The biggest show on the radio, Macyd and Ireland, your Tuesday afternoon right now. What is going on live imaging Tuesday, Morales? What's up, man? Yesterday, apparently everything crashed, technologically. We had a big laptop, a laptop and iPad disaster for me in the morning. Oh yeah? Like three minutes before we went on the air. Wasn't great. That's the worst. So it was a very expensive day yesterday. Yeah, yeah, I'm sure. A lot of stuff is insured, but they can't give you replacements anymore right then and there. Interesting. So then you just have to buy new right there. So I am now parking in the East Garage. I've never parked in the East Garage before, so I'm very excited. Well, where did you park before? The West Garage? You don't have West Garage, yeah. What, now did you vol-n- did you ask to move to the East? No, they just moved it, apparently it's less expensive. Because of LAPC leaving, now we're reshuffling parking. So I get out of the car. Because there's fewer parking spaces in the East Garage than there used to be. I get in the car, get out of the car. I smell something.

Yeah, I was parked in the same area as you. I take a step and it's barf. Somebody, oh no, I stepped in barf. I thought it was weed. I didn't know I did not step in the barf. Well, because I was just getting out of my car. So you know what that is, that's left over Emmys barf. Yeah, that's right. Emmys barf. Yeah. Did you wash your shoes? I did not, but I figured it would just wear off after a month of turn. Yeah, it's done. You think it's wearing off? It's in the trends. It has got to. You got barf shoes on. Yeah, I'm wearing barf shoes. That is correct. Just one barf shoes. Yeah, very scaboso. Very scaboso. So I always love the live imaging, imaging Tuesday, because we get to hang out with Chris. I know you're excited. I am a big Chris Morales guy. Always been a fan. John the same, right? Well, John and I are a fan of Chris. Yeah, I'm not a fan of lit as you know, he's not. But Chris and I are good now. Yeah, because we're live, so we stuck on the tap together. That's right. I forgot about that. And we do the happy day. But you and I are Mason plus brothers now, because you text me every day about Mason plus.

I do. Because I was really excited that it got onto the radio. Fantastic. I was really excited about that. And I don't know if it's happening this week, but whatever you can, I would appreciate bringing the show coming out today. We'll massage it for this week. Here's the Dr. Clapper Postgame show. Yes, exactly. By the way, I was at Dr. Clapper's office yesterday installing this comics. Oh, yeah, that's my first time at his office. So wait, what a pain. Do we have clapper today? Complex. So this is going to be his maiden voyage on the comics. It'll sound like he's sitting right next to it. Yes. He's got a one thing carvings. What an amazing office. Photos of him with everybody. The painting of himself next to marble stone is incredible. I need a painting of my stones. You need a painting with marble carved stone. Yeah, he promised me he's carving me. One of them Easter Island people. You know, Easter Island, Easter Island, things, the stach, he's making me one of them. It was an amazing place. Yeah, I didn't want to leave. No, no, you weren't having anything examined for you. No, you were there. The comrade. I actually did. Yeah, I had him look at my ankle because I rolled my ankle

and I was golfing in Cleveland. Yep. And he immediately said, order this on Amazon. Where for a month, you'll be fine. And he fixed my left calf last month. There you go. So what he did, he gave you those lace up ankle braces. It's an air cast basically. You wear it under your shoe. Yeah, that's great. Nice. Yeah, I mean, I have seen him many times. I've been to his office. He says he'd go off. I do go off. And we know your injury program. Yeah, I am injury prone. I did not trip or fall or anything last night. Thankfully, I got in and out with my tuxedo. And by the way, this is so weird. But I am going to the midnight mission gala on Thursday in Hollywood. And so for the second time in a single week, I will be wearing my tuxedo after having not one instance last. Am I do you have to get it dry? Oh, yeah, because we sweated through, man. That was some hot. That was a hot place. Had it won $66 tux. Hold up. Hell that. Well, I told him don't walk by any near any of the sternocans or whatever, because I

thought the whole thing might go up in flames. But no, he it worked really well. And if you need a tuxedo $66 on Amazon, do it. And you really? Yeah, he bought a $66 tuxedo. I mean, I thought it was a bit when I. No, no, for real. And it and it fits imperfectly. Is it can I ask you a question? Yeah. Is it was it a time thing you needed it quickly? No, you just needed one and done. He needed one and done. But you're a very wealthy man. Yeah, but here's here's the weird thing about it. So once wealthier needs it doesn't it does. That is true. It has no belt. OK, it's got one of those like it's sort of like sweatpants. You know what I'm talking about? I don't actually. The tuxedo sweatpants where you've got an elastic band on the way. I honest, I get the elastic brand. I never had that in a tuxer suit pants. You've never, right. This is what it is. It was like sweatpants tuxedo. It was actually looked very comfortable. I thought about getting one for Thursday night. And then I got this damn thing. So I might as well wear it.

But you own a tuxedo. I do. I did not know you. I did. I did. I just weighed too big for me. But I thought my way through. All right. Do you know what a tuxedo I don't? I do. I've only been a tuxedo probably like three times in my life. Yeah. Weddings, right? When I was younger, I was a ring boy. And then the other two times were like for events, I think. Yeah, I went to a wedding this summer. And I pulled out that tuxedo for maybe the first time in 10 years. Yeah. But I've had one back when I was doing sidelines. The clippers for, you know, being the clippers said it's opening night. We want all the announcers wearing tuxedo. So I had to make a decision back then. Do I rent it or do I buy it? I go, I was in my 20s. I said, I'll just buy it. It's and I get that thing tailored all the time to whatever year it is. It's somehow appropriate to wear a tuxedo at a clippers game because you will go down like a gentleman. Exactly. Just like the tight jacket. So last and appears the patch of my home is fine. I want to make it a confession. I apologize to all the Emmy people.

I was in a box and I had download the phone. And particularly our shop league, the Trudeau Chilchow. I think that's no apology necessary. Yeah. I think there were a lot of, I was surprised the Emmys went head to head with Monday night football. No, it's Sunday, but it was right. Let me see this year. Well, and because this NBC has Sunday night football, they couldn't do it. But why wouldn't they do it tonight? Do it on Tuesday? They had the whole night to themselves. There's a thing. I don't think a word shows draw eyeballs like they used to. I think they're all going to be on the show. I'll just use my cell phone example. Last night. I didn't watch. Hardening. I'm going to go over there like at half time and during the commercials, but I was locked into Monday night football the whole night. Yeah. I'm Lisa stayed in a different part of the house and watched the whole Emmys. Yeah. Had the Emmys been tonight. That's where I would have done tonight. Yeah. By the way, my mom really wants to be my arm candy next year at the Emmys. So I'm going to try to make that happen. So you go into the Emmys next year. That's where he walked in. How does one feel about that?

One is, he's less than excited. But mom wants to go to the Emmys. So I'll take her to the Emmys. So Patrick Mohams was everybody sleeping on Patrick Mohams because he looks just like this guy I used to watch called Patrick Mohams. Yeah, he played great. But again, and this is like the third time I've had this feeling in the last week. I don't know if the Rams are like unexpectedly bad or if the Niners are really good. I don't know if the Arizona Cardinals are decent or if the Chargers are the worst team in the NFL. And again, last night, same feeling. Yeah. I don't know if it was Patrick Mohams and the Chiefs going back to me and the Chiefs. Or if Denver was just woefully unprepared for week one because we know the Rams were. Yes. And we know the Chargers were. So it's not out of the question that the Brock. I just think I've said this a bunch. Week one is a liar. You just don't know. Just still that from George Sonata because he keeps going on with this too. This nonsense. He just tells it for me. He tells it for me.

He tells us all we don't know anything because week one's a liar. Well, week one is a liar. It's fun to take it apart. But for example, I have now calmed down from that Rams game. I feel like we're going to be fine. Did you see the Johns play something? I did. I think we're going to be fine. What people forget is that was the highest scoring offense. We saw him score seven points, highest scoring offense in the league. There's been no changes there. In fact, it's it's the exact same group. And on the defensive side, even if Aaron Dunham doesn't play, this was basically our defense last year, minus Jared verse. I hope a D plays, but this was our defense last year was playing on one knee plus. I got Mick Duffy plus Watson. Well, the you guys feel me somebody through this at me. Okay. Is it bordering on arrogant that the Rams A played zero starters in the preseason like they always do and showed up five minutes before the game started.

Okay. So first of all, and yes, here, first of all, how many starters did San Francisco play the share? The preseason all all of them, but very brief rock. Party played one series. Right. One series. Yeah. But I mean, started McCaffrey. And if you look at this whole thing, most teams do not play their starters. And by the way, most teams still racked up an unbelievable number of points. It's I think the fourth highest scoring weekend in the history of the NFL. And that being said, the Rams, the only team to knock into double digits. Yeah, yeah, exactly. And you know, I look, I feel like this is not I feel in the in the classic sense of bad game bad sign. I think this was a bad game. And I hope you're right. Take on the arrogance part. He's never I mean, nine years he's never played this daughter. So I have to say difference. I think John, this preseason thing, I don't agree with you on because one series. Somebody asked me, they said if it's border, is it bordering on arrogant that they did

those two things in combination? In other words, you think that they should play in preseason. I do. But I never think that I don't think one series would have changed the Rams. Fate and Australia, I think what is the arrogance, what it is, this kind of body hacking thing, they attempted to do. I do think the going late was a little arrogant. Do you? I do. I think do you don't think that they thought they were doing the right. I mean, they thought they could outsmart everybody else. They thought they get outsmart time. They accept that they get outsmart time zones that they get outsmart the other teams and saying, oh, you guys just aren't looking at this the right way. Well, I even I bought this. I bought this. I was singing the praises going into the game. And now I feel like I was I was a dupe. Well, I think they feel like they screwed it up. Yeah. Well, you live in this year. You live in turn. If you're going to if you're going to play if you're going to lay an egg, do it in week one. Yeah, absolutely. By the way, yes, can I compliment a local team? Okay. Local team. Yes.

You will not like this because you're on the other side of this. Thank you Dodgers. Thank you. Thank you. I'm not throwing a massive champagne celebration because you made the playoffs. It's the stupidest thing in the world. They basically handed everybody a glass of champagne. Dave Roberts did it to host and he said, now get back to work. That's what they should do. I know you want to. They did last year. They they had a champagne toast when they made the playoffs. Then they had their champagne celebration when they won the National League West. I still think they're going to have a celebration. I wish they were the ones, but they probably are. I'll take mine your victories. Right. I mean, they did this last year. This champagne toast, I think, makes, you know, it makes perfect. All you did was clinch the playoffs. Who the hell cares? You do your right. Well, you're normally you're like baseball's hard if you could play off so a party. By the way, Bernie Colaston. Bernie called this. Bernie called the job would say exactly this. I do. I do. I called it. Am I 715 this morning? Yeah. Well, I did. I mean, the Dodgers season is a failure.

Yeah. If they don't win the World Series. 100. So what are we celebrating if they win the division? Absolutely right. Yeah. Again, they will wait to celebrate until after they clinch the West, which could be. And let me say this. Yeah. Mr. I want to celebrate everything. Yeah. If they blow second place and slip to third, right, but still clinch the West, celebrate. I'll tell you next. Mason Ireland ESPN LA. So is this song called jog with the wind? It's right like the wind ride like the wind. By the way, you run with the wind. You probably this was probably a recurrent when you were on the air. No, too early. This was a number one song in 1980. Yeah, but I was now in the air till the late 80s. It was not a recurrent. It wasn't a gold category. No, super soft, man.

We were super soft. Super soft. We were jamming Guns and roses and death leopard in the late 80s, early 90s. All right. So after the game last night, the Dodgers and we should recognize this for the 14th consecutive year will be in the playoffs. That is an unbelievably long streak. I think you pointed out John today. That's tied for the longest streak in MLB history. Tied with the Atlanta Braves. Yep. And Stan Kasfin ran the Braves and now he's running the Dodgers. So he had a hand in both of them. So here's a little bit of Dave Roberts speech last night in the locker room after the clinching game. Congratulations. Baseball's hard. You guys know it. You guys live it every day. And as I was thinking about this, you know, when we knew that this was going to happen, it started this year. Many guys have been with me this whole time. A lot of this. Some guys are new to this and we have to celebrate the moments because nothing is guaranteed.

It comes with good players, a great mindset and a complete buying. And the thing for me that I'm really encouraged about with you guys is we're not even close to playing the baseball that we're going to play. But they're dead and closer. You look at Kyle Tucker. You look at Theo. Those guys are coming around. By the way, Dodgers lineup is out today. This is courtesy. Kristen Watson. Hostway, De Paula leading off as a designated hitter today. De Paula leading off. Good. Followed by Freeman Betts Tucker, Theo Muncie, Edmund Fadoosius, Will Smith gets a day off. Alex Freeland at second base. So Tommy Edmund gets a day off and Yoshino Boulayamomoto is pitching. Who has been just terrific this year? Yamamoto has been great. Now you asked me, you posed a question to me before we went to break. What was it? I don't remember. Okay. Emily, do you remember? We don't remember the teams we both forgot.

Celebrating in the NOS. Like when they clunched the NOS and they could have got it. They blow the two seed. They let's say they lose, they have 12 games left. Let's say they lose nine of the 12. Slide to the three or even the four seed, but they still in the division. Do you sell them? Yes. What are you celebrating? You're celebrating winning the division and coming through a hundred and six. But you've been arguing for months that they have to be a one or two seed. I hope they're a one or two seed. They were not flat. It's not that important. Right. It's not that important. I mean, in the end of the day, I think they will hold on to it. But yeah, I have, I don't know why you don't like fun. John Ireland, anti-fun. I go to the Kobe Bryant School. Job ain't finished. I go to the baseball school. Celebrate and free. Oh, guys won. We won the division. Successful year. Who are you kidding?

It's not a six. The whole season has been about trying to win three in a row. The whole season. Yeah. Kyle Tech are getting $64 million. Right. Edwin Diaz, who ironically won't even be on the postseason roster. Yeah, it shouldn't be. It was all geared towards trying to win three in a row. Right. Right. So nobody deals, they don't. John, do you, are you aware of this word called tradition? This word tradition. There is, there is a tradition in baseball. There are multiple traditions that are different in baseball than they are with the NBA or the NFL. I have no issue with the Dodgers doing what ever. And by the way, I was going to look up. Do you think the Yankees did more than a champagne toast in 2000? Did the Yankees celebrate at the end? Luckily they've been doing nothing but champagne. But I'm talking about 2000. Go back to the three feet. I'm curious. I know it's probably available. Yeah. If we look at that. But I mean, you know, hate tradition, do you? It's a tradition. That's what baseball teams do. Yeah, but that's an easy word to fall behind.

I mean, some traditions are stupid. Yeah, but this is one. Whether it's whether you believe it is stupid or not, it is important to those players, that team, that organization and the rest of the league like the Yankees last night, all champagne, all champagne last night. Because of what they win the L East. They win the L East or did they win the division? I'm not sure which. I'm not sure which. I do agree with you that these things are unique to baseball. Yeah. There's a bunch of stuff I don't agree with. Like they hit your best player. So you throw it there best player. I think it's stupid, but that's kind of it's tradition, but that's kind of just clenched a postseason birth. It was not the ale. Did they do it? Did they do it? They did it to spray each other and put the goggles on too. That's why the Dodgers didn't do. That's an outrage to put the goggles on just for the playoffs. I am proud to be a Dodger fan today. If the Yankees celebrated that and the Dodgers didn't, I'm with the Dodgers. Yeah. You're with the Dodgers. Eight finished. No, it's cool. A Kobe Bryant. 100% job ain't finished.

They got a ways to go. But I again, I have no issue with them celebrating. I knew I knew when I saw that. They were champagne toast. You were going to say yes. And this is exactly what they did last year. Champagne toast when they made the playoffs, champagne shower, when they announced that they'd won the division. Do you guys think that it's generally good for a sport if there is a team that is too big to fail? That is a team that is a foregone conclusion. They will make the poses in every year. Is it good? No, for sure. It's good. The whole country is rooting against the Dodgers. And as a Dodger fan, I kind of like it. Yeah. By the way, the whole country is rooting against the Rams because the Rams have this super team. Everybody wants the Rams to fail except us. We're Rams fans. Well, they did have a super team. Well, they do. They do. They still aren't even if it comes back by week six. It's going to take a few weeks to get more. We're hoping it's four. Yeah, we're hoping it's four. Knees surgery isn't just a little thing. Well, I don't know knee surgery people come back from Fitty, pretty, Fitty passed pretty fast. I don't know, man. By the way, Yankee September 29 clinched the AL East in 2000.

They got crushed by Baltimore 13 to and had the big champagne celebration after a loss. Derek Jeter personally gave Jotori a champion. Tau shower. My sense of that is that there are some guys that would participate in that. I think if they tried to do that when Kobe was on the Lakers, he would have been out of the world. I don't know when they when do they do it in the NBA? They don't only when you win the whole thing. Right. Well, the 70s, the second of Kingston, when they won summer league, summer. Well, I'll you will when he won the play in game. Oh, and they was that Minnesota when they all celebrated. Yeah, yeah, for a play in game. I don't, I don't buy it. So it on the desk that he took off his jersey and he whipped it around. You know, it's, you know, sometimes it's nice to celebrate this. Yeah. So Edwin Diaz now totally on you. Pat them. Not Louis. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, that was in Minnesota. Edwin Diaz completely unusable for the, the postseason, right, John? Completely unused. I wouldn't put them on the roster. Yeah, I don't think he should be on the roster, not the way he's thrown, but I'll tell

you, keep an eye out for this guy named Chris Babich, who is a lefty that they picked up from Kansas City right around August the first. He will slide. He was, but was he on the 40 man on September 1st? He was. So he's eligible for the postseason. Um, really tough lefty through really well at OKC, probably going to see him tonight. He was available last night. Yeah, I just wasn't used, but I, but he is, I think he could be a factor. And you know, keep, so Tennis Scott is probably the best option they have currently. Yeah. Though he's not stellar. He's good. But remember how bad he was last year. Oh, yeah. And then he's better this year. Edwin Diaz has a chance to be better next year. I think we all think that he sucks this year and is borderline unusable this year, but doesn't mean that the deal is terrible. The next year he could be the same Edwin Diaz used to be because relievers are so up and down. Right next year I'm fine with. I just don't want to move on the postseason roster this year. No, no Tommy Trump. Uh, Emily in the YouTube chat mountain dewboy says don't press smurge the good name of

lemon pepper. Oh, that's right. I know I corrected it was path of I apologize to love my pepper. I'm going to actually type up a text apology on my Instagram. There you go. By the way, who would have ever predicted that John Ireland at this moment is the most active of the power six as I like to say the most active host we have. Yeah, it's incredible. In the YouTube. Yeah, they've won me over after hating it for years. Yeah, you didn't want the camera's still mad at the way they treat Emily. I've that will be that may be what gets me out of the YouTube chat. They keep that up. I agree. But, but for the most part, I have fun with them. Yeah. Speaking of, by the way, yeah, someone not surprisingly within the last few minutes issued an apology. Who do you think it is? Arch Manning. Yeah, yeah. I'll share it with you coming up. That's coming up next, Mason Ireland, ESPN LA.

Providence is here with expert hard care and compassionate support every step of the way. So archmanning had a tremendous game Saturday as legendary epic. Texas rallied from 20 down. Incredible to beat Ohio State. At some point at the very end of the game, Holly Row reporter tried to talk to Steve Sarkeesian and he sort of blew her off. And the backstory on that is they kind of had a technical problem at half time. Sarc got frustrated with Laurel Rutledge with Laurel Rutledge. But now he's like not trusting the technology. I thought it'd been easy for him to just stand there and answer a couple of questions. But he didn't. And after the game, there were all these sort of AI generated. That never happened. And one of them was terrible.

It was Sarc striking Holly Row. Like she wanted to try to ask him a question. In the AI video, again, this did not happen. AI video. This is fake. It did not. No one hit anyone. But in the video. Sarc strikes Holly Row. He hits her right in the face. And then runs off. And then here's what Archmanning said when he was talking about all the AI stuff on the podium. I've seen a few AI and it's stuff. But that's about it. I saw AI at Sarc's interview. I don't see him now. As I go on. I'm going to slap him in Holly Row. Surprisingly, the very predictable apology arrived earlier today. Here it is. From Archmanning in my press conference yesterday, I made an insensitive comment about an AI video. There's nothing funny about it. It's easy to say I didn't mean it. But I know my words and actions were hurtful to a lot of people.

I do not take that lightly and I'm deeply sorry for that. I specifically want to apologize to Holly Row for what she has personally had to deal with because of my comments. I have a ton of respect for her. Appreciate her showing me grace in this moment. I need to do better and will be more thoughtful going forward. So that's a good apology. Holly has responded. Yeah. And do you have that? I do. It says, thank you, Arch. I appreciate our conversation about this, which will remain private apology accepted. We move forward with respect and kindness for one another. Now what's interesting is Emily, you posted the truth. I posted a clip of Arch and then said something along the lines of it was pretty innocuous. You said something. No, I'm going to say it myself. I'm going to say exactly what I said. So what I said is I don't know about you, but I don't think a video of a man slapping a woman is all that funny. And which by the way is a total fair state boy did the internet come for Emily over 300

comments. Really? And most of them just vicious. And I just want to say, like if somebody thinks that generally women in open sports are overreacting, just take three minutes to look at the responses. To again, I directly quoted what I tweeted. The response is to that calling me, you know, fat, dumb, and 80 and bring up Lindsey Clancy who I didn't know who she is really like I don't really know anything about that. And it's just it is so it is so funny to me, honestly, that they think they assume so much about me from one tweet that they think they can do this. And that's why people are already upset about this video that they are normalizing. Again, I know this is a fake video. I'm aware of this is a fake video. But the men, I'm assuming men in that press conference laughing about it and then encouraging people through that to how to be empowered to respond to my post and say, vile things

about me create videos of me getting slapped in the face. It's just it's not funny. It's not funny. Don't laugh about that, please. I know I'm not laughing because it's funny. I'm laughing at the absurdity of it. Yeah, because I that people. I mean, I'm looking at some of the comments. Yeah. And you're right. And people should read this. Yeah, because it and I mean, a lot of it is just I mean ugly and personal. Oh, how about this from accidental defense context is king. It can be effing hilarious in the right context like when the blank deserves it. Wow. I mean, that is free. That's where we are now. And that's where, you know, the sports discussion has happened. And when people think that women and sports are overreacting. And again, this is me, somebody with 1500 followers, I don't have that many followers. I'm not like in the grand scheme of things important. And I can imagine how I was in Hollywood.

Wasn't any in any way offensive. Yeah, it was like, I just don't think it's funny. That being said, I am really proud for what Archmaning said. I think that, you know, hopefully he is taking what he said in that apology seriously and that he will think about, you know, why he laughed at that? Why he thought it was funny and maybe change how he looks. Because I know John talked a lot about this cancellation. I don't want Arch canceled. I don't want this reporter canceled. I don't want anybody in this room canceled. I want them to think critically about why they laughed. If their mom was in this video, would they laugh? If their wife was in this video, would they laugh? If their sister was in this video, would they laugh? I don't want them canceled. I want them to think about this. Part of it too is misogyny for lack of a better word. Like here's another tweet. Every woman in sports media has this same response. Almost like you are a bunch of crazy tribal women help been on invading men's spaces. Weird, huh? That is so bad. They are the people I do so bad. Invading men's spaces.

Isn't that men's spaces? Isn't that women's spaces? It's everybody's spaces. If I had sent the same tweet, would I be getting the same reaction? Or is it because you have a woman? It's because I'm a woman. It's because I look the way that I look. It's because of all these things. It's because of who I am. So that being said, I'm not the leading the tweet because I think I want people to see what people say. And I want people to read the comments because I think this reminds me of the time when I used to work with Ramona a lot and still do. But we used to have, we all use our own personal computers now. Like you look in here right now. Chris says, I have mine, Mesa says. When years ago, Chris, when we started here, we had station computers. Yeah, that wasn't always a great idea. So what would happen would be, this is one of the reasons why we stopped, not the only one. But Ramona would do the show before ours and then forget to close out of her social media accounts. Yeah. So Mason and I, as a joke, would start sending out tweets

as Ramona because she left her. Like we, I'd say stuff like the greatest decision I ever made was to go to Cal. Yes. I said, you know, go bears. Yeah. Or like, I haven't mentioned in a long time that I owe my radio career to Steve Mason and John Ireland who I would know nothing about if they didn't shepherd me along. Yes. And people go, wow Ramona, that's really nice. Really nice. Yeah. And then she would call the show and go, stop it. Yeah. Lock me out. Because of that, I got to read the Ramona's comments, right? And all of them were about her appearance. They come after me and you for what we say. They go after women for how they look and because they're women. Because they're women. Whether or not we're desirable to them in some certain way, shape or form. So it's interesting. And again, I want to say to, if you're my mom, don't look at the comments. I appreciate you. But everybody else, I think it's a good reason if you think that women are overreacting to anything that happens when women sports are being

talked about anything, take a look. Yeah, take a look for sure. By the way, this is reminiscent of that good, good company, isn't it? Right. Yeah. The whole good, good thing where they put an actual ad where the founder of Good Good shoved a woman to the ground who was trying to take his driver out of his bag. Yeah. And they thought that was a good idea. By the way, good goods contracts have all been canceled. OK. And the two guys who were running the company are out. Oh, really? Yeah. That being said, I don't want archbiting to like lose all of his things. I don't want that to happen. Or be defined by this. Sure. I wanted to learn from it. And look at this from who's ever? All the carons clutching their pearls, carons are insufferable. It's a joke lighten up, Karen. I was added to a list on Twitter for whiny cry babies. Oh, god. Which you think is funny. So yeah, anyway, those people that are, those people that said that about me don't listen to the show every day. And if you do listen to the show and you're in the group chat or the YouTube chat and call me names for what they say,

I'll take that. You know, I can have bad takes. I can be, you know, just a good thing. Here's the thing I'll say. You're amazing at what you do. You make a lot more money than they do. They're all losers. And guess what? As much as they complain about this every day, guess where they are, nine hours a day, complaining about it here. Yeah. Yeah, Emily. And shout out to the chat. Emily here is. And many ways, the most knowledgeable person here. She knows more than John has all the mandates to back that I think he's the sales. I'm also hoat raining host of the year. But M, aren't you raining producer there? Yeah. Yeah. See, Mandy speaks. All right. Coming up next for you can do some icebreakers. Yeah, quit BNA holes. Just that's what can happen. Be kind. Just be kind. All right. Life hasn't been kind to them. So they take it out on people in a YouTube chat. That makes them feel like they're winning. I am powerful. Exactly. Mason and Ireland, ESPN LA. So you have 34, halfway through the month. Mason, you're at minus 11. And Brian has four, and the others have three. Wilbert, you're competing with the others. And so are you Chris? If you want to guess, here we go. For 10 points.

I was born in 1961 in New York City. I performed with Chicago's Second City Improv Group. For nine points, I have received the Mark Twain Prize for humor awarded at the Kennedy Center for the performing arts. For eight points, I was the first woman to be a guest on the tonight show with Conan O'Brien. Campy the obvious. For seven points. My son is an actor. And he played basketball at North Washington. It's Julia Louie Dryifus. It is Julia Louie Dryifus. That is seven points for John Irons. In case you want to know, here's some other facts about Julia Louie Dryifus that I have. So I acted a long time James Gennalfini in his second to last acting credit. And I've said a great, great movie. I dropped out after my junior year at Northwestern to join Saturday and Live. I lasted three seasons on the show. At the time, I was the youngest woman ever on the show. My breakout role was in a sitcom,

in which I wasn't even in the pilot episode. And I have the most Emmy nominations for comedic actress in supporting actress categories. And I played a lane on Seinfeld and Slian Amire on Beep. By the way, what's inch, go ahead, John. I'm blue eyes. I want to do the Elaine dance with. Oh, there you go. There you go. Yeah, icebreakers is sponsored by Blue Ice Fought. It can be made from Idaho potatoes and pristine tea ton water for a smoother, creamier, cleaner cocktail. No sugar. 64 calories in ounce. Look for blue ice. Wherever you shop for spirits, Blue Ice Fought could pure as the tea ton. You mentioned Julia Louie Dryifus. Jean Smart last night one. She becomes the only actor to ever win an Emmy for every year of her show. Like every time she played Dipper Vance, she won Emmy. That is a very good show. Yeah, it is. It is. If you haven't seen it, well worth your time. Easy watch. The end of this past season. So John, you might remember that bone X got hurt in the divisional round for the Broncos. Yeah, broke his leg or broke his ankle, right? A parent. Yeah, apparently for the AFC championship game,

which was ultimately quarterback by Jared Stidham. Stiddy, you were on the radio yelling Stiddy is going to lead him to this Super Bowl. Apparently there were conversations with Drew Breeze about coming out of retirement and playing for the Broncos in the AFC championship game. He would have been 45 years old. Now could he have been worse than Stiddy? No. And Brady was 45 and when he played last year. Yeah, it wouldn't have been unprecedented. For a quarterback to roll off the couch and be on her center in an AFC championship game seems like a heavy lift to me, but it couldn't have been worse than Stiddy. All right. It was like, I was too. Remember that AFC championship game? It was like right when the weather hit was like they had the opportunity to like go forward. They didn't hit the field goal or something like that. And then the weather hit like nobody's. Nobody scored. It wasn't like Drake May looked great either. Yeah. I think Broncos going to be fine. I know they got skunked by a Kansas City last night.

I think the Broncos going to be fine. I still think that's a great defense despite what happened last night. Chris, a mace is like Kevin Bacon in animal house today. All as well. Yeah. Everything's fine with the Rams. No, let me ask fine. If they lose to the Giants, how do you feel? I will be fine. I will be disappointed. But remember, this is a team that went three and six a couple years ago and still made the playoffs. Which I'm making the playoffs now. We're just winning the Super Bowl. No, making the playoffs and then anything can happen, right? And then they played the, they won a playoff game and they played the eels in the divisional game. They nearly beat them lost in that divisional game could have gone on to win the Super Bowl. But I don't think any hole is too deep for the Ramsey. I wouldn't be scared of going to but I think they, I think they will beat the Giants on one evening. I think they will. I sure hope so because I get a lot of one Rams. Ramsey are definitely not as bad as they look. I also have two very close friends of mine that are Giants fans that will be coming to the post game show. Really? Which is why I asked this morning. Oh, yeah.

And they will be there. Happy your first. Are you dumb? No, come scumbags. If the Giants lose, you should come. I'll come scumbags. Are they going to be in like Giants gear? They're going to be all, oh, really? Debt out. Okay. I like it. They're my best friends. So you should be hard. By the way, the line on that game, Rams minus seven versus the Giants. Well, it's already tied to that game. Rams. I love the Rams in that game. I'm going to win. You think they're going to cover the absolutely do 100%. I feel completely confident in the Rams covering that number and beating the Giants. Now, Brian's not here today. Wilbert is filling in, but BC, the big chargers fan. They are seven point favorites over the Raiders this weekend. That game is at so far. So I end by the way, who knows? Maybe the Raiders are the surprise team that I said they were going to be. Well, that'd be two years in a row. Yeah. Last year you said the Bears were going to be the surprise team. And I made fun of you and they were the surprise team. Yep. And if you're right about the Raiders, I got a prize.

I should get a chance to be a second. You proclaim the Raiders were your surprise team this year. I went, they're going to finish dead last. And I thought about it. And that's exactly what I said last year when you said the Bears. Yeah. The Bears are going to be DFL. Who are they going to be? Are they going to be the Vikings? Are they going to be Green Bay? Now that I've seen the Chargers play. Yeah. I think there's a chance the Raiders don't finish last. Well, that was the wager. The wager was for me and BC Raiders finished with a better record than the Chargers and I win. Yeah. But so you're not going to want a Raiders jersey. You, he's going to have to wear a Raiders jersey. No, he has to pay for it, right? I think that's the best. That's what it is. And if he wins, you have to wear a Chargers jersey and you have to pay for it. Oh, God. And then you have to give it to him when you're done. Oh, God. But I don't, I'm thinking you are looking a lot better than you were crazy like a fox. That's what they say about the Mace crazy like a fox.

That was a say. That's what they say about the Mace of Fox. Crazy like a fox. All right. We're going to do some calls now. Sports graffiti time. You know, John brought up this, this question of celebrating. Do you believe, now last night, the Dodgers did a champagne toast as they clinched a playoff spot. Should they douse themselves in champagne? Once they clinched the division title, Ireland doesn't think I think they should do it if they make a double play tonight. Just break out the champagne right there in the dugout. Ram play. Let's, let's pour champagne all over each other. Ram, how you feeling? It's five days later. Johnny, I will watch. That's true. Yeah. That's for watch. Monday at football last night, I got to go to the Emmys, maybe got some reaction if you saw any of that last night, 877, 710 ESPN. That's 877, 710 ESPN. By the way, did I tell you who I talked to the most last night? I said it during the ground. I got from Netflix. Yeah. Ted Tarranzo. Yeah.

What do you say? He wanted to me. Does he say he likes to watch too? He knew of our show. What? That's not surprising. I didn't want to know what I what we thought of the pregame show. What do you tell us? I told him I thought Clay Matthews Jr. was terrific. There's no way you would have said it wasn't good. I told him Nick Foles was great. I also said turn Michael Irving loose. I said that. I don't think you need to worry about that. He is very mellow during that Netflix broadcast. I mean, I want like pumped up wild. You want to get into the stuff. Exactly. Okay.
