How Weight Watchers helped Max with mental & physical health

About this episode

EP45: How Weight Watchers helped Max with mental & physical health ** Please note in this episode we touch on mental health topics and thoughts of suicide. ** Today I welcome Maxine to the show to talk about her weight loss and transformation with Weight Watchers, or WW as it's also known. Max Joined WW back in 2017 after struggling with both physical and mental health. She talks about how sight seeing and holidays with the family exposed her declining level of fitness. Realising her parents were in better shape than her, Max decided to take action. The journey of losing weight wasn't actually too dificult for Max and the benefits were a great source of motivation to keep going.  During our chat, we talk about how Covid interrupted the momentum Max had created with her training and fitness goals and despite making great progress, it was a difficult time to navigate through as we hear of so many people. As a Weight Watchers Ambassador, Max is a strong adovcate of the plan and recommends it to anyone looking to find balance and a healthier lifestyle. If you have any questions or would like to see more about following a WW lifestyle, Max's Instagram account is a great source of motivation and information. She is also a great chef!  Visit Max on Instagram here Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
