two seniors, remember two years ago. I don't remember which pitch it was. But I feel like I read when he got to the World Baseball Classic, they were starting to screw around with more pitches again, and they're like, just throw your best stuff when you got to the world with the Dominican. They're like, just throw your best stuff, and I feel like that's part of the reason he's turned a bit of a corner there. Yeah, so he might even have more confidence too.

We talk about Roman Anthony a lot, but will you rebra you? Like those two guys, like, oh, how much the World Baseball Classic meant to him, but it's kind of like, seven, eight guys. Got a lot of help, I think, out of that tournament. 617-779-793-7, how you jumping here on Jones and Keith. Here's some of the best. Get the chainsaw. There's a whale at the compound. We got to go. We got to go. Everybody pile in the mini bin. We're going. And worst. You guys are as bad as the end out. It's Jones and Keves.

Week in review. Look at my socks. Look at my socks. Get out of here. On WEI. Oh, what a weekend is bad here on Jones and Keves. We were out in the wild. For the first of the freaking second of weeks. That sound means Jones just lost his 321 bet. As you can tuck your rattles. Home of free throw. It's on the floor, sir. Yeah. I think they missed one at the other end. Now we're going to turn our attention to the Santa Clara money line. No, my attention's there now. We got to know that they're going to be tested. They missed three to one zone. Of course, I missed the second free throw. Okay. Yeah, we're a Jake and Joe. We're all Broncos. Yes. Which was a great great time had by all. We're going to be in Worcester on a week from today. And then we're going to be at the cask two weeks from today. For the Red Sox Home opener. Yep. Very exciting stuff. Ron Harris-Warrows may or may not be available. Who knows? Who knows is pitching in that game. Actually, yeah, we could probably do the... Oh, don't make me do the math. Go ahead. Go ahead. Who's going to be pitching that game? Wow.

Let's go back to Monday where we're moving right along in our bracket. And we're trying to crown the best band from the mid to late 90s. Early 2000s. Yes. And one of those bands, one in the field of 64, was Incubis, which sparked this debate. Maybe not Slipknot Incubis competitive. That was now the closest thing we can think of. If there's like a close race or something, get a compare to the great Slipknot V Incubis of 2026. Round two, match up in the US region again. Yeah. Like Incubis. Say it again. I didn't know that many people liked Incubis. Well, I would say I like love Incubis, but now it's like I got a pick. Slipknot? Yeah, I picked. Oh, man. Many people. She's almost almost 50-50. Incubis. What's your favorite Incubis? Slipknot. Who drive? That's a good one. Drive? And drive is a good one. My kind of hauler's actually a new skin. What's that? This one. Yeah, what is this? This is Incubis. Yes. Yeah, they definitely should have won. This goes way too hard for Joe. No, it doesn't. And it starts out like a new report. Let's go and ends.

Oh, that's the end of it. Oh, yeah. All right, ready. This is the best part. goes crazy in the car for this. Ready? Three, two, one, that's too hard. That's good. That is too hard for me. And then apparently it was for them too. Yeah. Because the next album was all just like, no one out. Yeah, good. Good. Good. More of that, Incubus. Drive a few more of those you would have advanced through. I get it. I stand by everything. That was still, I honestly stand by all of it. We've got some close races. Corn just barely clipped libbiscuit. That was a close one. It wasn't, it wasn't close. It's not Incubus close, but yeah. No, it's not that close. Every Tuesday is tier two's day on this show. And apparently sometimes I don't really listen very well. No care on a state. All right. So are they one shining moment? Or are they frisky? That's not how you don't football. They won it twice. They won 74. Thank you. They won 74 and 83. That's a Wilson. So they have not won an hour lifetime. That's been a little while since they've been there. So I think they got to be their one shining moment or frisky.

I would say, well, Volvano just makes me think they're frisky. Yeah, but they upset Houston, but they had won before that. Best to third best team in their state. So it's a good state. That is a good state. So you want to do one shining moment and see state. But if someone's like, no, I want to do frisky. Oh, no, so do I. Okay. You just said, Volvano, didn't he argue against himself? I said, I think of Volvano. I think frisky. I literally just said that. I just said that. Volvano, frisky. I was the frisky any moment. All right, my bad. There's too much going on when it's a tiered that I'm in charge of the graphic versus when it's a half my brain's gone. No, it's hard because you got to write, you got to write that in. I got to write it down. I got to move the little that sounds like that sounds like we had. That's on the college basketball game going on while we're talking. No, but ironically, no, he did not. That we were actually paying attention to that cut. Doesn't sound like it. The voice of an angel, a.k.a. Chris Shime had a chance. They let him loose. Shime also, he also got to leave the cage of WWE I headquarters and was out and about on Tuesday. Well, the morning show has been unleashing people. Twitch was out yesterday.

Still on Twitch. Twitch spiking drinks. And Chris Shime was able to sing a little song. All right. Live guitar there, by the way. Yeah, a lot of sides. She acts like summer in a walks like rain reminds me that there's a time to change, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. The censor returned, I must stay on the moon. She listens like spring and she talks like June. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. But tell me, did you sail across the sun? Take a walk. Did you make me to the Milky Way to see the lights off-faded and that heaven is overrated? Tell me, did you fall for a shooting star? Without a permanent scar, and did you miss me

or why you were looking for yourself out there? All right, all right, all right, all right, all right. Wow, we were taking so seriously. No, that was good, Shime. Yes, yes, I appreciate you. Hey, I didn't even go front. I was keeping a beat, Shime. No cap, that was, hey, that was really good. He's so into, he's so into it. I know. And he does, he's good. Well, I do the more into it, I get. That's what we saw. Excellent. So, Grandpa was excellent. Well, I loved it. So, I know what happened to, I think, Greg Ian Curtis. This is what happened when Ken called play by play. Oh, yeah, this will be funny because he'll be bad. Right, oh no. They're like, oh no, it's actually kind of good. When Ken did play by, I listened to two innings of Ken, and I'm like, yeah, we can't make fun of this. I was like, it's good. And so, that's what I would say was Shime as well. Now, do you think he would win American Idol? I do. Yeah, I do too. And the voice. Oh, I'd turn my chair around. X-Factor. Right around. Yeah, you're like, X-Factor. Imagine if you went on every show, say the same song. Okay, go, turn your back for a second. Okay, start that up again. All right, here we go, here we go.

Now that she's back in the room. Right away! Yeah, like I just uttered, I hear like two notes. I hit my button. I think he could win, but then we'd lose him here, because I think he would then begin like a whole music career. And like, it'd be tough for him to also produce the show. That's a good point. So, I now know why some may have an issue with his grab bag. I think it's good. Did he sing that acapella, and then the music got plugged in later? Like, he had good timing. He was on time with that live guitar. Yeah, he treated a backing band. You know what it was? Yeah, not to tell tales at a school. He tried to produce his own track with the grab bag. You gotta listen while you record them. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You can't just record it, and then plug the music in after. But when he's got the live band back in him, good stuff. But I thought it was excellent. On Wednesday, I don't know where this guy has been. Tony Marinero, who hosts the show in Montreal. I don't know where he's been. He called in, they hit his belt from him up again, and I'm sure after what happened in the Olympics, he had an ultimate prank about a year ago, and he called in as curly from Boston to really rub our noses in the fact that the US lost the four nations.

Was that what he called? Yeah, the four nations. What are you guys supposed to even hear? I was in here, I believe Travis Thomas was in. Yeah, Travis was in. Yeah, yeah. And, first, not the Lansden. No, first four out on Fillin' Host of the Year. We were hoping to talk to him during the Olympics or after the Olympics had never happened, and then he just called in on his own because the reds are the Red Sox. Because TV USA lost the World Baseball Classic, so he thought that would be a good time. I guess, okay. Do you want to take a guess? Yeah. In the dark minute. Oh my, good. Yes, I did. Top on, I did. Let's go to Montreal. I didn't realize that. It's not curly and Boston. It's Tony Marinero. Tony, what's on your mind today? Tony? You, hey, you guys, the program director must be your best friend in the world. This is unbelievable. I've been on hold for 30 minutes, 8,000 ads, 46 sponsors, the DMV, Pizza Hut, the Oscars, the traffic, the airport, the movies. Unbelievable. Versal. You guys have the best job in the world. Oh, we do. That's great. That is true, Tony. It's a star. You know that.

I move at the Boston. I am moving, we got to do sports radio together, guys. Are you embarrassed by your hockey team? Is that why you're moving? What are you doing? Yeah. All right. Are you embarrassed by your baseball team? You lost to Italians. Oh, we know how to make it. No, they're American. No, wait, hang on. I am embarrassed by the baseball team. Yes, I am. I am. I didn't hear your answer about your hockey team. What's your hockey team? The much rock today is that you're hockey team. The Boston rules. No, no, no. You know, the men's or the women's Olympic team. That's our women's either one. I hated losing tonight's states. As a matter of fact, it made me sick. It made me sick to my stomach. It bothered me. I still can't get over. I'm devastated. If I die tomorrow, I'm not dying happy, okay? How about the Italians beating the Americans and baseball? Huh? That was good. I mean, I was. I was. I was. The Boston baseball. Venice, where are you? I mean, look. That's the baseball. I am embarrassed by that. They are. Yeah, that's tough. Yeah, we were, we were not happy. So there are a few things. No, the USA choked. I'm not arguing with that. Yeah, it's, it's a tough go though.

When you say you lost to the Italians, and then you play a Venezuelan clip, whoops. And then also, Keith, you, you really boxed them around pretty good. There I missed that in real time. You're like, oh, all those Italian guys are American. They're all Americans. The Americans lost them more Americans. Just other Americans. The American beat team beat the 18. Yeah, that's what the American team beat the Canada team. Yeah, right. We're not bringing up Canada baseball. There was even talking about that. Oh, man, that was right in front of us. That was right there. There are no, it was a good point. Damn it, Nick. Uh, Patriots made a big signing yesterday. We, uh, I think probably broke the news to many. The Patriots did make a signing. Ooh, who did it got? Uh, Kindle. What? Hang on, wait for it. The reading device? Yeah, I was wondering if that's what he went. When was that invented? Is that what he was saying? Kindle? Yeah. He might have. Yeah, I mean, his mom just like loved reading. I read his pregnant. I read his name of Kindle. He's 28 years old. Okay. I already lost it. What the hell's his name? So that couldn't have been right around when Kindle was big. Kindle's out. Kindle Vildor. Kindle Vildor? Yeah. It's a Game of Thrones character. I was going to say, like, I was watching Harry Potter last night with the girls. I feel like he might have been in one of the houses.

There he is. Your new master, the Dark Arts teacher, Kindle Vildor. But can he cover? That's the thing. He's a corner. Oh, I'm going to guess not. No, I'm going to guy. Well, I would say a guy who's signed the Thursday after a free agency started. A week later is probably not much of a cover corner. I wouldn't say he's like sticking up. Kindle Vildor. Yeah, Kindle. I'll be rooting for him. Okay, Jones, we have five nominees for Bragg of the Week. So sit back and listen to these Bragg of the Week nominees. And then we will crown just one. Was it the aforementioned Tony Maranero? Yeah, even Shukans with Keith Kitchuck. Sick Bragg, bro. Pretty good. That is Keith Kitchuck, the best non-Holophamer in the history of hockey. Right up there should be in. Was it a caller Tim and Long Meadow? I'm a skiing instructor. Sick Bragg, bro. Oh, that guy was pretty good. He was a ski instructor. I forgot about his stuff. He was really brag about how stinky his car is if you recall. He did. Yeah, it's like my car is horrible. It smells like ski boots and coffee. I'm like, all right.

Probably worse smells, but Meadow, who filled in for Courtney a couple of times this week on the Bragg hill show. I'm Catholic. I was raised Catholic. Sick Bragg, bro. That's gonna be tough to get. It's a Bragg and then she like reaffirms the Bragg immediately. That to me is the leader in the clubhouse. Not to sway the vote. No, no, no, I think you're right on the nose. Minute per minute, maybe our top Bragg or Rob Bradford. No, he did not want to smell my rental car. Sick Bragg, bro. He actually wagged the dog a little bit there. It was him to got Tim long better to call about his stinky car. Yeah. He's also in his own head now. He's just terrified. He even called it out. He's like, let me save you some time. He acknowledged it. These are all Braggs. It's like current with mentioning Phil. That's true. That's true. And then lastly, Boston Celtics superstar Jason Tatum. I mean, since May 13th, nobody's done more cafes. It's just dreamt us than me, so. Why I don't know that one yet. Well, we've been doing cafes. Yeah, Bragg is a time I can't.

Nobody's done more cafes. Bragg, bro. Dennis Reynolds doesn't so fast. He calls him hummingbirds. Yeah, I mean, see him. They're imperceptible to the human life. That was pretty good. But I think I think you got to go back up. Yeah. I'm Catholic. I was raised Catholic. Sick Bragg, bro. Well, excuse me. I was Catholic, but I was raised Catholic. Well, actually, that's really kind of a shot at the church when you think about it. Well, I go longer Catholic. No, I was raised Catholic. He's kind of the implication that I get just kind of turned her back on the church. Yeah, I guess so. It does some tough things. You can't defend all of it. You can't possibly agree with all of it. No, that's not so true. No, you got like some of it. I am able to, I'm just able to, they tried to hip a defense. I am, I am able to separate the artists from the art in many cases. It's tough, it's tough there with the Catholic church. Personally, for me, whether I was raised it or not. Believe what you want to believe out there, I suppose. I'm like, I tell you what to do. But yeah, there's some tough times. There it is. As a way, my god, congrats to that. Good for my god. Bragging the week. The joke about it in Ted when you get to it, Jones. Yes, Ted, strong Catholic joke. Oh, yeah.

Okay, go ahead. Yeah, I like it. It's a 90s Massachusetts show. So yeah, there's a few, few jokes in there. All right, we'll get to the Patriots. Their pursuit of AJ Brown. Where does it stand? Perhaps is there an internal discussion on AJ Brown that not everybody's on board? We bring him into the Patriots. Certainly sounds that way. Let's get to it with all your phone calls next.
